We renewed our membership plan with Goodfellas largely due to the level of thoroughness and transparency in AC unit inspections. Shout out to Jordan Oliver, he’s the best!

Logan Webb and Cole Clakson recently repaired the ductwork in my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased. They were courteous, professional, and clearly explained the game plan before getting started. Jordan Oliver came to my home to do my regular heating check up. This man was professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable about the job he was doing and explained everything. I have called a few times for service repair and every time they come out same day! Jordan was our technician and he was great! I've had a great experience with Goodfellas for both HVAC and plumbing services in my new home. I highly recommend their maintenance plan—it’s a convenient way to stay on top of annual checkups. Anthony came by today to inspect my heater. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain what needed to be replaced along with the associated costs. It's been a roller-coaster summer for my AC journey. Everyone at Goodfellas has been so polite and knowledgeable. I finally bitcth3 bullet and installed a new unit yesterday. I am very pleased with how quiet and efficient it is. The service manager James even brought me a portable unit for my bedroom prior to install. Michael and Chris were my installation staff and they were phenomenal. Can't say enough about the service and courtesy Goodfellas provides.

Justin did my plumbing inspection and the process was smooth and easy! I was kept in the loop throughout the day about timing and received a call from him 30 min before he arrived. He went through all the plumbing and then gave me a detailed report about recommendations without being pushy to make a sale. I was able to ask for quotes about specific items, and had them emailed to me. Great experience!

Marty installed a new hot water heater, new pipes in the shower and new shower controls. He was professional cleaned up everything and gave friendly tips to help keep everything working well. Definitely a great job. Thank you

Excellent service, Marty was awesome, explained everything and was respectful and a great all over person. Received a incredible quote for a new unit. Alfredo and Chris who installed my new unit were very professional, great at doing their work and is was all done in a day and they cleaned up, was like they were never here. I recently (2/12/26) had a plumbing inspection completed by Justin, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.

From start to finish, Justin was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect every aspect of our plumbing system and explained his findings in a clear, easy-to-understand way. I really appreciated how patient he was in answering my questions and walking me through both the current condition and any preventative recommendations.

What stood out most was his attention to detail and honesty. He didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services—just provided straightforward, practical advice that gave me confidence in the safety and efficiency of our plumbing. It’s clear that he takes pride in doing the job right.

My boys (as I call them now) were FANTASTIC explained everything didn't get annoyed when questions were posed.
These two guys finished my whole repipe in 2 days... supposed to be Mon - Thurs 1/2 day. They were incredible, seriously....
I believe they deserve a raise, bonus recognition... I wouldn't trust anyone but my boys to fix it if any problems arise.

We had a wonderful experience with Goodfellas and more importantly Marty, he was very helpful and explained everything throughly. They were quick, responsive and worked around our schedule even during the holidays. I would definitely recommend their services and expertise.

James was my technician today. My AC stopped working on the first hot day of the year, and he was quick to respond and thorough with the diagnosis. My 15 year old unit needs to be replaced but he was able to get it running for now to keep me, my son, and my dogs cool. I appreciated the pictures he took of the unit and the explanation of the function and malfunction of each part, and how one relates to another. I also appreciate that it was informative not doomsday.
I was given my options and pricing without pressure.
I recommend Goodfellas, and James, and look forward to my new AC.

My new AC was installed today!
Amber called to let me know when the crane would arrive with my unit, and checked on me throughout the day! Everyone who worked so hard to make this happen was kind and professional. My house is cool and smells clean and fresh. I couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend GoodFellas.

My AC unit died on me while at work. I called later in the day to have it looked at and Jim was responsive and able to get to my home within 2 hours! Fair price, replaced motor and was informative of the entire process. Would recommend!

Alfonso was great! Did a good job on cleaning out my clogged condensation line, and was friendly. Asked me about Supernatural, which I’ve watched a lot, and so has he. :-). He was genuinely nice!! And did a great job!!

Mr. Mouser and his staff have taken care of our home for years. He's on time, professional, and keeps our swamp coolers and air conditioners in tiptop shape. Very pleased with his service.

This is one of the best companies to do business with. Their people are Knowledgeable and helpful. They are prompt and arrive at the Scheduled time. They make sure they're Customer is satisfied. I wish there were more companies like them.

American Conditioned Air has the best team! From phone calls to the office, who got me on their schedule easily, to the technician who handled my HVAC system. Jim Mouser came out as quickly as he could to help me with my A/C unit, which would not cool my home. He diagnosed a broken gauge to the coolant and a leak. I showed him the frozen coolant on the point of contact of my furnace. As Jim said, my 26 year old unit had had its last stand. He explained that I needed to replace my system. The R22 coolant was no longer in production, as there are coolants more environmentally friendly now.
He gave me several options to replace my unit, and explained each one in detail, answering any questions that I had.
