IconPower recently installed a 5.33 kW
system of solar panels on my roof, as well as an EV charger. The entire process, from design and permitting to installation and final inspection, went flawlessly. The team was very professional and coordinated with my new roof installer to ensure that the brackets were sealed perfectly. There was minimal disruption, and the area was left spotless.
By managing my time of use, l've been able to export 341 kWh to the grid thus far. Tracking my usage and production is very convenient through the app.
Sales manager Ivan Dagnino was very knowledgeable and conscientious, answering all my many questions promptly throughout the process. I've already recommended him and IconPower to my son and several of my friends.

I’m very pleased to say that icon honored their warranty and fixed a problem we had a year after installation that was deemed to be their fault. Although I did have to get an outside electrician to come and diagnose and fix the problem, and I had to pay out of pocket $1168, I was fully reimbursed by Icon, so I’m delighted about that.

I was also very pleased with the customer service support I received from Icon. They recommended an electrician I should use. We were in an emergency situation since we lost all power, and it was summer. They were unable to come out immediately, but they did recommend an excellent electrician and said they would reimburse us if the problem was deemed to be caused by their original installation, which it was. It turned out to be a short in one of the junction boxes which tripped the main breaker which was unable to be reset without being fixed. So the system worked as it should have, and turned out to be a relatively easy fix.

So five stars on communication. Five stars honoring their warranty.

Icon Power installed a great solar panel system for my farm energy needs. They helped me negotiate through a complex USDA REAP Grant process.

Icon Power recently completed the installation of solar panels on my home in East Tucson. From beginning to activation the process with the folks at Icon was flawless. Zach, my primary contact, was awesome! He was my introduction to Icon and kept my job on track from beginning to end. He continually monitored the progress of my job until completion. Also, because I had plans to return to Virginia in early May, he did everything possible to get the job done as expeditiously as possible. The equipment used is totally American-made. The installation crews were top-notch. Crew leaders, especially Matt, were courteous, communicated clearly and made sure the job was done to my satisfaction. Icon has an app for phones that lets you know the exact progress of the job. Had I known how cost-effective solar for my home would be, I would have installed panels much sooner. I will be recommending Icon Power and Zach to my neighbors. It was a trouble-free and good experience.

Ivan has been very helpful and informative in setting up the app and how to monitor it. The process has been straightforward. I am very happy with everything and hope it will really saves us money from paying the electric bills.

Working with Ivan and his team was a very positive experience. Our installation required quite a bit of management over a longer timeframe than expected. Icon Power handled each step, keeping us informed along the way.

The technicians from ICON were great. Tyler and Jackson were very knowledgeable and conscientious about the quality of their work. They were also patient and professional enough to answer all my questions. They did an excellent job!

I'd like to give a shout out to Drew Norton our sales rep. Him and the crew at Icon did a awesome job for my wife and I back in late 2020 and early 2021 with our solar panels. The whole process was stress free. We couldn't be more happier. I would highly recommend them.

ICON Power installed Tesla solar panels and an inverter in 2024 and a Tesla Powerwall 3 in 2025. Assigned project managers for each installation were excellent, the contracts were excellent tax incentive documentation and the monitoring software for the consumer is easy to understand. ICON provides excellent after installation customer service, addressing problems immediately. The installers were great! If I decide to install another battery, ICON will be my call!

Working with Zach at ICON Power has been an absolute pleasure. His proposals were detailed and thoroughly explained. There was no pressure to purchase more than I needed (although I asked for two more panels to be added). I was concerned about the project being completed before the end of 2025 to qualify for tax credits. But ICON came out and installed everything in two days, It would have been completed in one day but was delayed due to rain. Two weeks later, after inspections and the power utility doing their thing, we were generating power. Everyone I talked to at ICON Power were friendly and helpful. I dealt with another solar company for an install on our last house and that was a complete nightmare! Thank you ICON for making this a pleasant experience.

Icon Power is great. I have used them a number of times as I've moved houses. Have had them do basic install of panels, EV charger and powerwalls. From their salespeople to their install techs all really go above and beyond in ensuring customer satisfaction. I have felt so strong about the company that I have referred them (without asking for referral fee) to friends who are very pleased with their experience as well. They are very helpful respectful and meticulous. I have nothing but praises for them and will utilize again if needed.

lousy customer service. My gateway has been non functional since Sept. 27. Service tech was out on Oct. 5 stated I needed to replace gateway. Never got any follow up. Called in November was told they were working on it. Called in December said they were working on getting replacement equipment. Called at end of December to get update. They said they had not information and scheduled at tech visit for Jan 5, 2025. Tech was at house for less than 15 minutes. Did send text that he had reviewed issue and to call if I wanted more information. I called on Jan. 5 left message to have him call me. No response. Called off in phoenix several time between Jan 5 and Jan 23. left messages and have been told they would call me back. So far no one has called me back. My gateway has now been non functioning for almost 4 months. I am still waiting for a call back?

After deciding to install solar on my house, I chose Icon Power to do the installation. They were very Professional and the install took half a day. I was very satisfied with the work and the guarantee on the equipment.
Their solar rep. Ivan, was very knowledgeable and easy to contact. He provided a detailed breakdown of cost and energy production. I highly recommend contacting Ivan if deciding to go solar.

Grate place to go & travel out of this world but without the space suit lol..

This company was terrific to work with. They sent an estimator when we needed a comparison bid on a plumbing job, then tentatively booked us a time until we accepted the bid and formed up the date/time if service. They sent two technicians when it became clear that two were needed, and made sure the job was done right before they left. Pleasant, patient technicians explained what they were doing and made final adjustments after testing the system. Thumbs up to this business!

The Store was the only company we contacted that would remove and reinstall our solar panels (our roof was being repaired). Did a good job both times. Even found and corrected a wiring error made by the original installer--a different company.

The Solar Store installed solar panels on our home. The primary reason that I am happy to give them a 5-star review is because they (and especially Katharine Kent) are incredibly responsive, helpful, and transparent. We had a particularly challenging system to install with several unanticipated hiccups along the way, almost entirely due to the unique nature of our electrical system and endless delays by TEP. Throughout the process, Katharine and her team were immediately responsive to us and on top of everything. Katharine never hesitated to provide as much detail as we wanted and when we needed something, she made sure her team was there. I do wish the Solar Store had been a little more realistic in their estimates of how long things would take. When everything ended up taking longer than we'd expected, no one seemed surprised -- and i wish they had managed our expectations a bit better by preparing us for the obstacles we could face along the way. But we are very very grateful to Katharine, Kevin, Andrew, and Bobby for all their attention, work, and efforts in ensuring that our solar system is up, running, and saving us money in the long-term.

The "solar" experience with the Solar Store was excellent from start to finish. After comparing notes with people who had issues with other installers, we appreciate the Solar Store's expertise and professionalism now more than ever.

Excellent Engineering, Installations and Support. We are 10 year+ clients of the Solar Store. Their installers are first class and they are excellent at repairing systems should there be a problem. They recently replaced an inverter that had a few days of warranty left on it at no cost to us.

The Solar Store installed a nearly 12,000kW PV system on our house in January 2017. They predicted the system would save us $2150 annualy. Well after 7 years of operation, our actual savings has averaged 2,050 per year. The estimate was spot on! They do great work

Michelle was great. Returned my call in a timely manner, didn’t try to sell me something I wasn’t interested in and got me scheduled at a time/day that I requested.
