This is the second time they have been out to help us. Jim came the first time and Alfonso the second time. Both were very nice, professional, honest and explained what was going on with our heating units. I highly recommend this company.

I have had several occasions to use American Conditioned Air for HVAC need including full system replacement a few years ago. They always do excellent work for fair and honest prices. I had a thermostat replaced yesterday. Alfonso was the service technician who was professional, competent, and a pleasure to work with. He did a thorough job with installation and testing and even too the time for the initial thermostat programming. Thank you to Alfonso and American Conditioned Air.

Excellent work and outstanding customer service. Nyle was courteous and professional from the time he arrived . He did an outstanding job explaining what he was doing, as well as the function and features of the new equipment purchased. I highly recommend Nyle . Job well done!

Austin was great. He knows his product. At 1:00 pm I had no hot water by 6pm hot water was flowing through the pipes. Once he got the ok he was on the moved. Out with the old, ordered all the parts then in with new. Now it’s time for a hot shower

Needed a section of duct replaced under my mobile home. The job was discussed with Technician Mark Aguilar. Mr. Aguilar was very knowledgeable and explained clearly my options for the replacement. I made my choice and he replaced the duct for the estimated amount. I am very satisfied with Mark Aguilar's craftmanship, courteous and knowledgeable service and will definitely contact Strong Built for future work on my home.

On Wednesday 3/20 Strongbuilt finished the installation of a replacement for both a packaged unit and split system for the main house. Our first interaction was with Jeff Gray our project manager. He was very knowledgeable and professional and generally cared about our needs. Also available for those random questions. On installation day two teams arrived. Team leaders Michael (partner Chase) and Karl (I am sorry I can't remember the partners name) were excellent. Professional and easy to talk to. Protected the inside of the house and cleaned up outside before leaving. Workmanship was professional and all lines/seals/wires etc. replaced. You can't go wrong. Will be long term customers with our Panda care and future HVAC needs.

5 Stars ! Cody Bernhart was here to trouble shoot a few of my electrical problems. He was professional, knowledgeable, and updated me often as to his progress. And thanks for installing the new fan/light combo in my bathroom. Recommended.

I recently called Strongbuilt to usher me into the New Year by addressing a few issues around the house. One was for a Panda Care check up of my AC/heater unit and another for dryer vent cleaning. Nyle Miller and Mark Aguilar were both knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. A few days later Josh Wahl and Jose Lizarraga came to take care of a slow drain and hot water heater flush. Again knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. Strongbuilt must stress training and customer service. I'm now set for the New Year! Peace of mind.

I no longer trusted anyone who tried to sell me anything while sitting in MY home at MY kitchen table. I found Jeff was nothing like that. He recognized my AC dilemma and took it upon himself to help. He welcomed open communication, patiently educated me and walked me through much indecision. All conversations were no pressure conversations. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind and sincere. In the end, I was confident Jeff would get the job done right and he did.

Jeff Wenzel - HVAC Install Manager came in to further evaluate the situation. Jeff was quickly up to speed and confidently developed a plan. Jeff then put together an unbelievable team of expert installers and technicians.
Travis and Mike installed my new Strongbuilt air conditioner. They were enthusiastic. Travis explained the installation process, anticipated and answered my questions, took many photos and gave updates throughout the day. Later, TJ and Cesar came in to wrap up loose ends. And again, a great job.
All of these managers, installers and technicians cared about the job and cared about the customer (me). They also spoke highly of Strongbuilt as a company. Strongbuilt must hire the best. They must stress customer service. They must also stress education.
And NO . . . I am NOT one of their mother’s writing this review. I am real!

Recently had a new heat pump system installed and the service was exceptional. From Brandon giving me the estimate, Michael the lead tech and his manager Jeff everyone was top knotch. Communicated all during the process, cleaned up multiple times during the day. Just great service. I would highly recommend them.

Zachari Reed was amazing. I called and he called ten minutes later to say he was enroute. He was polite, professional, knocked before entering, and made this horrible situation way easier and less stressful. He got us up and running in less than an hour and the price very affordable. We were nervous about it. Highly recommend calling them in an emergency, I will definitely use again. Thank you!

Michael S, David M, and Tyler K did an outstanding job installing our new AC unit. They worked extremely hard all day and into the evening. They were very professional and great with the kids and pets. The interior and exterior were left spotless. 5 stars and will highly recommend!!!

Paul came out the day before Christmas to fix a clogged toilet & shower drain. He arrived within an hour of us calling, was very professional & explained things while he snaked the pipe, and he was able to clear the clog all within an hour of arriving! The price was phenomenal, no increased rate due to the holiday, and this company (Strongbuilt) charges by task rather by the hour, so it doesn't end up taking longer than necessary. We will absolutely continue to use this company in the future, and ask for Paul!

I want to say that I’m very impressed with Alan. He did a wonderful job on my water heater. It was very old and he had a lot of work to do but believe me I will call you guys the next time I need any help and he was a great great person and I really really can’t tell you how much I appreciated he cleaned up after himself he he did everything. I mean he just was a wonderful technician and I really want you to praise him for that if I could’ve afforded it I would’ve given him a tip, but I couldn’t afford it so But I’m sure he’ll be able to come back some other time and I can make up for then, so anyway, thank you very much and I am very, very happy with my water heater

Called to make appointment to get filters changed and heater checked out so we could use it for the coming cold weather, tech changed 1 of the 3 filters, left dirty one in my hall. Never discussed whether or not if heater was ready to be used But was definitely ready with a full list of things to be fixed.
He showed up smelling like he was in his truck smoking, I didn’t appreciate that, especially since I had to go let him know he could come in. Didn’t even come to the door. Really crazy how that went.

Not having someone around to do this stuff, when you call to have it done, you expect the company to send people out that know how to do the job in a professional manner. It would have been a great deal had it been done efficiently!!

Cody has been awesome! He found our house was giving out half the voltage instead of 120…. What a surprise. He and the team are supporting us in finding out what the heck is going on. He also installed two fans and two light fixtures. Thanks Cody!!!

Had a main sewer line clog, Paul came out at the right time for the appointment we had set up. Took care of us real quick and was very friendly with the family. Also made sure everything was in working order many times before leaving.

I had toilet issues 2 days in a row recently. After not getting any response date acceptable with my soon to ex premium service provider and several others I called StrongBilt. They could respond, they could handle the issue in an acceptable time frame. Made an upgrade suggestion to me that made sense and installed it yesterday as well! They were most respectful and left the work area better than the found it. Manuel Turrietta and his trainee I would welcome back any time.

I am leaving a full honest review nothing more nothing less. We needed a new A/C system because our current system needed a major repair, it was only 5 1/2 years old (Goodman), and I called five different companies out for estimates in December 2021. StrongBuilt's estimate was the best because they offered to put in a new copper refrigerant line for only $500.00, other HVAC estimates were $1,000.00-$2,000.00 to do it. Also, StrongBuilt included five years of their panda service free with purchase of a new system and they were offering year end $3,000.00 off new system. Their sales rep Dallas said we'd get new plenums as well with install just like all the other estimates I received. We were offered a $10,614.00 estimate or a $12,614.00 estimate. We choose the $12,614.00 because it offered 10 year replacement on the condenser, was 2 stage, and had lifetime warranties on things and offered 10 years parts and labor. Install happened the following week and it did not go well. They put rugs down on our floor from the front door to our master closet. Sadly the rugs got black dirt all over our walls (see photos), bringing in the new air handler they punctured our drywall (which I pointed out to the crew). So one of the guys goes out to his truck and brings in a bucket of drywall patch and smears it on our wall to cover the hole they made (see photo). In addition, they nicked up our front door, our master bathroom door, and our master closet door (see photos). When I pointed out how dirty our walls looked the tall guy from Georgia said, ''oh that's from our rugs'' with no offer to clean the walls. At time of signing after the work was done I asked if we got new plenums, the guy from Georgia replied, ''oh we could not put them in because they were to close to certain things up there''. We were shown only one low quality photo of the install up in the attic and they left. I called the office, and advised new plenums were not installed and the guy from Georgia came out with another man the next day and new ones were installed, but they guy from Georgia said, ''sorry, and we did not install them because they were not on the truck''. Now this is a major HVAC company and on install day they could have called and had some brought out you'd think. We were not told the truth by the guy from Georgia working for StrongBuilt. In addition, the whole install was rushed upon leaving they cleaned up nothing. Upon taking our three old thermostats off and putting new ones on they left a mess all over the floor (see photo). Upon them leaving we had to sweep, shop-vac our whole floor, and clean our walls and paint our walls. Our son who was four years three months found a sharp metal object they left in our hallway, after install, and it was lucky he did not ingest it and brought it to us. A few weeks after install a damper caused the whole system to shut down, StrongBuilt replaced the damper due to its failing right after install. Since the system has been installed the condenser scrams all the time and we have to go to the outdoor main panel to reset it (a StrongBuilt employee showed me this and said I could do it rather then calling them out all the time). We should not have this problem with a system so new. In addition another one of our dampers works sometimes and does not, we never had any issues with our dampers before StrongBuilt installed the new system in DEC 2021. The last time a StrongBuilt tech came out he tried to sell us a $300.00 Hard Start for our Condenser, if we needed one why was it not put on at install? Are the folks at StrongBuilt nice yes, but the product that we have paid for has been not great, the install was not great, and we are not even two years in with a system that should last ten and not be giving us the problems it has. I am uploading all the pictures we took after install of the mess they made in our house, and posting what the system looks like installed in our attic and outside. I would not recommend this company sadly it has not been a good experience it's been frustrating, I wish we went with HAMSTRA.
