I am not one to normally leave reviews, I especially did not see myself leaving a review for a plumbing company after all the nonsense I have been dealing with for the last two months but, AAROW Plumbing was a complete game changer for me and my family. I still do not have the words to express my gratitude for their professionalism, performance and integrity. These guys were straight to the point at no point during the process did I feel like they were giving me the runaround or giving me the “salesman” treatment. Their prices were very affordable by far compared to the big mainstream companies here in town who would have made me pull another mortgage on my HOUSE just to afford the services. . Aarow installed my hot water heater 11 1/2 years ago. The company I bought it from went out of business and the manufacturer was giving me the run around about the warranty because I didn’t still have a receipt (11 years after buying it),but when Aarow installed it they put the installation date on the tank along with there name and phone number. Rocky (from Aarow) called them and they honored the warranty. When they decided they the water heater was bad, Aarow didn’t charge me for the labor from their first visit. Awesome customer service! Thanks!!

We recently moved into a new (old) house and experienced a serious sewer drain issue. We were very lucky to get a word of mouth referral for Aarow Plumbing. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They came the same day and spent over an hour taking videos and analyzing the problem. AJ is honest, experienced and understanding. They will be the first call I make for any plumbing issues!

Came out same day early evening on the New Year’s Day week. Replaced main valves. Then a few days later replaced water heater. Rocky took a lot of pride in his work. I would hire him again.

Rocky exceeded my expectations with his excellent service and price. His price was significantly below Home Depot, Lowe's and 2 other major plumbing companies in Tucson.
Rocky delivered same day service when the others couldn't. He had cut and solder to re-route the gas line because of the size difference of the new hot water heater, which took additional time. He also put in coupling fitting for the water lines. All for the initial price quote. He also suggested a cutoff valve and a longer nipple to make draining the tank easier. He was very prompt in his arrival times and updates. He said what he was going to do and did what he said for the price he said. I managed large customer service organizations for many years, so I know what excellent customer service is. So if you want excellent service at possibility the lowest price in town, I would highly recommend you call Aarow Plumbing to get their quotes to compare with others.

I highly recommend Aarow plumbing, we had issues with our plumbing first thing in the morning, we called AJ and he was here within 20min. He was very knowledgable and figured out what was causing the issues, as well as saved us from future problems with our plumbing. I highly recommend calling him with any plumbing issue that you may have, we will be using he if any more problems come up in our home.

AJ from Arrow Plumbing provided excellent service in identifying a leaking pipe. Using a scope of the piping, the area of leak was identified. Service was prompt, professional and the communication was excellent.

I cannot recommend AJ at Aarow Plumbing highly enough. I was originally told by another company that I needed to cut and install interior and exterior new lines in the slab to fix a clogged sewer. The quote was $5,000!

AJ came out, ran another scope, and immediately identified that the other company had completely misdiagnosed the issue. Instead of an expensive excavation, he used a hydrojet to clear the clog perfectly. He saved me thousands of dollars and a massive headache. If you want someone honest, technical, and fair, AJ is your guy!
