Brandon is a breath of fresh air! He is honest, hardworking and trustworthy. He has serviced our A/C units two times now and has always able to identify the issue, correct it and show us what he did. We highly recommend his company and will continue to use him in the future!

Brenovations was very responsive and quickly got us on the schedule to replace our non-functional heat pump. They were very respectful and professional, making sure we understood what they were doing and cleaning up well after they were done. I was very happy with the service from Brenovations. All of the staff was friendly and professional. The service was prompt and the work was performed well. We had a new system installed, a plasma pure installed, and our ducts cleaned out. We would absolutely use them in the future for any additional HVAC needs.

This company was awesome. Every single time they came out, they were very thorough and patient, Marina, the tech, was awesome in answering my questions, explaining and calling to notify me of what the status was. Jessie, the office manager, was excellent! She was patient with my phone calls, my questions and doing the best she could to hurry the situation. All the other technicians that came out with Marina were also very professional. Thank you guys for your hard work, work ethic and help.

A great job and a great warranty.

Last year we replaced half of one unit and the entire other AC unit. Both were done well and with our warranty company. We were about 2 weeks outside of our year full warranty, but a small leak in the line set required work. They just completed it at no charge and did it well! We are grateful! Thanks guys for the good work!

Amazing customer service. Truly treated me as part of their family. Being a single mom, disabled veteran, it’s important for me to trust a business and know Im not going to be taken advantage of. It feels good to know they will always take good care of me and my family.

Brenovations staff were all so helpful and kind, they were very knowledgeable and took good care of us.

William is an outstanding working and honest, he truly shows that he takes pride in what he does. I recommend William to whom ever needs work done. He took his time to get the job done and didn’t leave until it was finished.

Five years later, I'm here editing my review as proof this company retains it's customer base. Last year I swapped out my aging AC unit for a new heat pump, also replaced my water heater.

Friendly, helpful staff for working with warranty. Excellent service by Brenden. I had intermittent problems that they were able to keep fixing all very promptly. I've had great customer service during chaotic times. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks guys

The service was on time. Nathan was courteous, he explained everything well, the pricing was good, and he worked with me.He got my heater working great in cold temperatures. I give them 5 stars I definitely recommend them

If I could give them more stars, I would. Brenovations has worked on our AC system for the last 3 years and we could not be happier with their service. They are on time, responsive and honest! All qualities you NEED during the hot Arizona Summer. Nate, Angel, and Marina are absolutely top notch!! Thank you Brenovations!!

Technician was very helpful. He explained how everything was with unit. He was very courteous and polite.

We found Brendan and his company when they were chosen by our home warranty company to replace an air handler on one of our residential heat pump systems. They did such a good job, that when our retrofitted wine cellar refrigeration failed, he was our first call. The system that failed was a poor design. The standard systems to do it”right” were way above our budget. Brendan offered a general purpose system within our budget, but neither of us were comfortable that it was the right solution. He scoured his sources to find an affordable built for purpose unit for our small cellar. Working through long supplier delays, he stayed on top of it. Additionally, it was a challenging installation and they did great! We can’t say enough good things about all of his folks interest in doing a great job and solving a problem rather than just making a sale.

My air conditioner was down for two weeks. The first contractor assigned through my home warranty was not able to fix the air conditioner. My home warranty company re-assigned my work order to Brenovations.

Angel was wonderful to talk with about scheduling an appointment. She immediately dispatched Nathan since we have had an extended heat warning and my house had been hot for two weeks.

Nathan arrived 30 minutes after I talked to Angel. He fixed my air conditioner! He checked everything outside and inside. He was kind, pleasant, and knowledgeable.

I appreciate the priority and kindness Brenovations gave me. I appreciate Nathan was able to fix my air conditioner.

Branden was very punctual . He got to work right away. He was very neat and picked up after himself as he worked. His repairs left everything looking like new. Thank you Brendan

No upselling, quick and friendly service. We've had Nathan and Marina visits on separate occasions, they were both great. We've also had Brennan visit before and he was great too.
Update: Still the same great service, we enjoy the value and thuroughnees of their service plan.

I've had this company out twice for AC unit maintenance and both times they've been quick to respond and show up when they say, they even send you a text letting you know when they're on their way. They are always so nice, professional, and great about fixing things on the spot. They're always good and communicating the problem and what they fixed. No pushy sales tactics. I've dealt with awful companies in the past and these people are always great to work with! Big fan.
