Akio and Chris went above and beyond to help get my Air Conditioner unit working again. I have Grizzly (3year old rescue dog) in the house hanging out and he has to stay cool. They came out right away. I would definitely recommend Evans Cooling to my friends and family.

great folks, very knowledgeable, great deal as preferred customer with spring and fall checks and service within 24 hours if anything breaks down. Very comforting to know you have someone looking out for you with the summer storms in this heat.

I am very pleased with the service! I did my research and received three estimates for an AC unit. I spoke with Joshua a few times, and he clarified all my questions. I liked that he came out for the estimate, and then he also installed the unit (as opposed to a sale person giving you an estimate and then later sending out a crew for installation). He was knowledgeable and professional while being friendly. On the day of the installation, all went well despite some unexpected additional wiring to set up and the crane being late. Despite that, they got everything right to set up the unit. His assistant (and son!) was also great. The break down of the unit/labor/materials, etc, was fair. Thanks also to Chris who came out to help during the day. I had met him some years before when I scheduled some service. Overall, excellent service and I would totally recommend this business!
