I had an excellent experience with Samuel from Cool Breeze! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He serviced my AC unit, explained what he did that I could understand, and had it running back to normal in no time.
What really stood out was his attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything was working perfectly before he left. He also gave me some helpful maintenance tips to keep the unit running efficiently.

So pleased with these guys. They were professional, honest and thorough. Very informative and kept us in the loop with everything they were doing. Tony and Shaughn were our guys who replaced and upgraded our system and I truly recommend them and this company.

New 3 ton unit installed. Both Tony and Shaughn were fantastic. Even though they ran into minor issues they never stopped. Their attitudes were pleasant even though they had some frustrating wiring issues. They stayed until 11:30 PM the first day but were unsuccessful. They came back the next morning smiling and ready to go. In the end it was a faulty sensor that caused all the headaches. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant. Lastly I would like to remark about these twos opinions about their boss and company. It was great to hear an employee speak so highly of their boss and the company.

Cool Breeze has been providing service to this property through at least three ownership changes. The service has been excellent with scheduling, customer contact and on-time performance always top notch. Marixsa Carlos the Office Manager always follows through.

I would recommend the company to any of my friends and neighbors.

Justin Wise showed up on time and did an amazingly thorough plumbing inspection and covered.all aspects of what's working well and what needs to be considered sooner than later. No pressure which I truly appreciated. I would highly recommend his services. And he is also a very well versed and knowledgeable young man on all aspects of plumbing throughout the home. And a nice guy to boot!

Marty and Javier did our plumbing inspection. They were so professional and friendly. Upon their findings, they explained their recommendations in a way that it was easy to understand. In the future if work is needed I would like Marty and Javier come back and do the work. We are very happy with their visit.

This company is very prompt. I called on a Monday and had a new installation by the end of the week everyone they sent out to my house Ryan, Marty, Renee and Rob. Were the most professional and polite servicemen that I have dealt with in a long time. This company obviously is taking great care of the employees because the care for the customer is just exploding from every encounter. I have AHS and went through them when my A/C took a dump. They could not come out for a week. It’s a heat wave and I couldn’t wait so I called Goodfellows HVAC and had a great tech Ryan Retz out by 10am the same day. He was very knowledgeable and was trying to get my system up and running and not pushing me to purchase a new one. He actually came out twice that day to try and get my old system up and running. Finally we came to the realization that mine had given up the ghost after 20 years of service. Marty called me later in the day and discussed my options for a new unit. He met me in the middle and offered me a fair deal. He sent out Chris Eugene and Alfredo Padilla the techs who would install the new unit the very next morning. I can’t say enough about them. They worked diligently up in that hot attic on 104 degree day. They were polite, professional and hard working. They explained all the steps and gave me updates and answered all my curious but probably annoying questions with a smile. Overall I had an excellent experience with this company and its employees. So nice to see that we have a solid and professional company in our community. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs !

I purchased an HVAC system and mini split from this company in July 2023 and have not had a working system since then (6 months later.) The mini split leaked the first day. After 4 months of them trying to fix it and multiple visits, they never could get it to work. I had them remove the mini split last month. They said they will refund the mini split and fix the holes in my brick but they have yet to do it. They keep saying the check is in the mail. The furnace they installed completely drained my 250 gallon propane tank, costing a total of $800 to refill. I had the propane tech come out with Goodfellas tech to tell me the furnace system is for natural gas, not propane so it completely drained out my propane. It was recommended I seek reimbursement for Goodfellas draining my propane. Good fellas offered reimbursement but I have yet to see that check. They converted the furnace to electric and it does not work at all. I’ve attached photo of thermostat and a temperature reading. For being charged $28,000, I feel like I should have a better working system than this. I have given them 6 months to try to make things right but now I feel like I’ve been scammed. I chose this company because they had great reviews, so here is my honest review of my experience. If you are an attorney that happens to be reading this, please contact me. I am now seeking an attorney for damages and recovering $28,000

Update: Badfellas tried to give check for mini split after several requests for 2 months. Now that I give my honest review, they want to give a check for mini split but not fix the unit or reimburse the loss of $1200 worth of propane they bled out. There are hard freeze warnings and my $28,000 unit does not heat. It is too late. I have filed a formal complaint with ROC and also seeking punitive damages made to the house and price gouging. The house is no different from any other house. They mismatched two systems that can’t communicate with each other and failed to convert natural gas to propane. Tell me about how you installed the pump to the mini split upside down and going to blame it on my house. They never take ownership on their mistakes but that’s ok. I would like to see what the ROC investigation says. Do not let them give you lip service. If they are giving you the run around, file a complaint with the ROC. I saw same complaint on BBB. Don’t let them victimize you like they did me.

Such a Awesome company! Had to get a new unit put in and they were quick to service. Wyatt and David worked very hard in 111 degree weather and still had excellent costumer service. Definitely recommend Good Fellas as the Best AC company in Tucson Az.

The guys did a great job installing our new Bosch HVAC, they got the new Wi-Fi thermostat up and running on the new System went over all the warranty and details. Been using Goodfellas for years always a great experience

My AC install techs were Dave Murillo and Mike Morreno. They were on time, professional and courteous. Dave told me it would take about 4 hours and it took a little over that, very accurate. They cleaned up everything once they were done and Dave explained how to use the thermostat and showed me their work. The system is working great! Much cooler than my old unit!

Just replaced a20 year old HVAC unit. Marty was really helpful explaining everything. Installers (Wyatt and Alfredo did an awesome job). Front office (Taylor) was so nice too. Love my new Bosch heat pump and Ecobee thermostat!

Addendum, today (1013/25) had a great technician named Logan Webb Come to the house. He did a really nice job!
