What WONDERFUL luck to find a great AC company to help you out when you your entire cooling system fails and it's 105 degrees outside!!

Goodfellas AC in Tucson are AMAZING! Their response was immediate, the price reasonable for an entire system replacement (all electric AC with outdoor compressor). Their teams were prompt, efficient, clean and thorough throughout the installation process, even when running into a problem created by the previous 25 year old install. They demonstrated concern for my wellbeing and graciousness above and beyond, and were super patient showing me how to work the new and improved controls so I would be comfortable.

Special mention and EXTRA Kudos to Cole and Josh who resolved a single adjustment needed to keep my home perfectly cooled.

I can confidently recommend Goodfellas AC in Tucson to my friends and family and would call them again in a heartbeat! They really should be called the Greatfellas, or maybe the most awesome, exceptionally wonderfulFellas! Probably too much to put on a business card, though.

Alfredo and Cole were great to work with and a pleasure to have in our home. Incredibly polite and friendly. Worked efficiently and completed a professional install explaining the process and how things worked. Great Bosch unit. Whisper quiet just like I hoped. I’ve met 4 of the Goodfellas folks over the last two days and everyone is an ace. They even dropped off a portable unit to get us through the 12 hours before install.

Marty and Brian showed up on time gave me a great price. Work very hard and kept me calm during the whole process. These guys will be my plumbers for life

Updated January 2026 - I had Logan come out to work on my HVAC and he is continuing my good experiences with goodfellas. They are on time and communicate clearly and do great work for a reasonable price!

Wyatt came out and got me taken care of multiple times now. Always 5 star service when he comes out. The boys love him too!

This wont let me add a second review, but I had Marty come and do a plumbing inspection and heater drain. He was very thorough and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand.

Will always use Goodfellas in the future!

Yesterday Goodfella's techs Brian and Jake, installed a new 4-ton A/C unit to replace my 26 year old unit. Demonstrating excellent craftsmanship and being very informative , they went over the job and finished the work in the projected timeline. The cost of the new A/C was most competitive and works great. The reason I chose Goodfellas was a direct result of their technician named Logan, that Goodfellas dispatched to diagnose my old failing unit. He estimated the cost of repair of the old unit far exceeded the cost of a new A/C unit being installed. After I researched on line and found how true this was, I called Goodfellas to have them replace my old unit. Good price, good techs, and a great office manager by the name of Amber, made for a pleasurable and least costly experience for me and my family. I highly suggest you give Goodfellas the deserved consideration for your HVAC needs.

Brian from Goodfellas came to our rescue and unplugged our main line. He took his time and cleaned up all the back up mess in our shower, even ringing out the soaked bath mat. He was very polite and professional. I will definitely use this company for any future needs.

I have had the pleasure of working with Justin to replace our 30 year old water heater. He came out for a plumbing inspection and pointed out some issues that other companies overlooked. Everything he showed us, he also showed proof without being asked, so we felt like we could trust him right off the bat! Pricing was up front and clear so we felt confident moving forward. Service was quick and Justin was able to schedule the next visit right away. We have a service plan and will continue with GoodFellas as our go-to!

Adding technician Jason Shreves to our Goodfellas accolades - on short notice Goodfellas sent Jason to replace an emergency shut off valve under the sink. Not only did Jason provide fast and efficient service, he explained and educated me about all we needed to know about this and other potential plumbing projects in our home. Fantastic service.

Dec 10 - Just had a 6 month follow up Goodfellas Family Plan AC/Furnace inspection with Logan. Like our first appointment, Logan provided outstanding service; he helped me create a video for how to change the filter for our new "electrostatic" filter system - not difficult, but I needed some reminders. Logan was great about fielding all my questions, he really knows the equipment and how to articulate its performance and maintenance. Thanks Logan.

Both Logan Webb and Marty Arvayo rendered fantastic service and articulation of the necessary maintenance and repair issues at hand - inspected the outdoor and indoor units, injected, AC renew, inspected out plumbing system - Marty replaced our hot water heater; worked with our budget to provide us optimal equipment and service.

Day two follow up equally good. Logan pulled and chemically cleaned the blower wheel, installed a new electronic filter. Logan also researched our AC purchase history of our pre-exisiting unit to help us with any possible warrantee and repair without any prompting from me. Very much appreciate his proactive initiative and, as ever, excellent communications.
