The last three months have been miserable. Our AC would randomly turn off! We had two techs out here at our home to trouble shoot out AC Unit. The owner of American Conditioned Air came out and didn’t notice anything wrong except possibly control panel needed to be changed out..being a Saturday the soonest he could call was on Monday. So he ordered the part and the second tech came out to installed it. Well the same issue persists as the AC unit will stop working and then may turn back on in a day or so! My landlord called again and this time Fabian came out and diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes of being in the house and in the attic. Come to find out didn’t need the new control module.. It was a clogged drainage sensor I believe that is the correct verbiage. Fabian is such a personable and very talented young man! My family is blessed to have someone that is knowledgeable and polite!!
If the first tech would have been as thorough as Fabian, maybe the home owner wouldn’t have had to spend an extra $1,500 & we wouldn’t have had to deal with this issue for so long! I’m thankful this company has a talent like Fabian on board!

Alfonso with American Conditioned Air in Tucson was the absolute best. I cannot say enough good things about the guy. I had an AC emergency and he and American Conditioned Air responded immediately when I called. Aubry and Laura were also very helpful and responsive. Alfonso had to order a new part, but knew how to do a “ work around “ so that we had AC! While the new part is ordered. He tried his very best to try and save us money and tried everything he knew how to do, but the new part was needed. His efforts were appreciated! I highly recommend American Conditioned Air and especially Alfonso.

Mr Alphonso Peralta and his assistant were the two most pleasant and professional people I've had the pleasure to come in contact with in a very long time. They performed a major A/C repair project with such organization and expertise. I couldn't ask for anything better. I'd like to make everyone aware that Alphonso is an asset to the company.

Their technician, Jim, was outstanding! I had another company install a NEW a/c unit last summer. After five appointments, it was still not working! Jim & ACA corrected the faulty installation & even cleaned up when finished. Wow, am I ever a happy camper!

Great company they came out within an hour of my call. Had to pay the late after hours fee but that’s ok in the HOT weather can’t go long without an A/C. Service person was polite and explained everything in detail. I definitely recommend them!

American Conditioned Air has been completely professional and reliable. They serviced or AC and furnace since we moved to Tucson. Fabian has been of technician. He is prompt. Always warm and friendly. Fabian always does a very thorough job. It’s comforting to know, our equipment is kept in top notch condition, and that we can trust our technician, and the company that he represents.

Alfonso showed up early for the service. Very much appreciated as our morning was filled with errands. He was polite and professional and got right to work. He was done in no time! Always very satisfied with his work.

We had a new system installed in May 2025 and have been happy with the service we have received. When Jim met us at our home he explained all our options and didn’t try to upsell us. Fabian and Eric did a great job at install and though there was a minor hiccup they came right back the next day and fixed it. The ladies on the phone are knowledgeable and provide great customer service!

Alfonso is THE BEST!!! He stepped me through everything he was doing and why. He helped me to understand how the system should work and what his concerns were. The system is operational now. And we will keep an eye on it because he has one concern. With Alfonso I think satisfaction can be guaranteed! He is a honest, honorable, and competent technician.

Had Eric Chen as my technician. He was very friendly greeted me with a handshake introduced himself. Listened to me as I explained what I was hearing as I was cleaning around the unit, he explained it’s most likely the capacitor. He checked and sure as all get out it was the capacitor. Checked air flow and cooling ability at vents… inspected inside coil unit. Again when leaving he gave a firm handshake and said give us a call if you have any other issues. Very friendly technician. Very happy with service received today!

Replaced an old system with a new Carrier Infinity heat pump. Installation went smoothly and the system is working as expected. Jim and Alfonso appear to do a great job. The system is expensive, but expect a greatly improved heating and cooling unit. The next few years should decide just how satisfactory the system will be. So far so good.

Alfonso was here today to do the Fall checkout of our Carrier HVAC. He does an outstanding job as usual. This was his 4th visit and I'll again request that he continue to be our serviceman
