I highly recommend this company. They were by far the most reasonably priced, they came out when they said they were going to, they ran a clean jobsite and were really Knowledgeable and friendly. Give them a call he won’t be sorry

We've had business with them for several years, and around 2ish years ago we paid for a new unit which also included costs for installation. Some months ago we noticed the unit was not cooling cause the tubing disconnected, and we also noticed that they did an absolutely terrible job with the duct tubing, adding to that they used extremely cheap materials. They charged us an abhorrent 400 dollars just to zip tie those ducts, which funnily enough, did not last a month. Now recently about a month ago the unit has not been working properly, they charged us 89 dollars for just looking at it and then 480 dollars for "changing the compressor" which actually made the issue a lot worse. We've waited for 3 days and they do not arrive as they tell us. Terrible company and absolutely horrid service, go for the other guys, cause these "technicians" will con you out of money.

Last year in June our A/C went out. We chose Reyna because they did three units for different family members of ours and they were satisfied. When they were completed it took them almost a month for them to come back and fix where they cut the roof to get into the attic.

Now a year later our A/C went out again. My boyfriend called they told us they would be here on Tuesday 8/29 between 3-5PM. My boyfriend left work early and the person never showed up. He called for an ETA the guy goes he will be there and hung up. We received no call at all. Tried calling again kept getting hung up on. Our house was 90 degrees inside. My boyfriend called again today to speak about this and all he was told was someone would be to our house around 4PM. Luckily we work during the day and have places to stay to be out of the heat until its fixed but most people do not have those options.

I think its ridiculous that we can't any form of communication, and units/parts that only work for a year when we paid a lot of money for the brand new unit.

Had them service my Heating unit cause I couldn't do it myself due to health reasons. Gave them a call and next day they arrived. Very professional and cleaned up after the work was done. I will use them for future Maintenance and start up.. Thank You for the Excellent work Reyna !!!

My grandfather had hired Diego to come and check out are air conditioning and he was amazing he was super respectful with my children being in the household and he was Quick and efficient would highly recommend

Diego & Jesus did a thorough job of installing our HVAC unit in record time which was SO appreciated. Our existing unit had failed and with the cooler weather we were very uncomfortable in our chilly home. They had everything I needed. Did a whole house re-duct and installed 2 units on my house quick clean work and love the in-house financing great value and will use again. Even after services rendered they have checked in to insure everything is good. Very happy with overall experience.

Very satisfied with the whole process. Claudia helped us with the whole process from initial meeting, financing, and installation. She answered every question and concern we had. She came Saturday and by Wednesday we had a whole new AC/heating system. The guys that came to install the unit were very punctual and professional. Highly recommend

Best team ever they went above and beyond to help me they . Haved mini splits and a flat roof and no duct they found away with there team and installed a new Ac unit . Reyna installed a new air conditioning system in our home about 6 years ago and comes once a year to clean and service the system. This is the best ac system I have ever had. It is extremely efficient and costs less to run than the original unit. I will never willingly have anyone else service or replace my AC unit. They did an incredible job and didn’t leave until the job was complete. They professional and great to work with. Thank you to Reyna and Diego!

I had them install my hvac five years ago and it has been a nightmare ever since. They installed an hvac unit for my parents and it’s still working beautifully but I’m not sure if their service is hit or miss but I got a big miss. When their employees installed it they left trash in my yard, unused pipes, and they had to open parts of my home on the outside to install it and then they never closed it back up. They also left a hole in my ceiling and got plaster everywhere. I called them and they came back to fix all of that (they still left some new trash from that visit Gatorade bottles and stuff like that). Then it started to leak into my house. It is obviously the condensation from the ac not draining properly and I had them come to check it 3-4 times and each time they said there was nothing wrong with it despite seeing the damage the leak was doing. One time they had sent a tech from phoenix to check it and he had been working 12 hours that day I felt so bad for him I offered him water and even made him a sandwich. It wasn’t until the last time (just after my warranty ended) that they “figured out” what was wrong. When you spend over 4000 dollars to get a unit installed you expect them to fix how they installed it not try to charge you 500 dollars after the warranty has ended. When they installed it they pushed me to write a review and I thought I would wait awhile to make sure the ac was fine. I’m just finally writing my review. It does a good job of cooling though so I guess there’s that. 👍🏼

Diego did a great job! He was very professional and provided great customer service. He took the time to explain what was going on with the AC unit. Highly recommend 👍
