As a Realtor in Tucson, Samson and Sons is my preferred and go-to HVAC company in town! They're the best with service and very competitively priced. I've had several techs on various sites- Christian, Kyle, Jose, Dylan, and many more- they're all very knowledgable, professional and timely. HIGHLY recommend!

I met with five companies when I needed a new heat pump. Out of the five, I learned by far the most from Alex at Samson & Sons. He was brilliantly straightforward in airing his concerns about my original plan, and his follow-up idea became the basis for all other quotes. He took the time to explain the tradeoffs between R-410A and R-454B systems, which was very useful in choosing a system: thanks! The company currently does not offer the 5 year financing options available from other companies.

My property management uses Samson and Sons and I'm beyond pleased with their services! Kyle is absolutely top tier service! I mentioned the issue we were having and he knew immediately what he problem was! He got my A/C back up and running within 15 minutes of his visit. I couldn't be more thankful for their help. Once again, Mark and his crew at Samson and Sons came through! This time it was for the big one, the main house HVAC. They have already installed 2 mini splits on my property since 2015 and I knew that it was only a matter of time before the main 5 ton HVAC unit on the main house would need replacing. They always show up on time and are very courteous. I don't even consider getting bids for the jobs as I know that I am getting a fair price by a company that stands by their work. I am so glad that Samson and Sons is growing so much and its all due to their great service!

Great group to work with. They answered all of our many questions. There was no upselling. They have an extremely knowledgeable team. Came back and tweaked the system after installation without delay. If you want a great HVAC experience, Samson and Sons will give it to you.

Samson and Sons is a wonderful heating and air conditioning company to work with. From the moment I made the first phone call to have someone come out until my system was put in. Everyone was very accommodating and professional and the workmanship and cleanup was wonderful. The team that did my install was Jeff, Chris and Larenz and they were easy to work with and followed through until the job was completed.

I needed my old crappy swamp cooler replaced with an AC/furnace package unit. Got a couple quotes and Samson was the cheapest (they beat Rite Way by about $10k) and my experience with them was flawless. They came out in the morning with a whole bunch of guys and demoed out the old unit, cut in a new return, craned the new unit onto the roof, assembled all of the new ductwork and gas line, ran a new thermostat line, and by that afternoon I was enjoying AC for the first time in my new house! They cleaned up the mess really well too. AND the bank they use for financing is super easy to work with, has good rates, and you can pay off your financed amount early with no penalties. Almost unheard of these days. I don't leave a lot of reviews but these guys deserve it, they were all great to work with!

I’ve had Samson and Sons fix a couple HVAC issues. They were able to fix an ongoing problem where other companies kept telling me it was working fine. Dylan and Jalen were on time, keep me informed of their progress and just great to work with. First class work and workers.

Great experience with Christian who provided a detailed inspection and report. He talked through all the issues and made recommendations. We will definitely be using them again.

Our A/C unit stopped working when it was 103. We contacted Samson & Sons and Dylan arrived in 10 minutes - granted we got very lucky- because he had time between calls. He diagnosed problem within 1 minute & fixed immediately. No run around- no extras. Had us up and running in 15 minutes. This was our second time using this company. Our first experience was excellent also. He was making service calls well after 9 pm to take care of each customer scheduled. Thank you !

Samson and sons installed my AC unit few years ago. Have always responded promptly to my request for tune-up/repair of any problems that it may have had. Their guys are so nice!! Would never use anyone else!

The entire team at Sampson and son has been wonderful. We had a new unit installed a while back, and had to have it removed to put a roof on then reinstalled recently.We had some hiccups with the roof schedule , but they gladly moved around there schedule make it work. Everyone worked to get it done.
They definitely have a dedicated customer base now.

I called Samson & Sons to give me suggestions and an estimate on how to clean or improve my debilitating allergies I was experiencing in my newly bought older adobe house. An appointment was made quicky and the team was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. They suggested a thorough deep cleaning of the HVAC coil and blower. The younger technicians that came out to do the work a couple days later, were also punctual and very diligent with the cleaning and reassemble of the HVAC. They were clear about price, with no hidden add-ons. They left their work area clean before they left. I am extremely happy with the work of Samson & Sons, and the overall price was very reasonable. My allergies have cleared since the cleaning, not a single allergy attack since, after having them nearly daily, which has greatly improved my quality of life.
