Jorge was very pleasant and professional. He explained everything that he was doing and even showed pictures to verify where the system was in terms of functioning properly. He was also very helpful in getting me information about the filter size. The service was excellent and I recommend A1 very highly to anyone looking to get the best service.

I posted a review of A1 Air Conditioning a few weeks ago on a townhouse we lived in that needed a new air conditioner. I had a great experience with A1 then, so I called them to clean vents and install a new thermostat in the new place we purchased.
Roy (the technician) called and let me know when he would arrive, he found that the job was way more involved than expected because of the condition of the old vents (no surprise). They had never been cleaned. Ever. He persevered! What should have been a 2 hour job ended up a 7 + hour job!
The biggest surprise was that A1 held to their original quote for the job. I did not expect that. I would have understood if they required more compensation.
The office staff and techs communicate well, do their jobs well and they are really nice about it too. I feel fortunate to have found this company for heating and air service. It’s refreshing to find a service company that is trustworthy, reliable and a pleasure to do business with.

Roy came out and inspected the AC/heating unit, he was very professional and knew his job! Thank you for the great service.

Recently we had A1 come out to check our heater before starting up for the winter. Mike found cracks and other defects in our system that would make it unsafe with carbon monoxide potentially getting into our home. We received an estimate to replace the HVAC that was very fair and they were able to replace it within days. As always they showed up on time and completed the work to my satisfaction. My family and I won’t use anyone else, our experience with them is always excellent including their work, their honesty, and their very fair pricing.

Richard came out to checkout my unit. He eas on time and communicated prior and during the home visit. He recommended some upgrades but did not pushing to get them done. Even if I didn’t go with them to do work, it’s something that might happen down the road. I’d definitely recommend Richard and A1 air.

They came out in an emergency situation. Got the new unit installed same day. They stayed many hours overtime to get it completed. Excellent install and cannot recommend them high enough.

Our A/C stopped working late on a Saturday around 5pm. We called A1, expecting to just get an answering service, but not only did they answer, they had a tech out 2 hours later and got our system restored the same night! Highly recommend them!

Talked with Jeanne and she is most pleasant and helpful! Chris came out early the next morning and found the problem quickly and had the AC unit running again! He too is most helpful and pleasant. I will call them again !

I am not a review person, but for Roy and Mike 5 Stars all the way from start to finish---breathe of fresh air....no doubt A1 is my go to HVAC company.....

Our technician, Chris, showed up early - which is always a good thing. Very professional and well spoken. He explained what the issue was for a mini split in one of the home’s bedroom that had a leak. He resolved the problem within minutes while he was there. Professional individual that stands by tlhis company name A1 Air Conditioning & Heating!!!!!!!!!

I called and wanted a quote for a bad blower motor. It cost $75 for them to come out and tell me the blower motor was bad and then give me a quote of $2150 and that was supposedly with a discount. I ordered a motor online for $310 and installed it myself. That was months ago still working fine.

April 2025. We had our annual service check up. Roy found that the compressor and fan are failing. Wow it is still under manufactures warranty. One more time the relationship with A1 has benefited us. Thanks A1
Aug 2023. Our AC failed today. Oh course it was on the day our out of state company is arriving. A1 squeezed us in for a diagnosis and ended up repairing it. They are great. .......
MkA1. Repaired our heat pump until it died. Just installed a new unit. What a knowledge owner and great crew. Worked like clockwork.... Post 2021.They have a reasonably priced service check up. They just did the service check up. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Chris was in contact the day before and the day of service. Chris was very professional and well informed about the work he was doing ! I feel our HVAC system is in very good hands. I even signed up for a yearly maintenance program . 👍👍👍👍

Mike and the crew installed a new AC/Heat unit two years ago and to date I have not had a single issue with my system. They came and checked on the system no charge for the two years of warranty. Great system Great service. Kenny S.
