We have used Picture Rocks for all our heating and cooling needs. Recently we had them install a mini-split heating/cooling system to better maintain temperatures in my home office. The unit works great and cannot wait to test it out when the temps get to 110 degrees plus. The team did a great job with the install, very professional, and we will continue to use them. Highly recommend!

Chris came again for our furnace inspection and complete our yearly inspections. He is awesome, thorough and knows his stuff. Explained everything and made a suggestion on covering our condenser unit and adding a drip leg to our gas line. We appreciate Pictures Rocks. Will call no one else.

Chris came out today and performed a detailed inspection of the HVAC system of a home we want to buy. He took a couple of hours to perform the inspection, carefully evaluating every part of the system. In addition to the comprehensive written report provided, he gave us a detailed briefing on his findings and recommendations. We could not have been more pleased.

After a full blown panic attack my Realtor suggested I call this company. All I wanted was to have my heat and cooling systems checked and to be advised if there was anything wrong with either of them. I was able to get a technician this afternoon and to my delight he was a smart, honest and competent technician. He explained everything he found with pictures and gave me options. He was even able to do the work today and he had the part I needed on the truck. I signed up for the yearly maintenance program first and received a discount on today’s bill! You see yesterday a different company wanted several thousand dollars to repair my system that by the way is only 4 and a half years old. I am grateful I found a local business I can count on. Ian, our technician, was doing a 2nd opinion check, because our regular company came for maintenance and told us we needed to replace the coil. Ian did a complete system check, found that the coil was dirty but only needed cleaning. He did find damaged, burnt wires to the capacitor and that the capacitor was not working properly. He showed us pictures and gave us quotes for the work. He was able to clean the coil, replace the capacitor and fix the damages wiring. He was professional and knowledgeable. We are still waiting on the quote from our previous maintenance company. Needless to say we will be using Picture Rocks from now on.

Ian did an amazing job giving us a 2nd opinion regarding a coil replacement for our unit that is 5 years old. We did not need a coil replacement. We needed a coil cleaning and a capacitor replacement. He also was able to find some wiring that was damaged that we were not told about and repaired it as well. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Picture Rocks performed a pre-purchase HVAC inspection for a home we were buying. They found significant corrosion in the gas heating element, disabled it, and recommended replacement before using it again. We bought the home anyway and had Picture Rocks install a replacement HVAC system. Luke was very communicative during the bidding and scheduling process. The installation was right on time and on budget. They also returned the day after the install for a quality-control and operability check. We were very pleased with all the steps of the interaction.
