Called A1 for my ac repair on a Sunday and they were quick to get me on the schedule that same day. Roy arrived out to my house very quickly assessed the issue and had me back up and running within the hour. Roy was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the ac industry. Would recommend A1 to anyone looking for quality and knowledgeable AC repair personnel. These guys don’t mess around and waste your time.

Michael and his team are awesome. We had two new hvac systems installed at our home one for upstairs and one for downstairs. They were fast clean and professional. Not to mention their warranty and service offerings are the best we have found. Any questions we have had since the purchase and installation have been promptly answered and all issues resolved faster then we could have ever expected. Since then we have used them for maintenance on other properties and their price and scheduling have been awesome. We highly recommend them to anyone we know and will continue to do so.

They came out for a winter tune up and did a great job! Even saw I didn't have a surge protector and added one. I will be using them again and I highly recommend them.

I interviewed several companies before choosing A-1. Michael came and gave us the quote and gave us options. He wasn’t pushy and was very polite and cordial. Very impressive. This is a family run business. So today Roy and Conner show up with the new unit and do an incredible job. Very knowledgeable and very professional. Tested everything and took the time to give us a tutorial on the new thermostat. This is customer service the way it should be. I highly recommend this company!

Luis is the best . Man he helped me repair my leak in the lawn irrigation Main water line after a bad PRV went bad . He helped me understand how it went bad and how to prevent it going bad again ( within reason ) . He even helped me do preventative maintenance by uncovering some bent and galvanized copper from the previous house owner . He quickly assessed what he needed to get the job done and got it done swiftly in this blistering Arizona sun ( 110* degrees today ) . Thank you again man , you helped my family sleep better tonight .

Parker & Sons sent Dennis and Jacob to replace the HVAC system in my home. I am very satisfied with their work. They were professional, efficient, and respectful throughout the process. The installation was completed in a timely fashion, and the new system is running smoothly. I appreciated their clear communication and attention to detail. I’d gladly recommend them to others seeking reliable HVAC service.

Today I was scheduled for an HVAC check up which I get every 6 months. I also had an insulation check at the same time. Both were done by the same technician which saved me another appointment. Nick was knowledgeable and communicated what he had found regarding my insulation and also showed me how to change the electric filter in the HVAC since I was interested on how to do that. Parker and Sons technicians are always very polite in my experience.

Luis Carren was our technician. We thought we needed a new garbage disposal but he found a tiny screw that was stopping it from working. Works great. He’s coming back to install a new sink.

My experience with Parker & Sons in Tucson was extremely disappointing and frankly alarming. They were hired for an above the roof electrical conduit installation. For just about $3000, the quality of the work was unacceptable.
The conduit penetration flashing on the roof they installed was the worst I’ve ever seen, amateurish, and obviously rushed (attached photos). Also, some of the cover plates on the conduit pull-elbows were even left loose. It’s hard to believe this passed any kind of visual inspection by the technician. A neighbor had initially pointed out how bad of a job it was because they were able to see it from their house. Even worse, the hot AC wire inside the circuit breaker panel was visibly stripped and torn as it was pulled into the conduit. I had to temporarily wrap it in electrical tape myself to prevent any kind of short or arcing. This isn’t just shoddy workmanship, it’s a serious safety hazard that shows a complete lack of attention to detail or care for electrical/fire safety.
On top of all that, the crew left trash and bits scattered around the property and even up on the roof. Discarded materials, bits of wire, tape, and other debris were simply left behind for me to deal with.
I called Parker & Sons again to have someone look at the work (under warranty). They had a different technician come out to look at it again. The new technician agreed with my concerns and assured me they’d do everything they could to fix the conduit flashing on the roof and repair or replace the damaged wires, and they would notify a supervisor. I haven’t heard back in two weeks now...
The overall craftsmanship was far below acceptable standards and customer service is sub-par. Again, for close to $3000, I expected professional work from a company with their reputation, but what I got was careless, messy, and potentially dangerous. I absolutely would not recommend Parker & Sons to anyone for electrical related services.

We bought a home in Tucson in January and unfortunately there were major plumbing issues that were not disclosed. Our water heater also died after a few weeks in the new home. In addition, we wanted to make some improvements and when calling different companies Parker and Sons were the most affordable and reliable. (Josiah and Jerry worked with us and are incredibly experienced and reliable)

If we could have done this all over we would have called them during the inspection proceeds for them to provide us with a quote for the clogged drain and to give us a quote for the projects we wanted to tackle.

The work we had done:
Water heater + upgrade
Capped gas line
Changed our pipes in the bathroom
Changed our pipes in the kitchen

This is a simplified list of the amazing work performed by the team at Parker and Sons. We also had many questions along the way and they took the time to explain each step of the process. Both Jerry and Josiah were available to answer questions after the project was completed and we are so grateful for their customer service!

This has been such a stressful experience but we feel confident in the work performed and this gives us peace of mind.

We recommend their membership. We installed our dishwasher ourselves and when we couldn’t figure out the last step someone came out to help us and because we were members (and the fix was so obvious and simple) they didn’t charge us.

We had an appointment to have our HVAC unit inspected. Angel arrived on time, thoroughly inspected the unit and gave us a detailed report. He was professional, personable and answered our questions.

Even with a few permit issues at Pinal, Co. The staff at Parker and Son's were always helpful and professional to get the job done. Kudos to both sales; Stacy and in Electrical; Chester. I cannot say enough good about them. Professionalism and personal relationships are what make businesses endue with customers.

Four different companies told me that my AC system was down and that I needed a new compressor, therefore I would have to replace my system.

I could not afford the cost to replace it. So, I stayed with out my AC-burning up in the summer with no cool air and freezing in the winter without heat for over a year.

I called Parker and Son's to recheck my system. Steven did a by pass and manually turned on the system. He changed out the battery in my thermostat. He got it running again.

I sat in disbelief as I felt my house cooling down. Tears ran down my eyes. I could hardly speak a word.

He explained that my system would eventually need to be replaced because it was in the yellow and the freon fluid was low. But for now it would hold out a bit longer.

I thank God for this miracle because Parker and Son's came out on a free consultation. It did not cost me a cent only tears of joy and relief. Thank you Steven. I'm forever grateful.
