Plumber of Tucson is the best. Everyone we’ve worked with or spoken to has been very kind and helpful. Dylan and Gavin have both came out to work on our water heater that was installed by a different plumber who shall not be named here. They were quick to spot the issues and explain everything they were doing and why. Will definitely choose Plumber of Tucson when the old heater inevitably stops working for good. Price was fair and service was outstanding.

Had these guys install a new water softening system. Not only did they have a great water softener in stock, if not the best, they were able to come out the same day, as luck had it. A great price on top of it all. The job itself was most outstanding. The softener comes with a 10 years parts & labor warranty included!

Geno replaced our old electric hot water heater with a Navien tankless water heater in November. I waited a couple of months to write a review to make sure we were satisfied with it and now I can honestly say we are. It's quiet, reliable, produces plenty of hot water and the smart features reduce waiting time. The price we paid was considerably less than the other two bids we got, and the Navien is a superior product than what the others were offereing. The only "con" was that Geno had to do the install by himself - a second worker would have significantly reduced the amount of time it took.

Did our water heater replacement and water softener installment with Justin, Joe and Chris. They were so professional and explained us well. They faithfully handled all the tasks, even the smallest ones. They reassured me to call them without hesitation if any problems arose after, which made me feel trusting.

Plumber of Tucson is a company you can trust to do excellent work at a reasonable rate. Geno and Rudy worked on installing new water pipes on our Park Model. They were skilled, hardworking and very polite. They did excellent work and cleaned up everything upon leaving. I highly recommend this company.

Our hot water heater broke last night, and Plumber of Tucson was able to do a same day appointment today to install a replacement. Gino and his colleague were great - they were very knowledgeable and efficient, and the total cost was very reasonable. We'll definitely be using them again!

Installation of a new water service line from street meter to house. Also a new cross over valve was installed for my re- circulating pump.
Josh, Justin and Daniel were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly thru out this 2 day job. They did the job in a very timely manner and cleaned up better than it was before they started. Impressed! We requested estimates from several plumbing companies in town to replace our water pressure regulator and rebuild the main pipe. Our pipes had a knocking sound when the drip system turned on.

The cost was minimal compared to previous quotes. Our job was not small and required 3 visits to complete. Walls had to be cut and they repaired on only the lines but the walls. William did a great job for a non-rush job.
He had availability the next day and spent a 5 hours figuring out and fixing our problem. One thing to keep in mind is that they advertise a free on-site assessment and estimate to have the problem fixed, but it was $200+ for William to diagnose the problem (visual test, water gague test, cutting into the wall, finding out adjacent wall moisture) and figure out what parts he needed. The parts and repair were then $400+. So I'm not sure which part was the free part. Either way, it was excellently handled and I was updated every step of the way.

They were fast to respond and made me an appointment the very next day. Manny was very nice, explained everything in an easy manner, and worked quickly to do my installation. Thank you!

Amazing! We were so stressed about our plumbing issues and Chris made us feel supported and kept us updated constantly. They did such a great job and were excited for our new pipes.

Jake was thoughtful in listening to what I was saying. He did a very thorough job at explaining what he had to do. The cost was very fair. Service was excellent.After my experience with Jake,we decided to go ahead and have them replace the bathroom plumbing in our 77 year old house. Cast iron pipe to clay pipe they made the new plumbing work with the old. The whole team was excellent ! They worked well with AHS builders inc. Thomas was also awesome! They cleaned up everything every day and hauled off all the debris. Highly recommend!
