My home warranty had copper state HVAC come out to look at A/C unit. The technician who came out seemed nice and professional and stated that I would need a new compressor and that could tune anywhere from $2000 to $3000 which would have been fine but he didn’t want to fill the paperwork for the warranty company and told them he would not do the work since he had to do the paperwork.

Jacob has been amazing and does great work that other companies overlooked. We had an air conditioning unit stop working during the first heat wave of the summer and immediately called Copper State to help us. Jacob was able to come within two hours, diagnosed the issue and had it working again within an hour.
I highly recommend Copper State HVAC.

Jacob came out for a diagnostic check the same day my AC stopped working, found the problem and fixed it in the same visit. He was very professional, efficient, answered all my questions, and told me about the future maintenance and repairs I would need to consider. I can not recommend Jacob and Copper State HVAC. I originally found his info and set up my summer ac check up. He was great and let me know what issues there were and sent me all the information in an email. This Friday my ac unexpectedly went out in a panic knowing the weekend was coming and the heat I called. He came out Saturday and found the issue he went above and beyond to not only identify the issue but find the cause. I have already given his info to many people.

Amazing service, fast & fixed the problem quickly! We had a flooded HVAC and I was so stressed. Jacob answered quickly and was at our home within the hour. We had the a/c up and running quickly, especially appreciated in the July heat in Tucson and with my elderly mom. Incredibly fair prices & explained everything thoroughly.
