Samson & Sons serviced two of our very old heat pumps until we were ready to replace them at ages 14 & 17 years. Eventually they recommended and installed two new heat pumps. Their pricing is very fair, communications very complete, and team members always pleasant and professional.

I am a Vail resident that recently had a new A/C unit installed, and I opted for their concurrent duct cleaning service – a decision I’m incredibly glad I made. The duct cleaning was swift and thorough, and I could immediately see the difference in air quality after the installation was complete.

I was particularly impressed with the installation team. They were punctual, incredibly hardworking, and demonstrated a high level of expertise throughout the entire process. They didn’t cut corners – I observed them meticulously ensuring every connection was secure and every component was functioning optimally, both with the unit and the ductwork access points. Their professionalism was outstanding; they were respectful of my property and took the time to explain each step of the installation and cleaning process. They clearly understood their craft and answered all my questions with confidence and clarity. The work area was left clean and organized upon completion.

More importantly, the new A/C is performing flawlessly – keeping my home cool and comfortable even during these scorching Arizona days, and the improved air quality is a significant bonus. This past summer our furnace system went out. Samson and Sons came out right away for an inspection and quote. They then came out that Saturday to install everything so we would not be without ac too long. We are so grateful for the fast turn around and fair price we were given. The technicians were also fantastic and explained everything being done. We will be life long customers.

Recently Kyle from Samson and Sons serviced our air conditioner and furnace. He thoroughly checked and cleaned our unit ensuring all was in good working order. He was professional and knowledgeable about our system. He also answered questions I had on the filters. Since we had Sampson and Sons install our new unit, all the technicians have been awesome. They are a group of hardworking respectable professionals. I highly recommend them.

Jose & Tyler demonstrated great communication coordinating arrival, they we actually early(!). The crew was very knowledgeable and offered detailed explanation of services rendered, along with pictures of what was wrong with my unit.

Had Samson and Sons replace a 20+ year old furnace and AC with a new heat pump this December. Their pricing was competitive with other quotes I was seeing and everyone I worked with (Alex, Mladen, Jolene) were very professional and thorough.

Got my first utility bill and I've already seen a 30% drop in utility costs compared to the same billing period period last year. Very happy with the results.

They came out the next day. They fixed the AC / Heater unit without having to replace it just yet. It’s an old system. Like an old car. It can sometimes be repaired. Other times it makes more sense to get a new one.
They were on time and easy to communicate with. They got to the issue right away. They are in my phone for any future hearing or cooling needs.
