Showed up few minutes early for appt, made sure I was available. They listened to me, looked and the diagnosed problem. Did not try to upsale me. Andrew and his apprentice gave quick, fair service.

Rufus is professional in explaining the issues at hand and together with his coworker Danny worked diligently to resolve the issue. They're punctual and courteous. Rufus is patient in answering all my questions. I'd recommend DrainMasters.

Our pipes were all corroded and broken and Zack came out for several days to dig out the broken pipe from underneath the house so that we could place a new pipe under the house. Very hard work but Zack finished the job! Very good and hard worker!

David did a fabulous job locating my clean out… The house plans were wrong but he knew how to find it and he did it in a very short period of time and the cost was very reasonable. Also, he was able to show up on the day that I called !!!

Derrick and Zack were fabulous with my project. Derrick showed up on time, walked me through everything he did and I was very confident with his explanations. Zack was also extremely knowledgeable and I'm really glad I called Drainmasters first.

I highly recommend DrainMasters. They came to my rescue and exceeded my expectations. Being a senior citizen I live on SS but they worked within my budget to get me fixed. I will need more work in the future as my home is old. They will be the ONLY people I let do my work.
Andrew was my technician and was beyond a perfect gentleman. He is a great representative. The world needs more guys like him and more companies that put the customers first and don't try to overcharge.

Derrick is awesome ask for him! The company in general, they were quick to come out, diagnose the issue, and do a temp fix (per my request) until I can schedule them to come back. AND the fee I paid will be applied towards the next visit!

Andrew was more than thorough! He took his tike to male sure the job was done right. They charge a reasonable amount and would definitely use them again. Andrew was personable and just a food dude all around. Thank you guys for not being like everyone else trying that wants to gough the customer.

Andrew and manager were very knowledgeable, professional and efficiently fast! Had an emergency on Thanksgiving day, wasn’t able to get the work done due to a miscommunication (on my landlord) and appt was set for following day. I eventually called a few hours later when I came home to a full tub, toilet and puddles! Something a plunger definitely couldn’t have fixed on my own. I called back late evening and thankfully he was able to come out immediately! Have some outdated property and more work needs to be done, but the problem got resolved for the moment and it helped a lot. 100% recommend.

I had a low boy water heater installed.It was a tight space and it took a lot of work.Craig was the lead technician and he had to take off the door and the frame.He ripped up a part of the wall and it needed repair.He never expressed to me that when he took off the frame that there would be damage.He never apologized or suggested that the company would fix the damage.I left two messages with the receptionist and never received a call back.I got two bids for $200 and $300 to repair the wall and both told me that the frame could have been taken off with no obvious damage.They both thought that it was sloppy and done out of frustration because the water heater was difficult to install.I accepted the bid for$200 and the work will take two visits to repair and paint.I received a call from Ken another technician and he made excuses and offered no help.I would not recommend this company.

We use Bert’s at work and I’ve never had a bad experience! They’re always quick and the work they do is excellent!

This company needs to educate their drivers on driving etiquette… Today I simply pulled out of the parking spot… Apparently upset the driver ... he honked at me and threw a fit in the truck behind me. Show a little of professionalism!!

This was, by far, the worst experience I've ever had with any "service" company. The owners are rude and unprofessional, they show up when they feel like it, do the work they feel like doing and charge a premium price for subpar work. It was a nightmare dealing with them because they have no knowledge of customer service. Really, just awful.
