One hour air conditioning & heating company is awesome. Service is very professional and knowledgeable. It is pretty quick you do not have to wait until next day or so on. They are always on time. It's about 25 minutes ago a technician Kynzie Cerveri fixed my AC. Last year also I hired the same company. This is the reason I gave 5 ⭐.

These people get the job done! Armani Cerveri came out because our heat pump wouldn't come on. He found and cleaned the corroded sensor that was causing the issue and got us back up and running. When his repair had a hiccup late this evening, he came out and found and fixed the short. Brittany the Office Manager has also been quick to respond and find solutions as we've navigated this experience. This team is top tier.

Your serviceman Armani is very friendly and he did a great job inspecting our unit. He took time to explain and showed me pictures of the parts and what needs to be done to improve it. He recommends a thorough cleaning of the drum blades and the vents to improve our home's air quality.

This is the BEST company to call for your cooling needs. They are fair price for 1 hour service. We have an Evaporated cooler that sits on our trailer. Joshua came, shut down our heat, then got our cooler up and running. My cooler gave him a challenge and he met and beat that challenge no problem. He is the sweetest, most conscientious service person I've ever dealt with. He provided me with the absolute best service. This young man is a professional, sincere and genuinely cares about the job being perfect or he will come as many times as it takes to get it perfect. He is a credit to all young professionals. 5 stars all across the board, if they had a 10 star rating, he would blow that out of the water. If you are looking for fair prices, honest, caring and professional service, call my new friends at One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating. They even do emergency calls on the weekends.

She stayed on top of all communication and took great notes then addressed each one to closure. I had just bought a house where the dryer vent hadn’t been cleaned in years and was clogged. Danielle was very helpful and pleasant making the appointment and keeping me updated. Joe, my technician and a veteran, was dedicated to doing the job right and good to work with. I’m very happy with their service.

These guys are absolutely amazing. Armani came out on the 5th of July. He was the 5th hvac company we had out to our house. Every other company swore we needed a whole new unit. While Armani found the issue, got the machine running and offered to work with us in getting the machine running. They save us. I highly recommend this company to everyone I meet.

Really great experience with this company. They were responsive. I was concerned it’d be hot before we could get the repair complete, but Brittany who I believe works the service desk helped get me immediate help since our AC went out. Ethan Jennings was the tech who came out. Very kind and explained a lot of things to me in regards to what the issue may have been. He was open and honest which is always appreciated. He stayed to do our repair the first day for a few hours, but he needed to return the following day to replace specific parts needed for my unit. The following day he did the repair quickly and efficiently. Thank you to One Hour team for all your help and Brittany who made the arrangements for my appointment as well as great communication with care.

Danielle and Noah were extremely knowledgable and competent when they visited my home for the dryer appraisal and cleaning. They answered all my concerns with patience and took the time to ensure I knew what was required to do a great job. My one question is the apparent subsequent costs of follow ups seems exorbitant to me. Hence, I'm subtracting one star.

I called One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning after another company failed to properly repair my home A/C—and I’m so glad I did. One Hour got it right the first time! Technician came by today and corrected the issues I found. Everything is decent now. I think I should be refunded the labor I was charged that everyone agrees was dangerous. $2K. I have photos but would prefer not to post them. This is relating to the flu vent. As I see it now it is about 80% good.

Was having AC issues and found One Hour HVAC. They were extremely polite on phone showed genuine empathy for our plight. Armani was dispatched and did an amazing job. Was quick to diagnose issue but thorough in unit inspection also extremely personable, and caring of our home. Would a million times over recommend Armani and the One Hour HVAC team.

My furnace, which is only 2 1/2 years old, gave out a few days ago. I initially had a local company come out and do a diagnostic. They did, and as it turned out my compressor had gone bad. They quoted me a repair price which was MUCH higher than what I was expecting (to be fair I had no idea how expensive this type of repair would be). I'm not made of money so I called around a bit and reached One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. I sent them the diagnostic from the other company, they replied with their own estimate which saved me $400 from what the previous company had quoted. Their guy Roman came over the next morning and spent about 5 hours doing the work. He was very knowledgeable & detailed. He explained how the original install hadn't been brazed with nitrogen, so some soot got in and eventually ruined the compressor. Very professional work. I would use them again if need be (but hoping that won't be necessary!).

From what I experienced this is a first class company that does top notch work and I would recommend them to anyone who needs work on their A/C or heating.
