We are so grateful to Best Choice Heating & Cooling. Josh gave us an honest assessment of our current unit and was able to get us back up and running on one of the hottest days this summer. Highly recommend their services and we will be going with them when we have to replace the unit. They are fast, give a detailed assessment, and did great work! We are still nice and cool.

The tech was great. He did a thorough job servicing my HVAC unit. He showed me how the guy we bought our house from had left an old filter inside which got all crumpled up. Then new monthly filters of the wrong size had been jammed in on top of the old dirty filter. This dirty filter ended up costing us lots of money.

Very honest and affordable for any service. Joshua was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what was wrong. We were very impressed with him.

Great service! I contacted my warranty company of a Sunday afternoon, who contacted Best. They got me on the schedule quick. Andrew came as scheduled. Got right to work and determined my unit was fine. Culprit was new thermostat from power company. Fortunately, I saved my old thermostat 😊. He replaced it for me and was done. I want to extend my appreciation to Andrew and Joshua. I had been struggling since June with no AC, the start of the summer, with different contractors through my Home warranty company to the point where I had to ask to change contractors. Once the service request was sent to Best Choice, an appointment was scheduled promptly to diagnose my central AC unit, waiting for parts and what others could not do in 3 months, Andrew and Josh were back out to fix the issue within the same week. Thanks Best Choice, I highly recommend with their great customer service!!

The technician who came to my house was very kind and respectful, and knowledgeable of what it took to diagnose and perform maintenance on my furnace. He was also very thorough because I had a repeatable failure but intermittent. Im grateful he tried a few times and experienced what I experienced when making the call. I would hire Best Choice again, 100% of the time! Thank you!!

My experience with best choice heating and cooling was Excellent. Edward, the technician, Arrived promptly at the agreed appointment time and went straight away to troubleshooting my heating system, which was not operating at the Time. Within five minutes, he found the cause of the problem in question and he repaired it Expediently. He was very professional, and I had a very positive experience. I would highly recommend best choice heating and cooling for any system problems and Maintenance. I will use them in the future For all my heating and cooling needs.

I called and they came out right away and on time, fixed everything and replaced my thermostat. I called Rite way first and got an insane invoice with hidden cost and just bad communication, but with best choice, it really was the best choice. Thank you Andrew we appreciated your service.

Called Best Choice on a Monday for a yearly maintenance service and they got me an appointment for Wednesday the same week. Andrew showed up on time. He did a thorough service and explained everything in detail. Excellent customer service and very reasonable. I could not be happier. I’m a customer for life.

Andrew Rapada was our technician. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He notified me that he was on his way. He explained his findings after the AC tune up, which didn’t take long.
The cost of the service was also very reasonable and competitive with other service providers in the area.

My hot water heater needed to be replaced, Picture Rocks Cooling & Heating installed it very reasonable price showed up as scheduled. The tech was friendly and courteous and cleaned up any mess that was made. They are a great company to work with.

5 stars was for my first time using picture rocks heating and cooling. The second time we used them recently, the customer service was 5 stars but our master bedroom is hot 🔥. It was not like this with our old air conditioner but it is with the new one. It's unbearable by afternoon. Quality control came out and the issue he found was fixed but there is no reason our bedroom should be this hot. We explained the issue to the quality control guy and he said he would have someone get us a quote and have heard nothing.

Ian was amazing. Very thorough and professional. Wore his booties to protect our floors. Explained what was going on in a simple manner. Would definitely have him back. Picture rocks does great work

I love these guys! My AC stopped working and I called Picture Rocks at 11:45 on a Saturday morning. Someone was at my house by 12:10. It's so nice to be cool again!

He’s a straight shooter and I felt good about his diagnosis and his work.

The admin staff are also very friendly and effective. The customer experience from first call to diagnosis to service was stellar.

10 stars if I could . Picture Rocks for the win. I had a super bizarre and unfortunate plumbing issue.. Ricky quoted me an amount and the project was way more intense than we all expected, and took twice as long. Elias and Ian literally had to dig 4ft down and 4ft over, in 102 heat, in caliche, for two very long days, to get to the problem..,and were still always smiling. After completing, Picture Ricks honored their original bid, which should have been at least double!! Employees of this family owned local company are valued and treasured partners.. which was evident in their work ethic and demeanor. I highly recommend this company! Super friendly staff all around, transparent, and they definitely go above and beyond .😊
