I needed to have a water softener and RO system installed and collected 3 bids. Plumber of Tucson had what I considered the best system for the lowest price. They scheduled the installation quickly with not even a deposit required. Dillon and Steven arrived on time and did an excellent job getting the entire system installed and tested. They showed me how everything worked and cleaned everything up before they left. I would highly recommend Plumber of Tucson for any plumbing needs, and will be using them again for my next projects!!

Plumber of Tucson did an excellent job modifying my gas line by installing a quick change so I can use natural gas. They arrived on time, charged a fair price, and the quality of their work was outstanding. I’m very pleased with the service and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done

John and Steven installed the Green Fusion Water Softener/Filter at our residence on Feb. 11th 2022. We were called that morning with an ETA. They arrived on time. John and Steven were professional and worked very neatly. Both were extremely helpful and answered all our questions and explained how our new system functioned. We LOVE the Green Fusion Water Softener and how much better our water quality is now. No more spots on our appliances/sinks and the soft water in our shower is excellent. We were shown pictures and videos of the work done under our home and given detailed information regarding the install.

Engaged Plumber of Tucson to perform installation services for three (3), top-brand, 1-piece toilets. We’ve had these same products installed in a prior residence and understand the requirements from that experience (more complex than mainstream styles and requires a 2-person crew). But…I’ll simply say in this case; “everything is standard…until it isn’t!”

This ended up being a very difficult job with 2 of 3 products requiring two days on site to complete. The Plumber of Tucson team were exceptional throughout, repeatedly demonstrating persistence to solve challenges and drive quality solutions. End-result met requirements, customer focus/care was outstanding, and their scope change (triggered twice) and back-office processes were efficient.

I’d be remiss to not call-out the on-site pros, Rudy S. & Justin G. These gentlemen were highly competent, creative, made appropriate real-time decisions to maintain job momentum and I look forward to leveraging their talent in the future.

Really great company. We had a massive water/sewage leak, that was supposed to be a one day job. It turned into 2 days as it was much more extensive than we thought. They did an amazing job, repaired and re-piped.
We also needed a new water heater replacement. Pricing was great, better than Home Depot’s water heater replacement service.
They got that all done within a few hours.
We had Rudy, Dillon, and Josh that did the main repairs and replacements. They were all super great and went above and beyond.
10/10 recommend.

Chris came out to my office to fix a drain blockage in the bathroom. My toilet had overflowed days before. It turned out to be a deep clog. He worked hard to find it and clear it. I appreciated the video he did and he explained everything he was doing. At the time of his arrival, I was working with a client and Chris was respectfully quiet during the time I was busy with my person. When he was done, my washroom was cleaned up and no sign of any issues. Thank you for the friendly, informative, and thorough service.

I cannot say enough about the service we received from Plumbers of Tucson with the installation of our new whole house water treatment system. There was no hard sell when Joe came to our home to do the initial paperwork. The paperwork that was emailed to us for the contract was very detailed, which listed even the insurance papers for the company. Justin and Rudy were the two technicians that came out and did the work. They were on time and went way beyond what they would have to do to make sure we were happy with the work. On a scale of 1-5, I am giving Justin and Rudy a 10. They were so polite, cared about cleaning up their work area, always asking what we thought in every decision they made on the installation. The area we chose in the garage for installation required a little more work and installation time, but they went right to work and did the work that completed the job. They were also concerned about how things looked esthetically upon completion of the job. Drywall was removed in a very careful way to make my job very easy in repairing the walls. Plumbers of Tucson carry only the top of the line water treatment produces and you are able to chose which system fits your needs. Can't say enough about Plumbers of Tucson.

Plumber of Tucson did an exceptional job with repiping our older 4000 square foot home. Their bid was in line with other recommended plumbing companies and in retrospect, well worth the cost. With little crawl space and many obstacles, we couldn’t be happier with the results. Josh and Jerry did the majority of the work and their attention to detail, professionalism and communication was amazing. Josh led the project and worked to find the least disruptive route that helped us to remain in the home and maintain a reasonable routine. Josh always offered us choices and solutions while remaining in charge and helping us to feel at ease with the decisions made. His leadership and management was outstanding and is an asset to this company. Josh and Jerry minimized surprises because of their ongoing communication and were always prompt in being here daily. We even looked forward to seeing them daily with their smiling faces and great attitudes. Plumber of Tucson, their staff and particularly their plumbers are a well oiled team and we are completely satisfied with the results as well as the installation of a new water filtration and soft water system. The staff of Plumber of Tucson is perfect blend of courteous and no nonsense hard working people. Joe, Steve, Dillon and Chris are really good guys who go out of their way to explain things and answers questions. The are so genuine in their desire to provide the highest quality of work. We live in a unique and somewhat historical southern Arizona territorial adobe block home. We have 10 inch solid block walks, 20 foot post/beam ceilings and brick floors throughout the house. No crawl spaces, no attic space and 50 plus year old cast iron pipes buried 4-5 feet below the concrete and brick floors.

We spent a year renovating the house and are now facing a choice of destroying the house to retrench the pipes or using the pipe bursting method to replace the pipes. We are just done with all the preparations prior to pipe bursting. Steve and Dillon have take extreme care not to damage a newly renovated Casita. They place cardboard on all of the floors/walls/vanities around the project. Everything is draped in thick plastic to keep the dust down to a minimum. They clean up the work site every day.

I will update this post when the project is complete. I have worked in facilities construction and renovation for over 10 years in the medical clinic and hospital environment. Plumber of Tucson is by far the best plumbing contractor I have ever experienced.

Josh & Justin arrived at our appointment time & accurately assessed the issues with our 3 year old water heater. They were professionally dressed, clean cut & courteous. Most importantly, they were knowledgeable. We discussed numerous options & costs before they set out to remedy the problem.
At no time did they pressure us nor try to sway our decision. They simply explained the benefits of each possible choice. We decided to have a new, name brand water heater installed.
2.5 hours elapsed from our first meeting to job completion. During this time, they had to leave our home to pickup the proper heater.
Respectable, experienced & humble.
We now have an honest, reliable plumbing company we feel we can count on. 5 stars.

Chris did a fantastic job on my old toilet. Original install with liquid nails. He worked really hard to remove toilet and replace the seals. It is now working great. I can't thank him enough for all the hard work he put in. And the pricing was reasonable. They are the only plumbing company I will use in the future.

Had a Green Fusion water filtration and softening system installed by Chris and Justin. They are both professional and personable. The new system works really well and I don't miss the smell of chlorine at all. Cris and Justin explained all about the system clearly and in depth. I love the warranty on this system. The sewer line to my master bathroom failed and these guys were the only ones that would work with me and my budget. They did exceptional work and went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. If I ever have another plumbing need, these guys are the ones I know I can call and trust.

I had a good size leak under my trailer. I found Plumber of Tucson by other referrals. WOW!!! I’m glad I contacted them. They were able to fit me in that day. They contact you when they are on the way. Friendly plumbers and staff. Excellent work. He showed me the pipe he took out and replaced. Very reasonable price. I will use them for any other work I might need. I definitely recommend them.

Had them install a new hot water heater and water filtration system. Wasn’t even made aware that a new pipe would be installed outside my house and it’s a total eyesore. I feel like if a contractor is going to change the appearance of the exterior of the home they should walk through such things in the bidding process. Worse still, the craftsmanship looks like it was done by someone on their first day of high school shop class. Even have a hole they drilled and didn’t use as you can seen in the pictures.

Also, the water filter system was installed about 50 feet from the nearest outlet, so the just ran an extension cord lying in the dirt which seems like a very unsafe way to install given once rains come there is a live connection in the dirt. Not sure why they didn’t find a more permanent solution. When I asked they said we don’t do that, get an electrician. Which is totally appropriate but they should have explained this when bidding so I could understand the actual install would include additional costs.

Google reviews were outstanding for this company, maybe I’m just unlucky. But I’ve got $$$ in repairs to cleanup the mess.
