today was no exception.
HVAC Specialist Nyle Miller arrived at our home today for the regularly scheduled pre-season check of our HVAC system.
In addition to being punctual, knowledgeable, professional and respectful of our property, Nyle makes sure his customers understand how to care for and maintain their system(s), by having us demonstrate back to him the simple steps involved in removing and replacing the filter. He is completely non-judgemental, and answers questions without making you feel self-conscious.
During his visit today, Nyle informed us of some new enhancements to our existing system currently being offered by Strongbuilt which we discussed in detail (and no high-pressure sales pitch).
We decided to give these new features a try, the price was good and within our budget, and Nyle completed the installation which we expect will add years to the lifespan of our system.

Stongbuilt installed my new A/C unit a year and a half ago and today it was serviced by Nyle. I ended up also installing a whole home Air purification system today. He was thorough in his explanations without using company jargon and was extremely pleasant to deal with. Nyle was professional and personable and I hope it's not the last time he services my air conditioning/heating unit.

It was a Sunday morning and they came out wthin hours of calling when no one else would respond. I thought I was having issues with the seal for the disposal, the tech came out evaluated and determined it was the seal and said it would be $250 to fix, once he reset the same seal and put it back together he realized it was a crack in my sink. He accidentally misdiagnosed and still charged $250. The manager reached out upon realizing no work was performed and creditted my credit card the charge back to the $39 estimate. I was relieved the company proactively assisted, and so grateful they had a manager with a customer-centric approach. I will reach out again for my plumbing needs. Thanks!!

Michael and Tyler did amazing job installing our HVAC system. Very professional and respectful of our home. Mark was a great to work with doing our duct cleaning and Areoseal. We are very pleased with all the work and commutation the team performed. Jeff,the Project manager, was very helpful and listened to what we wanted to have done. This team will go beyond what is required to give you satisfaction on a job well done.

Nyle with Strongbuilt came out to service my five month old system for the heating season. First, I’d like to say he was very courteous and respected my house. He did the heating maintenance and made sure there were no issues from a safety aspect. Nyle was very informative and gave me great options without any pressure to buy. He also recommended and installed the clean air package, which will help keep my new system Clean and with a new air purification system installed , now I’m breathing much healthier air quality in my home which will help my allergies. I want to compliment the owners, management, and staff of Strongbuilt. My recent experience showed me a business that has set the bar quite high for customer service, the best I’ve ever seen. From my initial phone call to the handshake I received from the installers when the job was complete, I could feel a sense of caring that everyone exhibited for the customer's satisfaction.

We recently had a service technician, Zach, from Strongbuilt perform a spring inspection and startup of our aging heating and air conditioning systems at our residence. We have two full heating and air conditioning systems, both gas and electric, and three mini-splits. To complicate the matter, they are of different years, makes, and models. We were told by the scheduler on the phone that Zach had the knowledge necessary to handle all the systems, but we were skeptical. As it turned out, Zach did not disappoint.

Zach was familiar with all the systems and subsystems and could explain our questions in layman's terms. He discovered that one of our systems had a leak in a cooling coil, which was not repairable. Zach broke the news to us as gently as possible and did an outstanding job explaining the options and their approximate cost. He then wanted us to discuss replacement options with Jeff, the HVAC project manager.

Jeff called and made arrangements for a meeting. Jeff’s analysis was spot on, and I was confident we had the right guy to give us our options. Jeff did not attempt to upsell or hard-sell any products or features. He ensured we had the right-sized system with the features we wanted or needed. He said he would have pricing for us that afternoon, and he did. The pricing was fair, and their military discount helped take some of the sting. The contract was straightforward, well-written, and easy to understand. We signed the contract. Due to the age of our systems, replacing them with new, warrantied units made better sense.

Mike and Tyler showed up two days later for delivery and installation. They did a clean job, respected our property, and were on task from start to finish. They were tireless workers. Mike and Tyler completed the delivery, setup, and start-up of a comprehensive heating and air conditioning system, both inside and outside, within a single day. Also, they installed a separate new outside heat pump unit in a separate system. Mike and Tyler have a fantastic work ethic and attention to detail.

Our AC unit went down on a Saturday night. We called and they sent someone out the next morning! We had a great experience! Chase came out and did a very thorough review of our system (it was blowing heat instead of cold). He quickly found the problem and explained the options for us. Within about 2 hours Zach came out and did an evaluation of what we needed to replace the old unit. Hiram and David then came out on Monday and installed the new system and it looks great! The whole team was very professional and easy to work with. They explained all the reasons and options, answered all of our questions, and left the job site tidy.

Mike and Tyler were out to relocate my AC unit to accommodate a construction project in my back yard. Kept me informed as the work progressed and both were courteous and professional. These two guys are the reason I am a Strongbuilt customer and will continue to be one. Thank you for a job well done!!

Jorge, Eli and Marco were out this same week and to no surprise, all were excellent. Marco and Eli were here for my annual AC tune-up and Jorge fixed a plumbing issue in my back yard. We had two air conditioning and furnace units replaced with heat pumps, backup furnaces and thermostats by Strongbuilt. The entire process from the initial estimate by Jeff Gray through installation by Michael, David, and Hiram as well as follow-up by Jeff Wenzel was professional and seamless. The team members were all experienced and did their jobs with competence and open discussion among themselves when necessary to resolve unusual problems. The system performs as promised and we are 100% satisfied customers.

From the original diagnosis of our system to the install I have been very happy with the process. Truley impressed with the install guys. Michael Speese and Hiram Mota. They went about their work professionally and both were very polite. Both went in great detail about our new system and offered advice about maintaining the system. Hiram took the time to explain the thermostat to both me and my wife, Cherie. He even had Cherie input information on the thermostat. Michael showed me how I could check the A/C and take care not to damage the aluminum coil/screens in the back. Like I said both are very knowledgeable and offered the advice. I am very happy with STRONGBUILT and you will be my first call for future needs.

Strong build has been a great company from the beginning to end in our experience. We work with Jose for plumbing on a water heater, and Ron with his team for electrical. They maintained great communication and worked well with other contractors we had at the time. Today further on we had a new AC unit and furnace installed and worked with Michael and David who did a fantastic job completing the project in a timely respectful manner. Timely response to my request to repair a fractured exhaust pipe on my water heater. Message sent when the technician was on his way, with a tracking map to show in real time how far away he was and estimated time of arrival constantly updated. Very impressive! Austin was polite, friendly and efficient and repaired the problem on the spot. I gained some useful information and advice and would highly recommend Strongbuilt. I will use them again without reservation.

Paul came out and was able to unclog our main sewer line clog, he was here on time within our scheduled time frame and was super friendly and great with kids! This was a great first time experience for my wife and I. We will definitely be coming back in the future if we have any plumbing issues in the future! Oh and I can’t forget to mention how reasonably priced they are!

Nyle was very knowledgeable about his job to keep my furnace working properly and clean. He educated me on the new technology available so I don’t have to worry about changing filters every single month and not getting good results. I decided to follow his recommendations to get my most expensive appliance working properly specially in this dusty city. I’m glad I don’t have to worry about the furnace for a while now.

My experience with Strong Built was very good. Technician calls when they are on their way and are very polite, considerate and know what they are doing. Will explain in detail with photos taken on your A/C unit and will not tell you you need repairs that are not necessary or ask you to pay for repairs that are not needed. Very efficient and honest

Great experience getting exhaust fans installed in my attic by Cody and Ron from Strongbuilt. I decided to get a project done in my attic with installing an attic exhaust fan to help my AC unit in the summer and I wasn't sure on the exact details of the project. I did some searching with Electricians and HVAC companies and Strongbuilt caught my attention with good reviews and a professional website and answering service. Their website also stated they do criminal background checks on their staff and I also appreciate they wear uniforms. If I'm investing in a house project I want a competent and professional company to do it. The first visit Cody arrived and he climbed up into attic and we developed a plan. I ordered the parts and we rescheduled for install. Day of installation it was Cody and Ron. Both arrived on time and ready to work. They completed most of the project quickly and we then realized the company where I ordered the parts from didn't send me the correct parts. Ron did a great job by contacting the company and getting the correct parts figured out. We then needed to reschedule. Unfortunately, while Cody was installing fans in attic, a crack appeared in my drywall in the ceiling in one my rooms. They immediately owned up to it and stated they will have a drywall contractor come out and fix it. Once the correct parts arrived the final install date was scheduled and drywall repair also was scheduled for same day. Everyone showed up on time and was able to complete the fan install and fix drywall. Everything is working great and looking great. I'm definitely planning on using Strongbuilt again for future projects. Competence and professionalism is paramount when hiring for house projects and I agree that Strongbuilt offers that.

We recently had a drain cleared by Abel with Strong built and he was fantastic. Last weekend we noticed our driveway was getting wet but had no rain. We feared the worst. We reached out to the weekend number Abel provided us and Jeff was able to come to our home on a Sunday to look and give us an estimate on what was wrong and the repair needed. Our main water line had a lead so we had to shut off the water and Jeff was able to get a team member scheduled for the next day to come and do the repair. My boyfriend had dug to find the water and exposed a previous repair done with PVC and that was what had been leaking. It was a much easier and less expensive repair. The next day Robert came to do the repair. Jeff and Robert were great, they were very nice and very knowledgeable. Had great things to say about the company and their peers. Thank you to Abel, Jeff and Robert for getting us back in order. I will continue to recommend them for any plumbing needs.

This is the second time they’ve come out for completely different reasons, and both times the service was fast, friendly, and incredibly reliable.
