I don't know a lot about air conditioning but I do know customer service.I've been dealing with US AirConditioning for about 6 months now. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH!! Ideal with at least a dozen AC companies as a courier and I have to say these guys are absolutely amazing! Huge shout out to US Air for being a stand up company with AMAZING customer service!

Went in to get a new tool bag. Brian, Roger, and Chris went above and beyond. They gave me a lot of info on these particular bags and made sure to show me how to do the promo with Veto so I can get a gift. Great place. Will use them in the future.

Roy came out for emergency service as my system went out. He would’ve come out at 11 PM but my electricity went out so instead 6 AM sharp worked for me And he arrived on the dotAlways, always professional, thorough. The problem got solved, pictures taken of any parts that may need replacement if the system goes out again. I couldn’t be more grateful for having the whole crew at A1 air-conditioning and heating as my backup. They are always there for me, always answer the phone. Their warranty plan is a lifesaver for both repair and maintenance. So grateful.

UPDATE: Turns out I needed a new system in the middle of 107 degree heat; Roy and George were TIRELESS, arriving at 6:30 am and staying until 3 pm to fix each and every tiny glitch and to make sure I was comfortable. They were both very kind and courteous; it was a pleasure to have them here and now I have a nice cool house! Thanks, guys.

I was in need of a new heating and ac unit. Michael came out to give me an estimate. He gave me honest answers to my questions and provided a reasonable quote before he left. Roy and his coworker did a great job on the installation.

Chris, was here the same day I called for service. He cleaned and repaired the drain for the condensation in a few minutes. Our system is working fine.

My a/c died this morning, and of it was going to be 111° out. I called A1 at 9:40, and she said she could schedule me for 10:00 - 12:00 that same day, which was awesome. Chris showed up in that time window, and had it fixed and running within about a half hour or so. I am very impressed by this company and would recommend them to anyone.

They scheduled me in last minute for a summer maintenance visit. Chris the tech was knowledgeable and walked me through the maintenance process. When he was done he told me what i needed to know and didn't try to sell me on anything i didn't need. He did express some concerns about the furnace but well cross that bridge when we get there this winter. I will continue using this company for my heating and cooling needs.

We are so grateful that A1 was able to fit us in last-minute during the hottest time of the year! Chris was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough throughout the entire visit. This place has sickly good customer service. Jean and Michael Maxwell are incredible. They literally communicate, are proactive, positive, and more. They were willing to help me in an emergency regardless but the second I mentioned that there was a newborn in the house, they were like there is no doubt that we will show up and help you TODAY even though 11 other companies were nice but couldn't do anything until tomorrow. They LISTEN and take the time to explain the diagnostic and quotes.

Would recommend! Called to let me know they could get us in earlier than we set our appointment for- appreciated the communication/flexibility. Our tech, Chris was efficient, friendly, very professional.

Roy who handled our project from start to finish was excellent to work with. Roy is very professional,knowledgeable,and friendly. Our mini split system was installed in one day on our sunroof. Great works great. The owner Micheal was great in getting our project scheduled and communicated throughout the project. A1 Air Conditioning is excellent contractor.

The inspection of the AC was fast and accurate. Richard did a great job explaining what it needed to be fixed. We're were happy with the results.

They were here very quickly and got be back cooling in minutes. Very nice and helpful. We are very pleased as this was our first time to call for problem and service was quicker then I thought it would be.

I thought from start to finish the person who answered the phone and Chris, who came to the house were really great! I did feel the price was a bit high as it turned out to be a simple fix. I also think it’s a little cheesy to charge the customer a credit card fee for the price of doing business and that should have been disclosed up front. Other than those two issues they were very nice
