I am beyond grateful for the amount of time Joseph spent in my home today. He was very thorough in his inspection and took an educational approach about why he was recommending certain services. His knowledge helped with prioritizing an action plan and never did I feel any pressure to buy. I am looking forward to working with him and Tailored Mechanical again.

Inspection for a buyer: Jayden was spectacular! Reviewing the HVAC units in the property, diagnosing and evaluating for the potential buyer of the home has been so impressive. The buyer is equipped with a true comprehensive evaluation to move forward with requests for repairs.

OK Problem is not Fix Stil Leaking Water from under my Wall the TECH said I am getting to much hot air sucking though the Filter so anybody out There can figure this out cause I am tried of it I won't the thing takeing out and Put something that works I don't have Time to babysit the A/C heat Pump that Brand New

Victor arrived on time and provided a complete and thorough service on my hot water heater. When a part broke unexpectedly, he showed me the problem and promptly replaced the part. He also explained the various levels of service offered by the company and left me with information to consider. I was impressed with the owners of the company, whom I had met at the Tucson Home Show, and with Victor's manner and capabilities. I would definitely recommend them!

Tailor Mechanical came out on the holiday when my air conditioning stopped working. Tav (the service technician) came out within 1 hour and had the problem diagnosed and resolved within one hour. He and the company are very professional and take great pride in what they do. We as the customer have to remember that we need to take care of those who help us with services e.g. HVAC, plumbing, car repair, etc. Side Note - I am signed up for their maintenance program which is where they come out and flush my water heater and my bathroom fan plus service the unit twice a year. This is a great service!

My regular scheduled maintenance was performed. The ac unit was checked, temperatures were taken to ensure the unit was working as required, and the filter was changed. The work was accomplished as scheduled, was fast and efficient, and the tech explained everything. the technician was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. he answered all of our questions.

Jayden and his crew were very professional. They did a wonderful job on the install and addressed any concerns I had. Jayden worked with me within budget and helped me get the system I needed. I was very impressed! I received 7 bids prior and decided to go with Taylored Mechanical out of all of them. No Regrets!

I called Tailored Mechanical to send me a handwritten Invoice for service completed. I have a 4 year old Lennox. Since replacing the coil came to $2,400, I need to have a history file established for this fairly young unit. I received a flat out NO from Jayden who insisted they ONLY do paperless.He hung up on me. I don’t know why requesting a paper invoice hit a nerve with him….. such a waste of time and I have now ended my relationship with Tailored Mechanical.

Decided to get a new HVAC Equipment with this company...

1. Found out I OVERPAYED BY A LOT!... like by $5,000 dollars more than I could have paid…

2. Poor aftersales customer's service. (won't return calls or emails and I haven't even complained about anything to them yet (or at least not until now if they read this review and I hope they do).

3. OK Workmanship in general but not great, could have gotten a better installation quality for sure.

4. My neighbors got really upset at me because they parked company truck and blocked their garage for many hours and never occurred to them to at least ask for permission or to move their truck somewhere else.

5. I had to set up the new thermostat by myself and call product support to get guidance and get it done, because their 2 Technicians that tried were not able to get it done.

**MY ADVICE TO YOU: I highly recommend quoting at COSTCO and/or HOMEDEPOT before going with this company and comparing quotes**

OVERALL BAD EXPERIENCE... I wish I had gone with a different company now.

I know there are worse companies out there, but I feel like there is a high probability of finding better options for sure.

We had an outstanding experience with Tailored Mechanical. From beginning to end constant communication. Jayden our technician made it very easy to understand what was needed and did not oversell. We highly recommend Tailored Mechanical.

Jayden was incredibly professional, honest and straightforward. He and Chris (owner) spent extra time explaining all the possible contingencies of our system. I would definitely use and recommend TM to all my friends and family!

This company installed my new water softener. The service tech (Jayden) did an outstanding job with the installation. All my copper was straight and lined up and looked like artwork with pipes. He is a definite asset to the company and I highly recommend him.
