In 2023, Ivan personally worked to correct a major issue with our two-week old installation when he worked as the General Manager at his prior company. He was truly amazing by coming out the same day and getting my system minimally functional again with the surviving panels. He did this dressed in office cloths in July!!! Even though he was the General Manger, he personally handled the replacement equipment and INSTALLED them himself in the 105F heat.
Ivan is a true professional, sees things from the Customer's perspective, and I am happy to see he is the District Manager for Icon Power.

We were apprehensive about going solar so we joined a local community solar coop who evaluated several companies and settled on ICON Power and, we are sure glad they did, because the process has been efficient, expert and cognizant of our need to understand each step of the installation. Our primary project manager Ivan Dagnino has been with us every step of the way, patiently explaining panel placements, the timeline for the myriad of inspections and approvals needed, electrical panel upgrades and roof repairs. We found their recommendations for EA roofing and Volta electrical solutions as subs very satisfactory even resulting in our not needing a full roof replacement despite our roof’s advanced age, and adding much needed fascia repairs. A special shout out to Jerry the local manager who spent some time inspecting and showing us how to use the Tesla power-wall app to monitor the panels and with great excited wonder on our part momentarily started up the system showing the panels generating power to charge the battery while supplying all the electricity to the house as well as sending some back to the electric company … AMAZING and helped by getting Luis to improve some post installation roof repairs ,always pleasant Glafria in the office, she mostly but at times Sally ,helping triage our phone calls, no nonsense Shane and his skilled crew of panel, conduit, power- wall etc installers ,Eric who made one of the final inspections and Edward Luzania who had some early input. We particularly appreciated that excepting the Subs all were Icon employees and Icon will be our go to for any future problems and warranty issues. We whole heartedly recommend Icon Power a great partner in fulfilling our dreams of solar!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Icon Power. This spring I joined a solar cooperative, Solar United Neighbors, and our selection committee choose Icon Power as our first choice over four other candidates. The solar installation process moved quickly and smoothy, taking only two months from my first meeting with Jordan, the owner, to final start-up of the system. Everyone in the company has been fantastic. Jordan was very responsive to what I needed and wanted in a solar system, and he was always available when I had questions. The installation crew led by Jerry were on-time, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Every employee I came in contact with, including people in the office, were very pleasant and helpful. I am very excited to have solar power in my home now, and Icon Power made the experience very positive for me.

I was referred to Icon Power company by a representative of Generac generator company. I was seeking a solution for energy outages for my home. I was contacted by Icon’s local sales representative, Zach, within a short time. Zach came to my home and we went over all of my options, which were limited because my home is an all-electric home. Zach was extremely professional, answered my many questions and put together a specific plan for my home needs. I had time to investigate the quality of the materials they would use and found them to be of high quality in the industry. Zach was patient, informative and very honest in explaining how the government rebate would work. The company created my documents in a timely manner and installation began within a month of signing. Icon took care of all of the design drawings, permits, installation and inspections. The workers for the company were respectful of my property and my time. I was impressed when the local energy company came out to install the new meter and turn on the system for use. It took her 15 minutes and she said it was very easy because the work was done correctly. Zach programmed my phone for me and helped me optimize the system for my usage needs and continues to monitor it to make sure that everything is working properly. As an elderly single woman, Icon made this a very easy process.

Icon Power is a great solar company and Ivan D a lifesaver. Ivan assisted me and gave great information even before I was an Icon customer after my original installer went belly up. We had a complete failure of our Enphase mother board. Ivan and Icon were able to diagnose the problem, work through the warranty and get us back up and running at minimal cost. Thank you Ivan for your expertise. I am an Icon customer for life.

Experience was great, and everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous. Installation team was very efficient and got everything installed in timely fashion. Did want to shout out Zach Sweety for being a great point of contact and was very helpful for information and guidance from project start to finish. Really made the process smooth easy. From the very beginning until completion, I was kept informed of every step. Michael was fantastic and didn't make me feel pressured. He was honest and told me if the panels were to cost more than my electric bill, not to get them. I even learned I had issues with my roof that I didn't realize. Issues that definitely needed to be addressed beforehand. Everything installed looks great no trash left behind. When the process was completed, Edward called me and took the time to make sure I understood everything and sent a follow up message letting me know everything was working properly. My experience with Icon Power has been excellent. After contacting them in October of 23, I met with Ivan D. who was our consultant for this project. He was both very professional, knowledgeable AND very kind. Ivan has been there for every step of the process. Even after signing the contract, he would send me texts or come to the house. As a result, I was always assured of the quality of this project. This is how business should be done, and I'm very happy to be working with Ivan for my solar installation.

Icon installed my solar panels and we have had nothing but trouble with them After multiple phone calls and emails all Icon said was my Solar panels were working but didn’t offer any explanation why my electric bills were still high. horrible customer service.I do not recommend this company for your Solar!
