I scheduled a checkup of my new air conditioner from Hamstra. I want to protect my investment. The young man who came to our house was so nice and professional. He ran a checkup program on the machine and looked it all over. I am very happy with Hamstra.

Overwhelmed with the professionalism, experience and knowledge of everyone we dealt with from the initial contact to installation of our complete HVAC system. Other contractors had told us we could not fix the problem of not getting sufficient warm/cool air to our furtherest room from the unit. Not true. Running a new direct line to that specific room fixed the problem. Thanks HAMSTRA!

I had my new system installed today. Everyone gets a 10 out of 10. They arrived on time, completed the work on time, and cleaned up the site. The system is working as promised. Big John, Frankie, Andrew and Elizabeth were professional and extremely pleasant to work with. I've been working with Hamstra for 10 years and will continue to be a customer for the foreseeable future.

They give half hour notice for when the technician will arrive which is helpful. They do a great job with twice annual maintenance - our two units have lasted 13 and 15 years so far.

Hamstra’s tech Richard was great! Very personable, explained everything. Service area clean when he left! Maintenance contract price very reasonable!

My blower went out in my HVAC system during a week of exceptionally high winter weather for Tucson. So rather than installing the new blower before a vacation, I let it go. Then of course I came to what was an exceptionally COLD house for me. Hamstra to the rescue. I 'learned to live' with a space heater for a week while they ordered what they needed and installed it as soon as it came in. In Tucson, we can be weather wimps with 'cold' weather... so I was grateful for a warmed room when we entered the new year!

Brendan was excellent today for our HVAC/gas heat system maintenance. He was prompt, helpful, and thorough with photos too! We enjoy HAMSTRA service. and helpful staff.

We purchased an entire new HVAC system. I was very pleased with everyone I dealt with at Hamstra. Very professional and very informative. I particularly would like to mention David, Mikey, and Alex, who were our installers. All three of them were excellent. They were polite, professional, and pleasant.

Everyone I’ve met at Hamstra has been so friendly and professional. Lary the salesperson, Travis the inspector, and Steven, Michael and Andrew the installers were all excellent! They worked with me to find the best system for my home and my budget! I had quotes from other companies but theirs was the most thorough and detailed! I highly recommend Hamstra for all HVAC needs!

Technical Brian came out right on time and serviced both of our units quickly and efficiently in accordance with our Hamstra maintenance plan. Brian was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and we learned some important features about our HVAC units. Totally pleased with the service call.

I had a terrific experience with Hamstra and signed up for an annual maintenance plan. The technician (shout out to Brian!)found and correct the issue causing my fan to run constantly. He also completed our seasonal heat inspection (as part of aforementioned maintenance plan) and told me about a TEP rebate for coil maintenance, so the total cost was less than $10 after submitting the rebate. Very professional and trustworthy crew at Hamstra!

We just had our new unit installed and I am impressed. We switched from a AC/heat pump, which took up valuable closet space, to a package unit. Hamstra coordinated with the roofing company and . We had to wait on the roofers for 2 days and while waiting with no AC, they graciously loaned us a portable AC unit. They had the old unit out and new unit installed in 2 days. Everyone at Hamstra was professional and answered tons of questions from my husband and myself. I cannot recommend them enough.

Hello , Hamstra heating and cooling is amazing their follow up process is professional. I've used them for preventative maintenance for 1 year now , techs are great and Mike their Business development Manager is a gem. I highly recommend Hamstra heating and cooling a great honest company 😊😊

When the technicians came to look over my furnace, they were respectful, very informative, knew what they were doing. They did all the checking points for the furface went over what type of filter I should use. They replaced an older part that needed replacing. Hamstra Heating is a very professional company. I recommend them.
