Had our A/C break down, called ACS and they had a tech out immediately! Ryan did an extraordinary job talking about what was wrong and gave multiple options on how to fix it. Highly recommend this company for HVAC emergencies and will be our goto for routine maintenance! Pricing was fair, quality was top notch, and most important customer service was amazing from start to finish!

My air conditioner broke. Of course it is 3 PM Saturday afternoon in Tucson, AZ and the outside temperature is 101 F. Brian did a great job providing us with two portable air conditioners to help us out. He cannot contact the manufacturer until Monday morning to coordinate the warranty repair. So he will be over here in the morning to contact the manufacturer to troubleshoot which part(s) need repair.

The sales process with Ryan was great; he was professional in explaining all the different AC packages and financing options available, which truly helped us make the decision to choose the Trane unit. The installation technicians were very professional and did a great job. The only minor issue was their reluctance to remove the tape glue on my kitchen window from the portable window AC unit that ACS let us use because we had no AC, which was a small detail that could have been handled differently. We truly appreciate Dan Wolters, the manager, who came the following day. He was incredibly professional, listened, very empathetic, offered a sincere apology, and took the time to thoroughly remove the glue on my kitchen window. He showed me how to use the Trane app, which was very helpful. He quality checked the installers' work and apologized again, assuring me he would address the issue with the team to ensure it doesn't happen in the future. Overall, despite that minor hiccup, we are very satisfied with the service we received and will use ACS for maintenance and any future AC needs. ACS offers fair pricing and responds very quickly, which is greatly appreciated.

Brian and Ryan showed up on time, diagnosed the issue and had the necessary part on their truck. They were friendly, informative, and professional.

Very comprehensive check up of AC unit
Appreciated photos and description of what was happening and needed to be addressed. Ryan was very helpful and did a Great job. My only concern was the cost. Think the price inflated.
