Heat pump went out. Bad compressor. He came by and checked the system and replaced it with a new one in a couple of days. Awesome job! Very thorough and knowledgeable

Cannot say enough good things about this company! Our tech Dylan, arrived on time, was extremely polite and professional, and conducted a thorough examination and maintenance of our system. Everything he found was documented with pictures and explained to us. This is a complete contrast to one of the other prominent companies in Tucson. Samson and Sons is amazing. Highly recommend 10/10.

My furnace wasn't working, after taking a stab at it myself I disabled my thermostat, so it was time to call someone. I saw the reviews on Reddit recommended Samson and Sons so I gave them a call. Christian came out and had the issue resolved in no time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Giving them a call will be my first step next time.

Jose did a great job with maintenance. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough.

Came very fast, found the problem, next day brought part/fixed problem. Was very kind come after hours since it was really hard be without AC or cooler in AZ weather. Very knowledgeable, nice and easy to talk with.
It is rare when you feel that person go beyond and above to help out. Helped me figure out age of my AC and offered to bring some portable AC unit until my house AC or cooler will be fixed.I have both in house swap cooler and AC. In 5 years I never used cooler since it didn’t cool the house much (felt like big fan). I only used AC. Was surprised that the technician was able make my cooler work great while waiting for the part for AC arrive. Works great now even in hottest weather I felt ok just with cooler until my AC got fixed also.
I had tech from my insurance company doing estimate /repair first and it was a horrible experience (overpriced estimate, rude, took very long time come) etc
Very thankful that I found instead Somsone and Sons company.

Very easy to sign up for annual HVAC maintenance. First
appointment was on time and thorough.

Admitted installation crew failed to identify bad duct set up "in plain view" after agreeing to specifically address this as part of installation contract (10K). Next, 3 years of "peekaboo," baked into purchase agreement, meaning Maintenance paid for in advance was seldom, if ever, fulfilled as described. Worse, when I showed his techs evidence of leaking over & over & over, these perfidious folk gaslighted me for saying out loud what poor workmanship was looking and feeling like. After addressing field crew supervisor work in person last year, Mladden & Mark both shrugged off ongoing duct leaks. So his home won't stay cool in 110°, mums the word.

So if you think buying a better Bosch, more efficient split system 4 ton HP is a great investment, reflect on actions taken. His son scheduled another visit for maintenance two months ago. Do you think anyone followed through? My bet, more crickets is what S&S gives back.

The solution, guys, was telling customer at point of installation correct information on the spot. If S&S said, whoa there, that defect in ductwork, requires A+B+C (workscope), then this complaint would only reflect pre-purchased maintenance failures, redundantly repeated failures, to show up for scheduled preventive maintenance visits.

As it stands now, a responsible party must be rehired to re-evaluate the same duct work Mark said prior to purchase would be carefully and professionally managed.

My AC was only blowing hot air and I was afraid I needed a new system. I was referred to Samson and Sons and was very impressed. Timely appointment which included helpful ETA notifications, and very polite and professional technician and intern showed up. Dylan and Jaylyn thoroughly inspected the system and found the problem to be the thermostat. What I feared was going to cost a fortune, turned out to be a service fee. I am very grateful to this honest company and have been enjoying my house again. Highly recommend!

I wish I had the ability to add several more stars to the spectacular experience I had with Samson and Sons. From my very first phone call with Mark until the last gentleman left on the install, My experience was nothing but beyond positive. Nobody enjoys having to replace two air conditioners, but Mark and his crew walked me through every step of the way throughout the process, and I could not be more appreciative. I highly recommend this company and will absolutely use them for any future needs I may encounter.

Called them to get a second opinion on how much some repairs were going to cost for my heatpump. I was impressed with their friendliness and and willingness to answer my question and give me a quote in writing. Their price was pretty similar to the first company, but I wound up giving the first company a chance this time since we had already paid a call out fee (which got applied to the cost). However, I am definitely keeping Samson and Sons in mind if my system needs work again! I appreciate their willingness to help a new customer and the invoice/quote was done well and was easy to understand (unlike the first company 🙄) and their price was fair. A lot of people recommended I check with them, and I'm beginning to see why they have such a following.

Samson is the best! They have helped me and my family immeasurably. They came to my rescue after a failed install by another contractor. They showed me what was wrong and setup a warranty replacement. The most significant and touching thing was when my daughter, came home with her new baby in July to a broken AC unit. The Samson Technician got the unit running and then returned to verify the repair because he wanted to make sure Mom and Baby would be safe. I'm in awe of Team Samson. They are the best I've ever encountered.

We are thrilled with our new HVAC unit that Samson and Sons installed. The company was nothing but positive and professional. They communicated well with us the entire way. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them. If I have heating and cooling needs in the future, I will be calling Samson and Sons.

The team installing our unit was Chris and Hymie. They did a fantastic job setting up the units and adjusting the finer details. They were courteous and friendly even when I had to interrupt their work to ask some questions. They cared about making the process a good one for me. I had several questions during the day, and they went out of their way to answer them.

After the work was complete, they spent a long time making sure I understood the details about the product that were important. I truly appreciate their work ethic and their customer-focused concern.

Today I had the A-Team (Jeff, Chris, Lorenz, Preston) installing a new unit for me. they were on time, personable, efficient and most of all respectful of each other. Somebody asked for something. Somebody brought it over. No questions, no complaints. I would highly recommend them. I also want to praise Alex for being a knowledgeable and personable sales representative and Mladen for his efficiency and professionalism.

Recently our ancient (22 yr old) AC unit finally gave way. We met with various HVAC companies, conducted independent research and ultimately hired Samson & Sons. They (Alex) quoted the best price for the same unit as competitors and he was very clear and straighforward about the pros & cons about options and the most efficient system for our needs. He also brought up technical issues given the age of our home and through their outstanding technician (thanks Mladen), devised an in-house solution that saved us cost, time and dealing with 3rd party vendors. Saturday they cleaned the ductwork and today Jeff, Chris & Larenz installed the new HVAC system. Yippee! These gentlemen were very knowledgeable, professional, diligent and personable. The office communications (Jennifer, Joline,) throughout the process was also outstanding. We couldn't be more pleased that we chose Samson & Sons and give them our highest recommendation!

I've used Samson and Sons for several years for basic maintenance of my AC. In addition to the things you'd expect or hope for (the technicians show up when they are scheduled to do so, are conscientious, and helpful), I've learned a lot about how to ensure my HVAC system holds up here in the desert from their thoughtful technicians.
