This is one of the few companies I can recall that really provided a deep sense of integrity in their work. Jacob came out and was prompt, professional, on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He made us feel like he was going to address our issue and do the job right, which he did. Another company came out, charged us a diagnostic fee, and did not fix anything. I cannot speak highly enough about Jacob Force and his company, Copper State HVAC.

Jacob has been our HVAC guy for approx. 10 years (before he even had his own company.) The three different houses my husband and I have lived in, Jacob has helped us at every one. I have also used him for my real estate clients.
He’s so great at what he does that I’ve had agents from past transactions reach out to me a month+ after closing, wanting his info so they can use him.

Jacob is honest, punctual, reliable and won’t try to upsell you on everything. If your HVAC can get by with some repairs, he will let you know.

As you can see from these pictures, we’ve done plenty of repairs to keep the original units going and the time finally came where we needed to replace.

After several storms and power outages, on Friday evening my AC and thermostat stopped working. On Saturday morning, I called Best Choice Heating & Cooling and Joshua, the owner, squeezed me into his busy weekend schedule. Not only did he get the necessary repairs done he discovered when the last company had upgraded my system to 100 amps they incorrectly rewired the unit so that they the heating and cooling were running together at the same time!

No heat and I put in a request at 1 o’clock in the morning. I got a call back at just after 8 AM! They scheduled a tech to come between two and four that day! Andrew was very efficient, explained things well and fixed it In about an hour!

I was put into contact with Best Choice after having a terrible experience with another local company. Even with the monotonous steps of home warranty approvals, Best Choice was absolutely excellent in how they diagnosed and quickly addressed our AC issues. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, smart, helpful, and great at explaining the system for a customer to understand. If I could change anything about my experience, knowing what I know now, I would have requested Best Choice immediately (as I now don’t trust anyone else to even look at our AC unit besides Best Choice). I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know and I wouldn’t hesitate asking for their help in the future!

Andrew was awesome!! Best Choice notified me yesterday [Sunday], Oct 5th, to let me know that the technician would arrive between 8-9am. Andrew texted at 8:30 to tell me that he'd arrive in 10 minutes: right on time!! He was so pleasant to deal with. One of our 3 A/C units has not been cooling since we arrived back in Tucson for the summer. He diagnosed the problem immediately [need a new compressor], told us to keep the thermostat on FAN to keep the air circulating. He advised us to call 2-10 Warranty on Wednesday to let them know that we need a new compressor and to expedite the shipment because our main living area [kitchen and 3 bedrooms] are at 85 degrees. I can't recommend this company more highly: responsive, accurate and pleasant!
