HVAC reviews in Tucson, Arizona

We had a total a/c replacement done with a mini split.
The men that came to install our unit was well respectful with our home and most professtional in their job. They worked well together and quick to get the job done. I am passing the word along with our nieghbors that asked what was going on. -
We had our HVAC and our heating system serviced and noticed there was a sensor that was never installed from the builder at the time our house was built. Joshua brought this to our attention and was very knowledgeable about the reason it would be smart to put one in and did it the same day. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and I can’t say enough about his standard of work which was fantastic.

OVER $2500 to fix 2 breakers and 1 bus bar..... this seems so ridiculously expensive. Tech was nice though. Wish I knew it was commissioned sales before I got gouged. I still have drywall to fix on my own from "the repairs" too!! Update: ive learned that 2 outlets no longer work and 1 of the breakers doesnt work either. . . Both worked beforehand.

I want to commend your crew , Curtis, Alex, Matt and the other two installers that did the crawling under the mobile home to install new duct work. Curtis and Alex who explained how a Heat Pump /AC System works and that the internal parts of the system are for the most part the same as most other parts regardless whose name is on the unit and the importance of a adding another cold air return so the system would function properly.
Matt was great, I could not have ask for a better more knowledgeable person to lead up his crew. Matt was very personable and explained the work in progress as the job progressed.
The only negative review I will give you was on your electrician in the fact that he need a 90 Amp Breaker and did not have one until the nest day. He should have known he needed a 90 Amp Breaker and did not have one to to finish the installation leading Matt to come out the next day to finish the job.
All and all great job.
Thank you

Called at 4 pm on a Friday for my furnace not working. Parker & Sons had a tech at my home within an hour! Unbelievable! Steve the tech was very knowledgeable and straightforward. Troubleshot my issue and had it fixed within 1 hour. Very meticulous in checking for any unsafe conditions of my furnace. Was a excellent "salesperson" too, explained in detail all of my options in replacing my unit, no pressure, just informed details of what Parker & Sons offers. Fantastic.

Great experience. Plumber showed up on time and thoroughly explained what needed to be done and gave a reasonable quote. Got everything done in a timely fashion. Bonus my pets loved the guy!

Great service! This is my second time using them and I am still impressed. Jaydon was very professional and thorough. Very knowledgeable about my A/C and explained things very well. He replaced a couple items and left the site very clean and tidy. He inspected the lines to my outside unit and rewrapped and reattached brackets that were loose. I think the quality of work is a reflection of the work environment, and from what I have experienced so far, it seems like Parker & Sons is good business. Thanks again and I will definitely be using them for plumbing, HVAC and other stuff!

I had an AC Tune Up done by Thomas and he was such a great employee. Very kind and most importantly, he wasn't rushing. He answered all my questions and concerns. Thomas also mentioned that they were also running a special on water heater flushes, coincidentally I was. I got that scheduled two days later where Rene and another young man (I wish I remembered his name) came by. Both were very nice and respectful. Not in a rush at all. I gotta say, Paker & Son's has some great employees. Thanks guys!

When I was talking to the young man that came to do the service on my AC and heater unit was very cordial and likable. I showed them both units and he went about his work, as far as I could tell he was quick and through. He showed me some discrepancies in my heater unit that would require some needed work and recommended some additional improvements. Job well done...

I'm very pleased with my experience with Parker & Son's. I am a widow and, to have one phone call to make and have any problem taken care of around my home, is great. The various members of your team are very knowledgeable and will answer all my questions. I am a fan!

Had a part break in my shower Saturday morning, called and got a FANTASTIC repair tech out right away. Robert fixed the valve in my shower super fast, was so professional and great. I've worked with Parker and Sons several times over the last ten years and the customer service is unmatched. Customer for life! 10/10

The plumber arrived in about an hour and a half. He assessed my issue and told me what needed to be done. He gave me a quote that is competitive and answered all of my questions. He appeared to be honest knowledgeable and he actually listened to me. And we know that doesn't always happen, so I appreciate that. All in all I would say it was a very good appointment and I was satisfied with the outcome. Will definitely call them if I need help again.

I had a small drip in my pressure relief valve. Zach took one look at my hose bib and warned me there were bigger issues. He could just fix the tiny drip or address totally corrupted piping. He was very courteous, efficient, capable, knowledgeable. Making appt online extremely easy. Zach was on time, gave exact cost up front. Highly recommend!

I spent the night hearing chirping from 2 smoke alarms, so I wasn’t in the best mood. Rob from Parker & Sons arrived right on time. He was competent, informative, and polite. He took care of the ROOT CAUSE of the problem. Even took pictures. I enlisted in the annual warranty plan. Added a surge protector for my home. Prices were reasonable. Work was done same day. I wish I’d found them sooner!!!

I was at Home Depot last week and saw kiosk advertising HVAC Annual Maintenance for $49. I was planning to get this done anyway, so I decided to give them a try. I'm very happy that I did! The tech, Steven, was prompt and organized, and it was easy to see that he knew what he was doing. He found one problem right off, my compressor motor was leaking grease. He brought it to my attention and told me that I shouldn't worry as my unit was still under warranty. He predicted that it would probably fail before the warranty expired and advised me to wait it out. The new parts would then be covered by the manufacturer when it failed, all I'd have to pay would be the cost of the service call. He also recommended that I get a "soft start" capacitor installed. He said it would help my unit to last longer. I chose to defer that until the motor failed, leaving the unit "as built" to assure that the warranty would not be voided. I feel that I got great service at a more-than fair price. Be sure to look them up when you are at Home Depot to get the best price.

We had a new AC unit installed August 6th. On September 5th we had a rain storm. As a result, our AC unit quit working. They sent out a tech and said nothing was wrong with the unit. He did say that there might of been a power surge and we needed to buy a surge protector for $400, which was not offered to us when we bought the unit. Today September 19th, again the unit is not working. We are paying over $19,000 for a unit that keeps going down when it rains. I would like to have a unit, that would keep working, like our old one, especially since it brand new and we paying so much for it. My wife has ben told a supervisor would call us back, that never happened. I had to reach out multiple times to get a supervisor to talk to me and never got a resolution.
Amendment to this review, switching from a 1 star to 4. The technicians they had come out to help were very friendly but they had to come out 5 or 6 times (lost count) but they were persistent in getting our A/C unit fixed. We ended up having a surge protector put on it and had to get a new fan motor put on it and it has been working since. Thank you for fixing the issue. We still never heard from a supervisor but they did send technicians out to fix our issue. Thank you for getting this fixed, fingers crossed keeps working and no issues. -
I’ll do it myself next time, the cost was 576 for 2 outlets to be made flush with the walls, one to be rewired. 1994 cavco. Neither are flush,
and exchange a GFI breaker. Rewire a light above the bathroom sink. I’m appalled at this amount and did not hold back letting him know. ( in a nice way.) later was told by neighbors about the sales and up sales with Parker & Co and to ask them next time for a great company reasonably priced! . If I’m going to be dumb enough, It’s my fault! It’ll only happen once! The tactics are Epic! Get them here, we need the work done, I could have said no let me get another bid. Send em packing. We forget sometimes who is important. -
Given that Parker and Sons has thousands of reviews and a 4.7-star rating, I figured they must be reliable. I had a technician come out to do an electrical inspection, and he listed several issues. The total estimate for repairs was over $30,000. This was a lot of money, so I naturally got a second, third, and fourth opinion to make sure everything was legitimate. I did not tell the other companies that I was getting multiple opinions, as I wanted “honest” assessments.
All three of the other companies agreed on one major issue that needs to be repaired, estimating the cost at around $5,000–$7,000. When I asked about the other issues Parker and Sons pointed out (e.g., water damage), they said they did not see any of that. They double-checked and, for example, explained that the “water” was just normal grease from the initial installation.
Basically, it seems like the technician who inspected my house from Parker and Sons tried to overcharge me by tens of thousands of dollars. Maybe others have had better service or received more reasonable quotes, but I strongly caution everyone to get a second, third, and fourth opinion. Personally, I will never use Parker and Sons again, nor will I recommend them after this experience. I immediately canceled my subscription with them. Be careful everyone. -
We had the AC and heater system replaced in our home. Curtis, who provided our quote was very friendly and courteous and patiently answered all our questions. David, Jeremy and the crew of about six others did an amazing job installing the system. They were very friendly and were happy to take the time to answer all our questions. They were careful to lay down a protective cloth to protect our carpeting and were very considerate of our home in every way. The job was completed quickly. They then patiently explained how our new thermostat worked along with the AC and heater units.
We highly recommend Parker & Sons..! -
Customer service is on point! The office ladies, Brittany and Danielle were so nice and helpful. I like that Brittany and i have the same name, even if it’s spelt differently.
