Zack did a great job clearing our main line stoppage - really good work ethic, knowledgable, personable and professional.

From start to finish the experience with Drainmasters was smooth and with no surprises. Two other companies I called said they would give me a quote (for a simple stoppage mind you) *after* they came out and “diagnosed” the issue - which is code for “you’ve spent the whole day waiting for us so you’ll probably pay whatever we quote you”. Not Drainmasters - up front and fair pricing over the phone which is much appreciated!

Our kitchen sink stopped draining and Drain Masters was recommended to us by a prior contractor. We called and made a next day appointment.
They called when their tech was on their way and Zack arrived on time and was very professional.
He was able to fix the problem and ran multiple tests to make sure our sink was draining properly before he left. Zack answered all of my questions and did a great job.
So happy we used Drain Masters and will use them for any future issues and will highly recommend them to others! Thanks again!

He was immediately available and invested from the urgent first calls through to connecting us to the right restoration company to help finish the job and make sure we were completely taken care of. He was INCREDIBLY fast to come assess the situation and was transparent and honest the whole way. We had to buy a new water heater and he had all of the specs and recommendations we needed to feel confident in our choice. Great service Nick went the extra mile to make sure the backup was taken care of.

I unfortunately had to call a plumber two times within one week for separate issues, but I'm so thankful for DrainMasters. They were able to come out same day and even within 1 1/2 hours after 5. Both Plumbers, RJ and Cody were wonderful, professional, and extremely helpful. All issues were resolved in a timely manner and there was even help with cleanup. I couldn't imagine calling anyone else. Thank you!

I had called another plumbing company due to sewage backing up in my shower. The company said I could have an appointment in 8 days. I called Drain Masters and they sent Zach out within 45 minutes. He and his apprentice did a great job and solved my problem quickly. I will only call Drain Masters.

I had another occasion to use Drain Masters Plumbing and Drain Service. Fernando was the plumber they sent. He was amazing. He did such professional work and explained every step to me. He also suggested some preventive maintenance that I could do at a future date. I appreciate that I can schedule when my wallet and schedule permit. I will always use this company and ask for Fernando.

I had another plumbing issue with one of my toilets. Derrick came out and repaired it. He was knowledgeable, professional and punctual. I recommend Derrick highly. It is great to know if you have a plumbing problem and call Drain Masters it will be fixed.

We were pleased and impressed with Drainmasters. They had the best solution and competitive bid for gas line repair work. Heavy work of trenching and digging under concrete lips was done professionally, keeping us informed along the he way. When a short circuit was detected after their work was completed they stood behind their work and finally helped us solve the problem. Highly recommend.

Drain masters and plumber Derrick are amazing. Answered my phone call right away, got me scheduled same morning, showed up on time and fixed my leaking shower as well as the gas meter that was leaking! Highly recommend!
