We had Morgan come out to look service our A/C as our puppies thought the wires looked delicious and chewed the wires. Morgan was so professional and he took time to answer all of my questions. I had to apologized for not knowing what we should do to keep our system running smooth. Morgan gave us a detailed explanation of the spring service and winter service. He then explained it in a way I fully understood. I do not think I could have asked for a better experience. Thank you!!!

Service person was thankfully able to arrive early! He was courteous and professional. Plus he thoroughly explained the problem. Now I have a greater understanding of what happened and will buy the correct fuses as extras in case monsoons cause electrical surges or outages. Very satisfied customer.

Chris did a great job on servicing our heat pump. It was not the sales job I have received from other heating and cooling companies.

Called Picture Rocks for a quote after I was pretty sure another company was trying to scam me into buying a new central air system stating the blower motor we needed wasn’t available. Took me only seconds to find the same part # online so I knew I was being lied to.

Picture Rocks came to quote a new A/C, but looked at our unit and quickly established it wasn’t only an easy fix, they also had the part on hand. Fixed it for us same day, corrected improper housing install on the motor from the previous company and verified our whole system for us. And they did it for 1/3rd of what the other company said it would be before they started trying to sell me a whole new system just because our house was for sale & they thought they could try to get a cut. Absolutely recommend. Both Luke & Chris who came to the house today were professional, respectful, & helpful. We are so very grateful.

The owner was kind, considerate, punctual, very knowledgeable, willing to educate us, excellent time management and very fairly priced. This company will be our go all the time.

I had a water leak inside bathroom wall. Ryan was very professional and did the job quickly while explaining exactly what he was doing.

I had wonderful service checking my AC unit and replacing the filter. I had experienced a problem with my dryer, totally unrelated to my contracted service. Ian took a quick look and fixed the issue at no charge. He also gave me an estimate on cleaning the dryer vent: there is never any pressure when you request an estimate on work you are considering. I would highly recommend the company for heating, cooling and plumbing needs.

We had a curve ball thrown at us. Our A/C was going to go down. With the help of all the staff there we were able to get a new one installed and in a few days. From the original check for service to the final check of the new unit they installed they were very professional and forth coming with information on the questions we had. They did great work and were on time. We would like to thank Ian, Luke, Nick, Morgan, and the manager that helped on the install. We highly recommend them.

Great service! We had Picture Rocks Cooling, Heating, and Plumbing come out to evaluate issues we've been experiencing with our AC/Heating due to rodents accessing our duct system. Ian came out, and he was very professional. We are moving forward with getting an estimate and hopefully getting everything resolved!

Best damn company around! Nick, Morgan, Ozzie, Javier, Luke and Jesus were amazing. My dad was a home builder and I can tell you this company is 100% legit and honest. If you want quality and honesty at a competitive rate use Picture Rocks heating/ cooling and support local business. 2 new AC units installed in 110 degree weather and never complained once, stellar install and extremely enjoyable group of guys! I can’t recommend this company enough after dealing with other outfits, they are the real deal.

The technician was professional and helpful. The capacitor on my unit needed replacing, but it was still under warranty. He tightened a loose part. I was pleased withe the service and technician's knowledge.

A big shout out to Picture Rocks Cooling and Heating! We have an emergency line that was stopped up and leaking onto the carpet. They had a technician out here the next morning and we are very pleased with his work. We feel like the price we paid was very fair. We would use them again.!! Ty!
