My air conditioner stopped working over the weekend. I was matched by my homewarranty company and by Monday afternoon had an appointment for a tech to come by the next day. Thankfully learned that it was just a bad compressor and was fixed immediately. Customer service both with scheduling and the technician were both professional and friendly. I've been impressed with this company each and every time I've had them out.

Brendan's service was outstanding! He took his time to show me and explain to me how he was measuring the CO2 readings that need to be in the safe range when he performed the yearly tuneup for my furnace. He was very professional, very courteous and very friendly and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Brendan and Brenovations’ Services, they offer outstanding customer service and quality honest work every time, just as he did with my AC unit, he took his time to show me and explain how he was measuring the different pressures and readings that need to be in the correct range for the capacitors for both the fan in the AC unit and the central unit fan inside the house he was very professional very courteous and very friendly and he immediately provided all the information that I need it so that I could get replacement parts that my AC unit needs before the summer season starts

Nathan was super professional and accommodating making sure that he would diagnose my AC unit that had stopped blowing cool air. He quickly found that it needed more refrigerant and added it using a very fancy wireless system to measure accurately the volume of refrigerant needed. I highly recommend Brenovations for their honest and professional work!

They replaced my ancient system and I'm very happy with the result. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because I realized after the fact that there were even better options for a system that I could have been made aware of. Maybe they were out.of my price range, but it would have been great to have full awareness before making the buying decision.

Otherwise, they have great follow up, did the job in a reasonable amount of time and I think the value was good if not better than expected. The techs are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and they're good at communicating that they're on their way.

Personable, knowlegable technician and job was timely. Did everything expected of them and I would recommend Brenovations.

Brenovations HVAC is literally “the worst” AC company we have ever delt with. Being an AZ resident, we get approximately annual AC services, so we have LOTS of satisfactory services in the past. The HVAC Tech was called out to replace a motor, a rather simple service. The Tech failed us on this service in the following ways: left the wires exposed (in violation of the company’s own policy), swapped the motor in a way that left the threaded bolts banging against the fan blades (potentially damaging the blades), removed/discarded the HVAC cap without the home owner’s permission, & was abrupt, completely disregarding our concerns about the safety of exposed wires in an area adjacent the kids’ backyard playground. The Tech came out several times to fix his mistakes, but then became obstinate. After going round and round with Brenovations’ management and eventually the owner, they also gave up because the Tech absolutely refused to come back. So unless you want service from a company that: fixes HVACs in a way that could cause more damage, violates its own policy, takes property off the job site without the home owners’ permission, disregards safety concerns of children, and has no backbone to stand up to their own techs, then we suggest you stay far away from Brenovations HVAC. To make matters worse, Brenovations HVAC has completely given up on the service: leaving us stuck where we started with an incomplete job and hazardous situation. After all the work, frustration, and lost hours, we are nowhere closer to resolving the failure of the original service, making Brenovations literally “the worst” AC company.

I am consistently impressed when doing business with Brenovations - their Team is friendly, responsive/timely/efficient, and professional. Brendan, Ruben, and Junior replaced/removed my old air handler and condenser units, and replaced them with a PRO, state of the art Samsung system, including a quiet air handler and condenser, plus two heating/cooling heads (the one in the kitchen is great!).

After getting four quotes for installation, Brenovations provided the best price for equipment received (customer service is priceless!) - I was pleased by this outcome because I was hoping to keep my business with them.

Jesse, Sara, and Angel have been fantastic with timely scheduling (important when your AC goes down in the middle of Summer!), and providing important status updates. They are always friendly and it is apparent they care about their customers.

The comfort of my family and home is important, and Brenovations reliably pulls through every time. Thank you again for putting this personable touch on your excellent customer service, it is recognized and goes a long way - keep up the great work!

Update: Just received annual HVAC preventative maintenance from Marina, and she was very professional and courteous! Her and Nathan have come to the home before, and I always know I am going to have a great experience. I look forward to having Brenovations continue to service all my HVAC needs!

Our AC went out during a long 4th of July weekend, which was very hot. We contacted our home warranty company and were randomly assigned Brenovation.

From the start, their customer service was excellent. The representative we spoke with was empathetic, patient, and genuinely understanding of our situation.

When the technician, Brendon, arrived, he was professional, respectful, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand, and he performed the repair efficiently and flawlessly. It is clear he takes pride in his work.

Service was great! They were so quick to respond even in a heat advisory. Super thorough, just like last time they came out for the furnace. They made it happen quick, kept me informed and before you know it we were back up and running. Thank goodness! Updating this based on more service! Brendan and his team are great to work with, from the office to the techs, they are awesome.

Will and his team did a magnificent job. They went above and beyond. They were great to work with and very professional. They even repaired a cover for entry to my ducts and vents. They also added a shut off valve and put flashing around and underneath the unit to keep out critters. Mine is the best on the block now. Also a new thermostat. Couldn’t be happier.

My AC wasn’t working and I had family coming into town. Brendan responded on the same day I called. He ordered a part and had my system up and running in a few hours. Unfortunately the system had too many things wrong with it. Brendan installed a new HVAC system in record time! He is hard working , honest, and explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what was happening. Brenovations is the only company I will call in the future to service my HVAC.

When our old HVAC system kept giving us problems. Our home warranty company would dispatch this company and I have not had any bad issues out of the four people I’ve met. They were honest, straightforward and very agreeable to deal with us. They recommended that we replace our old unit inside and out, and we went with a recommendation, and they spent one whole entire day installing our new system, which we love and are very happy with. They were very nice gentleman to talk to cleaned up well behind themselves, presented themselves very professionally and we would definitely recommend them to anyone. Who is your HVAC needs they also offer some pretty cool deals, if you sign up for some of their programs, though, I cannot remember their names due to my failing memory just because it’s early in the morning they were some really cool dudes and look forward to seeing more of them as they take care of our system over the years thank you very much for your professionalism and if they read this review they can contact me and I will update it with their names they also
Installed surge protectors on both of my units as we live down in Rio Rico in our monsoon storms I’ve been playing havoc on our power outages here bad ones too

I use Brendan all the time and he is excellent. Honest and always affordable. My go to guy, not just for my own home, but for all the homes that we come into contact with as he inspects, services and repairs many houses we market, sell and purchase as real estate agents. I have always heard from my clients and personal referrals how friendly and knowledgeable that Brendan is and that shows he is a true professional.

Great company and their service is exceptional. Marixsa Carlos calls twice a year to set up two yearly service tune-ups which is part of the warranty. Esteban, our service technician, is exceptional.
