I had a very old, and noisy AC/heating unit replaced with a high efficiency, very quiet unit. The installers, led by Armani, were excellent, they were efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. But most important, they were thorough, taking the time to validate everything was properly installed and functioning as it should, -----caring just like it was their own personal property.
I would highly recommend One Hour.

The technician arrived early. He gave me a call to let me know that he could start well before my install time… that worked out great for me. Technician was very efficient and went to work and got the job done! Super friendly guy who even tolerated my dog bothering him.

The company was easy to deal with and very professional throughout the process. Jayden serviced our A/C unit. He was very personable, professional, and communicated very well. We met Jayden because he helped my husband when he was broken down on the way home, so even after hours, he is an upstanding citizen. They tell you pricing up front when they find the issue and stick by it. I would 10/10 recommend this company to anyone.

Tailored Mechanical installed a new heat pump system for me, and I couldn’t be happier. Chris, Victor, and Jayden came at 8 AM and worked until almost 8 PM, staying until they finished the job. They worked really well together, each doing their part as well as working together on portions of the job. Everyone was completely knowledgeable and experienced in every aspect of the installation. This isn’t the first time I’ve hired Tailored Mechanical to do work for me. I’ve been working with them for years because I’ve been so impressed with their knowledge, work ethic, and their friendly staff. It’s sometimes a stressful experience when you have to have someone come into your house, but NOT with Tailored Mechanical! It’s more like having some of my friends or family over. I can just relax and enjoy myself. They always know what they’re doing and explain everything to me as much as I desire. Whenever I need just about anything done, they can do it and always do it well. I don’t even consider calling anyone else because they are the best I’ve ever dealt with. I will ALWAYS call TAILORED MECHANICAL!

Joseph, the tech was great. Really helpful and polite. Based on the recommended services and costs for those, I get the vibe that this is yet another company that way overcharges for services and takes advantage of customers that don’t know any better. Not of fan of doing business that way.

Very nice young man ! Polite and told me what I could wait on…. Thank goodness as all would have been close to 4000.00. We replaced it in 2017! Our last one lasted 27 years! Guess they do not make them like they used to! They came today and did the work and cleaned up like they were never here! I highly recommend Tailored Mechanical!

They are very thorough with their inspections and they take the time to go over what is needed and why. Used them for a project and our experience was great so we now use them for our regular maintenance as well.

Highly recommend this AC company! Joseph came out to do a full inspection of our AC system a few months ago and gave us great, thorough information as to what was causing our issues so we could address those concerns with the company who provides our warranty. We had him come out again today to get a second opinion based on the recent work that was done and of course he provided such great information and explained things well. Will use again!
