Contacted Polar Mtn AC for repair. They only replaced two fuses and quickly checked a few things. Very little time spent. Charged me $270 and quickly left. No discounts were offered. No senior. No military. No law enforcement. All apply to this extremely dissatisfied customer who requested them. Less than 24 hours later the entire AC unit again not working. Contacted Polar Mtn AC to return. No techs available in Tucson or working in Phoenix, AZ. Contacted another company who spent a lot of time researching the issue. No service call fee required. Went with the other company. Used them before. More reliable with 10% in discounts. Saved about $2000.00, Approx. $17,000.00 for 5 ton unit for a 2000 Sq. Ft. home. 2025 HVAC. More energy efficient.

A cautionary tale. Just because a five-star is provided online doesn't necessarily mean you get a 5 star service call or overall home repair.

I called/texted Polar Mtn AC on 6/26/25 requesting a $270 refund.

To be completely fair, I did receive a full $270.00 refund on 7/2/2025. But I doubt I will contact them again.

They replaced the compressor in my A/C unit. I appreciate their service and hard work! The price was very good compared to other estimates I got. These guys are great!
