Dynamic Comfort performed a bi-annual A/C check-up. The tech, Will, did a thorough inspection. We were aware that a previous repair, done last year by a different Company could have been done better and probably should be addressed. Will caught it and took the extra time to insure it was done properly. All interactions we had with the staff (and there were several) were professional, helpful and very pleasant. Thank you Rachel, Will and John.

Nate was great, he gave details on our unit that no other company has given us. Nate sat down with us and answered all our questions and was very personable. He offered us great deals that are not just as a one time offer, provided us tips to extend the life of our unit. 6 stars if I could!!

Great service. I have a yearly maintenance check plan with them. They called me to set up the appointment. They took initiative to take care of my AC unit and made sure I get what I paid for! Zackary, the technician, was punctual and explained his concerns for our 17 year old unit. He also did not mind that we tagged along, watched him work, and asked questions.

Justin is always on time, very courteous and professional, he always answers my questions and explains what exactly is happening and what is needed.

Technician was on time and explained everything that was done and why it was done. Service was completed as part of a pre-paid service contract. Very happy with the service and the company overall. Very professional in every contact I’ve had with them.

The technician was named Will. And I appreciated all he did. He was timely and communication. As well as thorough and neat in his cleaning of our units. I would hire them again anytime.

The representative Ronnie showed us and sent pictures of where our a/c was sparking. He fixed it and explained everything that had to be done and why the things broke the way they did. He also explained how we can keep it in tip top shape. Very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Kindness goes a long way!

Had dynamic comfort come check our system. Went thru everything suggest some minor maintenence service. We chose to sign up for twice yearly check on our system. Spring for A/C and fall for heating especially since our system was 20 yrs.
