Truck #36 consistently parks illegally in a fire zone. Have reported 2 different occasions to their receptionist.

The electrician who came out was was good at his job and he was willing to answer questions that I asked. But then I found out it was a simple fix because of my installation mistake on the GFCI receptacle that I installed. And they gave a flat rate of 374 to diagnose the issue and fix it if it's a simple thing. And it was extremely simple. All he had to do was attach the wires on the GFCI unit that I installed wrong, which took him 5 minutes. It would have been much cheaper for me to hire an electrician that charged $85 per hour. Because then I would have only paid $85 instead of the $374 he was originally going to pay me but gave me a discount to $283. Lesson learned. I won't make that mistake again.

I called Parker & Sons for an issue with our AC which they had installed 2 years prior and were able to get a technician out to our home the next day. Kali was great!! Parker& Sons techs and customer service are TOP NOTCH!!!!

Josh was very good. He checked out our unit thoroughly and found no issues. He even did a heat check for us to make sure that at least the heater worked for the upcoming winter. He was very friendly and communicated well. He also helped us set up a service for our water heater. My only issue with Them was hitting their times slots. I bought a maintenance contract through them that would allow for two free check ups a year. I would recommend Parker And Sons.

Not saying your technician did a bad job because he did his best and when he left we both thought everything was working fine. But, one hour later, none of the switches he installed work. I don't know what the problem is, but these switches evidently aren't wired correctly.

My heater was not working. Same day weekend service without extra charge prevented time off work during weekday and peace of mind. Extremely proficient knowledgeable and fixed the issue readily. Technician explained steps taken as they progressed, results, and was very efficient and professional. I will definitely use their services again!

Always very professional even with 2 unruly, but, vicious in their own way to protect me, (NOT) lol, dogs! But, very respectful of my property and always thorough in their inspections! Will be doing business with them for a number of years, so it's always nice to see their friendly faces!

Chris Jones was friendly and helpful. He explained everything he was doing, and why. I asked to watch him because I'm all about learning how things work. I was very impressed with his knowledge and patience in explaining things. He found an error by the last years company, and was glad to fix it. Our HVAC is working great! Thanks to Chris and Parker & Sons! I would definitely recommend to my neighborhood and others!!

The technician, Marc, arrived punctually and went right to work. He was very professional and explained what he had found in his diagnosis, then informed us what he needed to do to properly repair our furnace. Then when the work was completed, he went through with us, step by step showing pictures of how he had accomplished the repair. We our family plan members of Parker and Sons, which I would recommend for anyone because of the significant cost savings. We have used the company's services for several years because we can always rely on the best care possible.

I had a great experience with Parker and Sons. They were quick and did a great job installing our fire alarms. The following day they did an upgrade on our electrical panel. He was professional, thorough and completed the job in a timely manner.

Joseph came to my home and was so professional and great customer service! The great thing is they finance, because the breaker box was a FN a mess. They will need to return to change it out. I trust them on doing so. But I do recommend Parker and Sons!

Parker & Sons sold (thru Home Depot) and installed a new 5 ton HVAC system in attic of home in Oro Valley. Full day job.

The techs Matt S. and Jacob A. did a great job and answered all my questions.
They also did a good job on cleanup.

The price was a bit high, but I feel like I can trust the company and their work and received decent value.

I had Chris M out today for a tune up on my AC system, as well as luis C to replace a hose bib. Both men were truly excellent, and did a great job. I have used this company many times, and haven't had a complaint yet!

Had a hot water line leak fixed and a tap made from my propane line to my grill. They did a great job. At first they didn't have all the parts needed and said they'd have to reschedule but then they offered to work late into the evening and get the work done, which was greatly appreciated. Friendly guys too

Absolutely will always use Parker and sons every time! Not only are they out to help us with any needs, they have same day and next day service for anything we need. Gerardo (Gerry) is one of their technicians and the best in the business. Extremely professional and quick with his work. Immaculate job and cleans up every single piece of trash, equipment, and dust. He always goes over everything we’ll need to know and does superb quality work. What a great company!

I had a leak on a Pro Pex hot water line. I don't have the tools to make 5he repair so I called Parker & Sons. They quoted me $380.00 dollars. That's outrageous! I have it exposed already it's a simple repair. I said no and with less than $50 dollars I bought the materials I needed. I returned home and made the repair in less than 5 minutes. Parker & Son's are a rip off. They are nice people trying to steal your money be careful!

Chris Jones was very professional, respectful, diligent and efficient. He installed a thermostat I had trouble installing. He showed me pictures of what needed attention gave recommendations and provided a quote. He took time to explain everything until it was clear to me. I appreciate everything he did during this service call. Thank you Chris!

Multiple repairs, fixes and installations to an aging home. Josiah spent several days repairing a failed PRV and installing a water softener & several toilets. Great attention to detail and all works great. Chris installed the correct thermostats for our HVAC system (original owners got taken), giving us all the capabilities these high-end units provide. All done quickly & professionally.

The two men that came out today were amazing. Anthony was very Nice and so was a gentleman that was with him He explained everything that he was doing and what was going on. They stayed to make sure that my sink was unclogged. They were very respectful. I would definitely be using you guys again in the future if need be
