Nyle with Stringbuilt came out today and fixed our heating system in a Jiffy. Also, Nyle is an excellent communicator and took the time to explain how the system works and all the benefits of replacing our old cardboard filter with a nice electrostatic air cleaner to keep the system much cleaner. also he recommended and installed a whole house indoor air purification system. We were happy with his upgrades and loved his service and attitude. Five stars !!!

This was one of the worst experiences. Scheduled online but nobody could find it. All six times I was sent to dispatch to get an ETA I was hung up on. All of your service reps were great at lip service but just wanted to send me back to the number that nobody answers.

I was told multiple times that someone would "DM" someone and they would contact me .....lies..... Never happened.

I went from a morning appointment to the tech showing up at 6:45 pm. He new nothing about my issue even though everything was inputted on line and told to the customer service rep.

At the end of the day, the tech did not have the right tool for the job. The work was not done and my sink is still clogged.

I am forced to find another service provider.

I attempted to call to a number for someone I could talk to about today and was given the same number that hung up on me 6 times during the day. It is clear you do not care about your customers.

I took the day off to get the run around and then not get the job done.

Communication is key to customer service and I'm that area your company failed. It is clear you are using AI to help your company and this is the result.

Thank you for wasting my time and costing me and my company the time I could have been at the office helping my team.

To the owner: thank you for your response, I guess I was imagining your tech standing in my house. This sounds like deflection and more to add on to the experience. I did try to call that number, I was out on hold and then the phone went dead.

If this is how you treat customers I struggle to see how you are still in business.

Thank you but I found another company to take care of my issue. They will also be changing it my furnace and AC.

The installers, Michael and David, were prompt, courteous, professional and proficient! And they worked hard! It took 2 full days and they worked late the first day! And they were friendly throughout the entire installation and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Strongbuilt for your home projects! They won't let you down! :-)

Strongbuilt came and put in AC at my home replacing the old evap cooler. The process started on Aug 11 and it’s still not complete. Several issues we’ve encountered. They are sloppy leaving trash all over my yard and not covering items in the house when cutting dry wall so all my stuff is covered in white dust. There was a handful of screws left all over my driveway. They took out the old breaker box when they were supposed to just add a sub box. Left the stucco all cracked and some parts not sealed. Several parts of the project I had to tell them about because they didn’t know they had to do that. Like remove the furnace or move a light fixture where the vent was installed. The whole process has been half done in my opinion and very messy. Wouldn’t recommend these guys for any project. Still have to have electrical and duct cleaning and it’s two weeks since we started. So we’ll see what else happens. For what I paid I feel the work was poorly done no attention to details

My father had a back up in his laundry room and I was able to schedule and request Abel to come and do the repair for him as he had done a repair at my home. He was great. The company was very communicative up until his arrival. Abel provided two different estimates for us as we needed a larger repair job then what we were expecting that day. He is scheduled to come back for the repair. I will recommend them time and again, great service, reasonable prices and honest work.

Angel came today for some electric work. From the moment Angel showed up, he was awesome from start to finish! I am so grateful I choose Strongbuilt and Angel was the tech sent today. He identified my long standing smart toilet issue (random breaker issues that drove me insane) and a solution that I think we should be good! Angel is a huge asset to your company and the reason why I would come back as a loyal customer!

I can't say enough good things about the work Anthony did installing my new ceiling lights. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and clearly an expert at his craft. He completed the job efficiently, and the end result is absolutely perfect—the lights look amazing and are exactly what I wanted.
He was meticulous about his work, ensuring everything was clean and tidy before he left. I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone needing a reliable and skilled electrician.

my AC/FURNACE Unit died one day last week . Strongbuilt came out that morning and examined the machine , being a 14 yr old machine it was no longer worth trying to fix it , Jeff the project manager came out later that day to discuss different machines , different prices ect . 2 days later Hiram , and Anthony came out and within 4 hrs the brand new machine was up and running they even did some fancy skirting with sheet metal to prevent animals from getting under the house. photos to follow

I wanna share my experience with strong-built plumbing Air! We called multiple companies and no one could come out same day until we got a hold of strongbuilt Dispatcher! She was able to schedule a technician same day, which was very exciting for me and my family because we have a three month old baby. When calling other contractors, I got nervous being a new parent and having a baby if we were going to be able to get our house, heated up as the temperatures were dropping outside as they scheduled for the technician to come out he was on time, prompt and professional. He went through our older system gave me options on repair and did not push a new system due to the age which is 20+ years old I am greatly thankful that I was able to give them a call and they earned my trust for life. I will continue to be on their membership maintenance plan where they come out every six months to assure the peace of mine for me and my family I would highly recommend them for everyone that’s looking for quality work a quality company and great price.

Anthony did a good job explaining my options. Though I will need potential repairs in the future, he fixed what was broken now.

Had one air conditioning unit replaced, and another moved so that my pool dig could occur Both Matthew Arcarage and William Myers were professional, responsive, and obviously experts at what they do. Hard workers! I appreciate what they did to get my new Daiken unit up and running.Ryan foreman was the consultant and he was very knowledgable and thorough(professional) . Addendum- 6 months later the unit turned off . Clawed ACS and they sent Manny Borboa out to take a look . He determined that a condensation problem was causing the auto cut off to turn the unit off . He adjusted the piping to make the water flow out to the outside more efficiently. ZERO CHARGE. . There guys are good !

Jose just came out on June 18th for review of both my systems. He was and is thorough and recommended a new turbo capacitor . I believe in this company as they give you detailed recommendations with priorities as to what has the highest risk for bad things happening to your systems . I still recommend this company as they DO know what they are doing. Still FIVE stars !

ACS always does a complete and thorough system checkout. They are quick and reliable and a real pleasure working with them.

I have used ACS now for about 15 years and am enrolled in their annual maintenance program. They have always been punctual, they have very experienced technicians and are service oriented. I recently had a situation where a significant repair issue was not covered by the manufacturer but ACS stepped in and helped resolve the issue. Anybody can do the easy things but Ryan will do what's right to accommodate the customer. I would highly recommend ACS.

Cody came to do our AC service and maintenance check yesterday and he was great. He was kind and courteous, and made sure we had all our questions answered before he left. He also worked quickly, but was very thorough.

Cody was on time and did a fantastic job on our maintenance work. We are very pleased with the work.

ACS has provided HVAC services for us for many years and I can say unequivocally that Cody is the most outstanding technician we have had! He is extremely knowledgeable and kind and knows how to establish a great rapport with his clients. Having Cody service our units was an awesome experience.

I bought my heat pump from ACS a few years ago. They have been great with service and catching things that could be a future issue. They don’t oversell anything. They explain everything very clearly so someone like me understands. They are always courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for sales and service.
