My AC went went out on us on a 110 defree day and Caludia was nice enough to lend us a portable unit while she set us up.
The installation techs were very well mannered and our sales rep Claudia was very helpful and very good with communicating with us. There was a minor issue with incorrect condenser being shipped but Claudia and her team rectified the issue quickly with no issues or hassle. The whole teams professionalism and overall experience was pleasant. Except for those hot summer days of course this went went vert smooth and quick.

I called Dynamic to set up a maintenance program for my home. Ronnie, the technician, arrived on time and explained the benefits of their three year maintenance program. After servicing the equipment, he provided me with a rundown of some potential issues and provided me with the cost to repair. Everything was explained to me in understandable terms and the repairs just made sense. Ronnie completed the repairs and I have every confidence that I will have no problems with air conditioning over the summer. I would highly recommend Dynamic and Ronnie to anyone looking for reliable, courteous service.

This company is amazing! They have been servicing my 1986 A/C unit since 2016. They are friendly and knowledgeable and on time. When I am able to purchase a new unit, I will not go anywhere else or use any other company in Tucson. No need to look any further if you find this gem!

Today, Monday May 19 2025, we had our air/heat checked by Dynamic Comfort AC and Heating. Our technician, Justin, was on time, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and informative. He easily explained our options and what needed to be done to maintain optimal performance from our current system.

We plan to replace our entire system within the next few years and I have interviewed several other companies to potentially do the job. However, after meeting with Justin today and getting an honest, competent and trustworthy education as to what we truly need for our home, we will have Dynamic Comfort complete our new installation when that time to replace arrives.

We purchased our service contract today to ensure we have the preventive maintenance in the meantime to provide us with peace of mind with our current system.

Justin is an asset to Dynamic Comfort and we will request him as our technician for our service needs.

Dynamic Comfort replaced my AC Unit in September and their service has been top notch. They gave me a very competitive price which included regular maintenance checks. They have been very dependable and easy to work with. They’ve already come out several times to do follow up QC checks and addressed any issues within the same day. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Without a doubt, the best experience ever! Unfortunate damage to our system reguired a completely new system! Nate scheduled our system within three days because of the weekend! One of his technicians ( Brandon) volunteered to install our system on Saturday, two days early! Brandon was so awesome! Highly recommend this company!

Nate was very professional and nice! Explained everything in detail and was very easy to understand. Nate took a bunch of pictures to help explain the good and not so good stuff he found. He was not pushy and made sure to put all of the info on a site that we are able to go on and see all that needs to be done and what he did while he was here. We will definitely be working with him again!

The technician, Zack, was very cordial and polite. He contacted me by phone as a courtesy prior to his arrival. Once he was on my property, he checked in and explained everything he was going to do. He was thorough, quick, and summarized everything he did and the status of my HVAC system before departing. I realized my HVAC system may be coming close to end of life, but Zach didn’t try pushing unnecessary things to try and score a sale. He did mention systems they recommend in the future if I wanted to consider them. He was not pushing a sale which I really appreciate. This is what built my trust with this company and they’ll be the first one I would ever consider when it’s time to replace my system. Zach did let me know what these replacement systems cost so I have expectation management and know how to budget for replacement in the next year or two.
