I'm extremely impressed with Best Choice Heating and Cooling. When my AC stopped working after 6 pm yesterday I called them and their response time was incredible. They called me back the same nightand scheduled and appointment the very next morning!

Not only were they fast, but they also diagnosed the problem problem quickly. The technician Andrew was knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything clearly.

Their service was top-notch from start to finish. Fair pricing, excellent communication, and most importantly, fast and efficient results. I highly recommend Best Choice Heating & Cooling for anyone needing prompt and reliable HVAC services. They truly live up to their name!

The response time from this company is impeccable! They came to the house so fast and did such a thorough job inspecting and diagnosing my AC at a great price! Our AC stopped working Saturday afternoon. I immediately put in a work order through our home warranty & by Sunday evening, Best Choice had me scheduled for Monday morning! I was so happy with the efficiency! The tech came to the house & started working hard on our ancient AC. When I let him know the fan wasn't running & the air was still blowing warm, he got right back to work & finished the job completely. He was kind & had some good advice about it finally being time to seriously consider updating our HVAC system. I am happy to work with Best Choice again & I trust them completely to do our install when the time comes. Great company & a really great tech by the name of Joshua. So grateful that during this insane heat, they understood the assignment.

Joshua Arvizu serviced my furnace. He explained the issue/assessment and the fix he completed in a very clear and understandable way. No high pressure selling at all (unlike D&H). Very respectful and professional. You can't go wrong with this company. Highly recommended!

Joshua just came and checked out my old unit. He is: Friendly, knowledgeable and saved me money by being honest! You can't buy honesty! I WILL be using Best Choice for myself, friends and family in the future. Call them first!

I received excellent service, in a timely manner, and Andrew was courteous and professional. My air conditioner was working efficiently in no time.

Josh was very responsive on a Saturday to set up time to come by to look at the AZ, checked on the warranty. Replied on Monday that they have the part and we scheduled the repair. One of his guys came to repair the part, both were informative and helpful. I recommend them

In response to Best Choice Heating & Cooling, GM / Owner, Mr. Josh. There are 2 sides to every story. First and foremost, for 3 years I paid 210 Home Warranty for services in the event any issues arises. Just like many customers of 210 Home Warranty we never anticipate for a warranty claim, but we pay good dollars just in case. Just like we pay for medical and car insurance.

For the record, Best Choice entered into agreement with 210 Home Warranty to provide internal HVAC contract services. They are not new and are aware of 210 Home Warranty repair / replacement policy.

I paid 210 Home Warranty and entered into agreement as to what is covered under the warranty plan and what is not.

In addition, Best Choice came to my property and assessed what needed to be performed to repair / replace my HVAC. We discussed the issue(s) both from my experience and with their experience with 210 Home Warranty.

Best Choice made the decision to accept the job and Best Choice and I entered into agreement signed agreement with 21 Home Warranty as the mediator or liaison.

When the tasks gets complicated with 210 Home Warranty’s strict contract policy, which Best Choice is fully aware, Best Choice decided to pull out of the agreed contract between 210 Home Warranty and between me and Best Choice.

So INTERNET reviewers, you decide if Best Choice Heating & Cooling is the Best Choice for your HVAC needs. Just know that is 110 F degrees here in Arizona and Best Choice decides after all the research they did to finalize my HVAC repair / replacement to pull out of a contract service agreement.

These are the FACTS … I am NOT here to air dirty laundry but to provide FEEDBACK so you the reviewers can make a wise choice for your HVAC needs.

I gave them 2 star, they are part of a list of contractors that do contracts with 210 Home Warranty company.

Unfortunately 210 gave them the run around for authorization to repair/replace my AHU condenser and evaporator unit.

After it was all set and done and all components ready to procure, Best Choice decided to include the crane last minute in their diagnosis request .
210 approved the crane request and waived my outside fees. But Best Choice after all that research decide to decline to perform the job tasks.

It makes me wonder if Best Choice actually did find the replacement units hence now that 210 approved their diagnosis repair/replacement request. Best Choice knew first hand how Home Warranties operate and how these Home Warranties need prior approval and procure the materials in house.

So my question to Best Choice, if you pride your company in providing customers the Best Choice experience, why associate your company to Home Warranties companies. So now you left me in 110 F degrees Arizona summer heat by declining to do a job that you took.

Not well deserving to call your company Best Choice because because you lack integrity to complete a job you started to do.

Called my warranty company because the original company couldn't come to our home for 5 days. New workorder sent to Best Choice and they were able to schedule same day within 3 hours of my call. Andrew arrived and was friendly and courteous. We have a large dog that alerted us to his arrival. Andrew was kind enough to not ring the doorbell and allow us time to put the dog away so he didn't get more excited. Andrew found 2 issues with out AC unit and was able to get the parts from his van to fix our AC issue. Andrew and Best Choice, you rock! Thanks for coming out so fast, explaining the issues found and fixing them extremely fast!

Our home warranty sent out a different company to fix the same issue, multiple times. Very frustrating when it’s a 110 degrees outside. Best choice was quick to communicate and service response was fast! Andrew was amazing! He fixed problems from the previous company. Very informative, knowledgeable, and took care of the issue with ease! Best choice will be our go to for any A/C issues. Thank you Andrew!

Andrew was very personable. He gave me some tips to help me with my system! I felt he was honest about his evaluation of my air conditioning and its condition. That was important to me. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Andrew and his boss were both great! They were both prompt to fix our AC leak, and willing to navigate warranty coverage miscommunications (no fault of theirs) and made sure the whole process was as smooth as they could possibly make it on their end! Very polite and respectful, they made the whole thing a positive experience.

Andrew was very professional he installed new fan motor worked up to a point then shut off. We called back to let him know and also Best Choice HVAC he came out tested everything unfortunately the brand new motor was bad so we had to wait till the next day to have a new one installed no problem. We were fine. The motor was not their issue. I just know those kind of things happen.

Best Choice Heating and Cooling is amazing! They worked me at last minute and I am so thankful Temp inside my home was 88 and rising Communication was great and Andrew arrived on time!! He was professional and had my A/C working within 45 minutes Highly recommend Best Choice Heating and Cooling!!

Wonderful customer service while making the appointment and during the service for our AC. Andrew took the time to hear my concerns and showed me how to maintain our unit and help our unit run optimal while we wait for next year service. Andrew is fast, professional and friendly. He was able to fix my HVAC system quickly. He came early due to finishing another job faster than anticipated which was great. He kept me updated and answered all my questions. I would recommend.

The previous company my home warranty assigned was unresponsive for a week and failed to return my calls. I contacted my home warranty to request a new service provider, and Best Choice responded the same day. Joshua arrived within three hours, quickly diagnosed the issue, and ordered the necessary part. Just two days later, the part arrived, and Andrew came promptly to install it. Thanks to their efficiency and professionalism, my AC is now working again. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and fast repair.

I called Best Choice to get a second opinion, after another company told me I needed a new unit. Andrew arrived on time, early even! I appreciated his knowledge and experience. In the end I did not need a new unit, and it appears the other company didn't even go up in my attic to look at the unit inside! So thank you to Best Choice for your integrity!

Called this company as a second opinion after getting some maintenance advice from another larger company which I was a little hesitant about. Josh the owner was super responsive. Andrew the technician was informative, professional, and efficient. He was able to verify the health of my heating and cooling system and make appropriate recommendations that were reasonable. He explained everything to me and was competent about his trade. Highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs. They are an honest business. We'll definitely be calling them regarding on going maintenance.
