We appreciated Vail Plumbing’s responsiveness, expertise and fair pricing when we called on a Sunday with an emergency overflow of our septic system. Chris was there within an hour and was very knowledgeable and efficient in clearing the septic stoppage, removing the stuck septic lid and helping to evaluate if it was time to have a septic company pump the system. On top of the relief in having the problem fixed, the cost could not be beat. We will not hesitate to use Vail Plumbing in the future.

Had clog/backup in plumbing line from house to septic. Although it was Saturday May 3 I received a call back from the office who arranged for one of their plumbers, Chris, to call me. Explained the situation and he agreed to respond. Only took 45 mins. due to the distance but he got quick to work. Problem was resolved quickly & for fair price. Very happy with experience & will reach out again for any plumbing needs.

My family and I were visiting my parents in Corona de Tucson, AZ, and as luck would have it, the main bathroom toilet plugged up the first night. It was plugged so badly, it drained into the tub! Of course we tried everything to fix it, and finally came to the conclusion that we needed a plumber. Dang! Well my dad called Vail Plumbing, and Chris came out, figured out the issue, fixed it pretty quick, and the price was right! If my parents ever need a plumber again, Vail Plumbing will be the first call! Chris was amazing, and his customer service was top notch!

I had Plumber of Tucson put in 2 new water heaters for me after an old one went caput.

From start to finish, the process was good: their quote was affordable when compared with the others I had received, and they took the time to propose and spec out several different options for me. Every person I spoke with at the company was professional and polite, responding thoughtfully to every question I had — their communication was exceptional (and that’s worth a lot)!

I ended up installing one standard and one tankless. The two technicians who were on-site for the work were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They managed to carefully work one of the old tanks out of a very tight space without doing any damage and got the job done in less than a full day. I’ll definitely be using them for future projects when needed.

Chris and Justin installed a brand new water heater with new fittings. They were on time, friendly, and completed a quality job! Will recommend to others!

Rudy and Justin came out to inspect what i thought was a clogged drain. They were very respectful and professional from the start. I told them what was going on and rather than charge me for an inspection up front, they suggested that they check and see if the clogged drain was the problem first. In doing so, they discovered that the drain was not clogged and the solution was a lot simpler. Rather than charge me for an unnecessary service, they wanted to see if they could save me money, and they did! I cannot thank these men enough for helping me out financially in a time that I really need it. This is how business should be done. Plumber of Tucson has now gained a loyal customer In me. Anytime I have a plumbing problem in the future I won't even think about calling anyone else.

We had a water pipe busted, Dillon and Jerry came out for free, since the mitigation was just starting he wasn't able to do the job, but he told the mitigation team what needed to be done before he could fix the issue. We called them the very next day and they came over promptly and took care of the job immediately. We couldn't thank them enough! Definitely was a life saver for us!!

Responsiveness, professionalism, friendliness, competence. Dillon and Justin came in and replaced a toilet flange and reset the toilet in about and hour, responding about 2 hours after I called. They were friendly and helpful and left my place cleaner than they found it. I’m really happy with the service.

Very impressed with this company. First of all, I work overnights and sleep in the day so I cannot play phone tag. Most companies who have a Message button on their website simply respond by saying to call during office hours. I was actually able to set up an appt thru messaging and email rather than by phone. Very appreciative of that.
I had a horrible sewer gas smell in the house. They came to check things out and found numerous problems with the plumbing to include broken and cracked pipes. They took photos of the plumbing in the crawlspace under the house to help demonstrate what needed to be replaced. I agreed to their estimate and they actually came out the very next day to do the work.
The guys were friendly, polite and did a great job. No more sewer gas smell! They had to cut a hole in the bedroom closet to get to the pipes and my handyman was impressed with how they cut in straight squared lines making it much easier to replace the drywall. No complaints!

I had a water softener replaced and replacement of my pool fill valve. The Techs, Dillon and Joe were professional, highly skilled and finished the job in a timely manner. I have used Plumber of Tucson in the past for an emergency mainline water leak at the water meter on a Sunday, and they had a tech out within an hour!! This is my go to Plumber and I would recommend this Company for all your plumbing needs! Well done!!

If you are looking for professional, high quality and great response time Plumber of Tucson is the full service team for you. I have used them for old and new problems with my plumbing and they have always come through. They have replaced my tankless water heater and installed my new alkalizer reverse osmosis water system which I am very happy with. When I had a water leak in the pipe behind the wall they repaired it timely, stopped more water damage and guided me through the process of repair. I did use they water damage restoration services which I was very pleased with as the process was very overwhelming thank you all for the advise. Second time I have called them due to a plumbing issue. First time several years ago they installed a new hot water heater and all new pipes and did a fabulous job. No problems since. Very competent, kind, friendly, and reassuring regarding their work. This time I had a clog in my shower head system and once again the plumber was friendly, very reasonably priced, reassuring, and had quality communication. As a nurse and someone who is concerned about the details and integrity of the work done, I am once again relieved by my experience today. I very highly recommend this company and I have exacting standards so do not give such recommendations often. Thank you

I needed to have an existing water line attached to the water meter to inspect for leaks prior to completing a purchase of a parcel of land. I reached out to Plumber of Tucson for an estimate based on things I'd read about them. I was quite surprised when Josh came to the site, provided a quick estimate, which I felt was reasonable, and said he could make the connection right away. 3 hours later, just as Josh had said, we had running water to the site.

In my opinion, Plumber of Tucson and Josh went the extra mile to ensure my water line was leak-free and had the proper pressure at the end of the line. Everyone I dealt with was professional, timely, did exactly as they stated they would do and did it for a fair price. Josh was very courteous and provided A+ service/workmanship. I would, without hesitation, recommend Plumber of Tucson. If I need plumbing services again, these folks are on the top of my list. Great job!

This was my first experience with this company. I was so impressed with their professionalism and how nice they were, that it will definitely be my plumbing company of choice from now on. I had originally called them about a leaking faucet, but I also had them check the shower and water heater. They gave me excellent advice and repair estimates, and there was no charge for the initial visit!

We had our kitchen sink backup two days ago. My husband and I are rather handy people and were able to get the clog "gone". In turn we noticed a secret passage to the damaged due to water leaking out a "pipe". We are not that handy to repair a leak in our brick and mortar and we don’t have x-ray vision to find the pipe.

I called Plumber of Tucson and immediately had a quote appointment for the next morning (9/30/22). During the quote appointment they confirmed our suspicions and offered to fix it the same day. The cost was way below what we assumed (you know what they say about assuming). They (Dillon & Steven) showed up about 15 minutes into the slotted time frame of 12pm-4pm.

They immediately went to work and explained what they were doing. I appreciate the education and knowledge passed along to know what I was seeing. They replaced the missing pipe, the eroded piece and confirmed no more leaks would occur. This took longer because they had to snake out the clog that previous owners made (must have been trying to make concrete in the sink).

Dillon and Steve were a delight to have in my home of chaos. They were professional and friendly throughout their time here. They even offered information about clean outs to help maintain my our septic/sewer in the future.

I'd highly recommend these gentlemen and this company for anyone in the future. Other companies were 3 days out for a quote and 2 other companies never called me back.

Today Josh & Justin rerouted a water line that had been leaking. They worked efficiently and with great skill. It didn't take long for me to see they knew what they were doing. Chris did a great job evaluating the issue and figuring out a solution that saved me from having to cut into my post tension cement floors!! Great team work. So nice to have water restored to my home! Very clean, they cleaned everything up, left no mess. Thank you so much! If I have any future plumbing issues I will definitely use Plumber of Maricopa.
