Kyriakos Markou was super friendly and he gave us a free shower head and lowered the price of everything for us today, he also gave us estimates on other things that we didn’t know needed to be done so I appreciate it.

Chris was awesome - he provided all the details upfront and was very flexible about allowing us to bring our own materials. I worked with Pete, the technician, and he was incredibly nice and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend this place.

Jake was able to quickly take care of a stubborn kitchen clog. He was pleasant to talk to, professional and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. I will certainly call Jake up again if I need any more plumbing help. Thanks!

Chris, Brandon, OT and Jeff were all wonderful to work with an gentlemen. They gave me a very fair price, showed up on time, did the job of replacing my water heater and cleaned up before they left. What else can you ask for from a contractor? I've already referred them.

1st Experience: Kitchen sink would not drain. Called and they had a coupon special. They came out same day and fixed the issue. Very good company.

2nd Experience: We had been having an issue with our washing machine backing up into the far shower. I called Plumber Kings and Mr Rooter Plumbing to get a competitive quote. We ended up having roots growing into our plumbing. Mr Rooter was just talking at me, while Robert from Plumber Kings took his time to explain and stayed patient. I talked to multiple people in the office through the fix. They are absolutely Great Individuals working for Plumber Kings. They provided a great service, and their price was fair.

I strongly recommend this company. They triple check their work before they tell you they are done. Great Company.

Plumber Kings was a great service. They were easy to communicate with and I could navigate the online portal easily. The work done was explained so I could understand. During the process pictures were sent for progress and completion. They replaced the water shut off valve and the valve to my water heater.

Jay, was great! He did an amazing job with the shower, fixed issues that other plumbers had taken forever to figure out. I would recommend him 100%

PlumberKings is an outstanding company. I had several issues and they came out and completed my project in two day. Their plumbers and office employees were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job in completing my project. I give this company an A+.

An outside valve was found to be leaking. I called four plumbing contractors for a repair estimate. Plumber Kings was by far the most reasonable estimate. Jake came out right away, repaired the valve in a time far shorter than what the others had expressed. He was a true professional with an outstanding work ethic. I had Plumber Kings do a repair job on my outdoor water spigots that were weeping. About six months later, the connection between the new piping and old sheared. I called around 7pm Wednesday, And they had a technician to my door 8am Thursday to inspect and repair all under warranty. Only reason they couldn't come sooner was because the parts stores were closed! Pete was very professional, cordial, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I will have Plumber Kings on speed dial for any repairs I need in the future.

We had a large job and I have to say that Jay is awesome, very kind person and went out of his way to make sure everything was working optimally and looked it’s best, great work done & highly recommend Jay!

They take advantage of people in tough situations. They replaced a Toilet Shut-Off Valve which was leaking; the work took about 20 mins. They didn't have a part which I provided (from home-depot, I have the receipt). They charged $199 service fee (which I knew when we called them) and the technician informally estimated it would be $100 for the replacement as it would not take long. But then the formal estimate came in at $292 to do the replacement in addition to the $199 service fee, a total of about $500. I accepted the price because I didn't feel I had much choice. It was around 10pm, and the water mains to the house was off. We have a kid and 4 pets so there are few places we can go at short notice. On the plus side the technician was professional and polite. But I do not recommend the company.

Our experience with Plumber Kings was positive, start to finish. The gentleman who came out to look at our water heater thoroughly explained our options. Scheduling to get it replaced was easy and they worked around our availability. On the day of the water heater replacement, the original crew who was going to come ended up having a broken down vehicle, but Plumber Kings was able to send a different crew a little bit later and still get the job done the same day. The work crew was friendly, professional and tidy. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. After the work was done they answered all of my questions and final payment was a breeze.

Excellent customer service and worked around my appointment scheduling due to late part arrival. They really worked around my schedule. Job done with great attention to detail and cleanup. He had to use several different tools with my difficult sink faucet replacement but finished the job much quicker than my expectations. Very professional staff and pleasant to speak with each of them. Highly recommended.

I had a leak in my water heater, Plumber Kings reassigned personnel to address my problem in a timely manner. Jason arrived and was very personable and knowledgeable. The problem was resolved and I would highly recommend them.

Initial response to a near emergency was quick and greatly appreciated. Temporary repairs were made on a Friday late afternoon into the evening. William returned on Saturday for a more detailed and much-needed restoration estimate.

The first two days of the project didn’t seem to yield a lot of progress. The third day seemed more intense and focused; it was a long day for the crew! The fourth day they finished up the project. Not sure if crawl space piping under the house should be suspended. Skirting reinstalled properly. Inside all looks and works well.

Jake was awesome! He was punctual, and took the time to explain the procedure and what needed to happen. Afterwards, he took additional time to explain what he did and how to work the valves. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend using them!

I had Rooter King Plumbing assigned to fix my toilet not flushing through AHS. The first time seemed like it was good, but after some use the issue started again, so the had to come back out and went above and beyond to make sure he got down to the bottom of the issue. I can’t thank them enough and would 100% recommend them for your plumbing needs!

I recently had my 40-gallon gas water heater replaced by Avery and Landon from Quick Home Plumbing & Water Heaters, and I couldn't be happier with how everything went. They took care of the installation perfectly and answered all my plumbing questions right away. Their skill and professionalism showed from start to finish. The price was fair too, which was great. We’ll definitely call them again for any plumbing work. If you need a plumber in Tucson, I highly recommend them!

I had a fantastic experience with Quick Home Plumbing & Water Heaters. The technician, John, was polite and even arrived before the scheduled appointment time. He gave me a detailed estimate of the necessary repairs and took the time to explain the process to me. I had a leak on my side of the water meter, and once I gave the green light for the work, John promptly followed up. He confirmed that all the necessary parts were available and we scheduled a time for the repairs. He arrived on time in Tucson and managed to complete the repairs ahead of schedule and to a high standard. If every plumbing service could match this level of service, the world would be a better place.
