Cool Breeze installed a new HVAC system last year and they come out a couple times a year to check the system as part of the install. Great part is that they have taken ownership and proactively called to schedule the checks. Great install at a good price and fantastic follow-up. Shout out to Marissa for her customer service.

I just had my semi-annual HVAC unit serviced. I cannot say enough good things about the service technician, James. He was personable, knowledgeable, patient, and very professional. He not only changed the filter that I cannot change myself, he actually cleaned the grill work before actually changing the filter. He even cleaned all the edges around the grill area. I was thrilled. I have three very fluffy cats and their fur can be a real problem. He remembered to reset the t-stat to its original setting when he was done with his inspection and explained the benefits of owning a Rheem unit -- which no one ever had. Although I am a great believer in having a service contract, he explained all the options available since it was time for me to renew.

So, if you are having problems, or need a new unit, I highly recommend Cool Breeze Comfort Solutions. They are awesome and James is a five star employee! See you in six months James.

The technician came to the house and did my 6 month inspection. He was on time and professional. This is a great company.

After multiple quotes, we finally found Cool Breeze and they undercut the competition by nearly half the cost and that included a new unit, new ductwork, and sealing existing ducts. Not only is the owner very nice and personable but very knowledgeable in home structure and knowing the best placement for your ac, something we didn’t know was an important aspect of cooling and heating a home. The techs are also great, they keep you in the loop throughout the process and are extremely professional. Unlike most other companies we have not been upsold on unnecessary work, as a homeowner it’s extremely appreciated. We recently experienced an issue with our unit causing it to break down and Allen moved mountains to get us taken care of same day, truly grateful for what Cool Breeze has done for our home, so grateful.

We had an issue with one of our air conditioning units and called Marixsa at Cool Breeze at 7:45 AM. I was worried that we would not be able to get someone quickly. However, Marixsa was very cordial as usual, and communicated that she could get Estevan out to our home between 9 AM and 1 PM. Estevan showed up about 10 AM and repaired our malfunctioning unit and performed maintenance on our other unit while he was there. Thanks to Marixsa and Estevan we are once again staying cool in this hot weather.

System runs wonderful, both the compressor and in the attic and it’s so much more quiet than the low quality builder junk that is installed.

So we bought our home in January and had a new heat pump unit installed by cool breeze in October by the previous home owner . I walked outside yesterday and noticed water leaking from the unit and none coming out of the drain pipe. I called and they sent someone out the next day. Estevan showed up prompt and ready to figure out the issue . He got it fixed quickly and effectively. Great experience with this company and thank you to Estevan for your hard work. Unit is working as it should now .

Good company. Original install was done wrong but another tech came out and discovered it when putting in the correct thermostat. It's all good now far as I know. Prompt response when you call. Friendly staff.

I have been a Cool Breeze customer for many years. Yesterday, my AC went out (bad capacitor) and Cool Breeze scheduled me for this morning. Estevan showed up promptly and quickly and professionally fixed my AC unit. I have had many teas over the years with Cool Breeze and all have been good. But Estevan in particular stands out as one of the best. Thank you Estevan for the great service and technical explanations (bought an ultra capacitor with a five year warranty). My first service was with Hector, he did a great job found the immediate problem at the time and quickly resolved it with a great deal of professionalism. Second go around (week later) with a series of different problems was indicated by James. It was a simple matter of a failing A/C system that had seen better days and was no longer repairable. (I saw it, knew it and agreed with him in his conclusion) He doctored up the system as best as he could for the time being while a replacement unit was ordered. I had met James once before while he was employed by a different company (years prior) and he remembered me also, he has a great deal of professionalism, and found him to be very honest. Later Justin and co-worker (did not get a name) came to replace the failed unit yesterday. Things that come to mind: Professional, hard working, honest, and courteous. It is not easy work on a HOT rooftop working to replace a gas pack unit. I know, I had spent several hours the prior 2 days prepping the rooftop area and removing damaged wood and scraping old roof tar and finishing the roof deck. My profession is an Architectural Design Professional and Licensed General Contractor (not your average homeowner!) All of these guys worked very hard at their jobs, and their professionalism really shows. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
