These folks are wonderful! They did there very best to work with me and my budget. Told me all the facts I needed to understand and kept to their declarations. No suddenly hidden costs (like I've had hapoen to me with other "reputable plumbers". They were great. I will certainly be using them again with upgrading my current old plumbing!

I'm very happy with the service that Drainmasters provided. I had a leaking faucet in the tub of my main bathroom. The service tech (Chris) was very courteous and professional. He was very efficient and when he was done with the faucet he asked about any questions of other issues. We are big supports of local business and are really appreciative of the friendly service. We will definitely be using them again for our plumbing needs. Thank you Drainmasters!

Our kitchen drains backed up after years of sludge build up. I called at 8 pm on Wednesday night and Mary answered and was pleasant and professional. I said it could wait until next day. Thursday morning Mary called and asked what would be a good time. We agreed to 8:30. Manny arrived 5 min early and fixed the problem quickly. He was also professional and pleasant and the price was fair. We would use them again and we highly recommend this company. By the way, one of our best friends who is also a custom home builder told us to call them in the first place.

We called Drain Masters about a clogged tub drain and were very grateful that Ricardo came over right away and unclogged the drain very quickly. Wonderful service and a great person too. Such a pleasure to meet someone who really cares. We'll definitely ask for Ricardo next time we need plumbing help!

Approximately 4 months ago I had a drainage blockage in my rental house and called a different company. The young tech spent almost 2 hours trying to unclog and use the snake to fix my problem. Last night the exact same clog occurred and this morning I called a different company at 7AM to set an early appointment so I wouldn't miss a whole day at work. After 1 1/2 hours and 2 additional calls that company still could not "schedule" me. I then called Drain Masters. They immediately scheduled me for 2 hours out. Dave showed up and was able to fix my problem in less than15 minutes. While watching Dave work, I could tell he knew what he was doing and how different he did it compared to the other company 4 months earlier. Dave explained why he did it differently and since it worked almost immediately, he obviously knew what he was doing. I do not use a plumber very often, but Drain Masters, who charged me EXACTLY what was quoted on the phone, is now my go to company.

I have used DrainMasters Plumbing and Drain Service for at least 10 years. They have always responded promptly and were able to resolve my problems. Living in an older home I truly appreciate them fixing the plumbing without tacking on unnecessary charges. After Covid their prices have increased but other plumbers have done the same and are not as reliable.

My sewer main was clogged and everything was slow to drain and backing up in the house. I called DrainMasters on a Saturday evening and they had Zach come by in about 20 minutes. I had a gnarly clog and he worked til 8pm after the sun had gone down and got everything cleared out. I had some confusing plumbing in my yard and he checked everything out and patiently explained the situation to me. He was super professional and friendly. Would recommend!

Zach came out on Sunday to fix a leaking bathroom faucet as I was leaving town that afternoon. He was friendly, courteous and completed the job very quickly. I was very happy with the overall of service. Highly recommend!

Drainmasters has always come through for me, and this visit was no exception. I had 2 leaky shower faucets, and vintage hardware that I didn't want to be damaged. Zack and Ben went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were done thoroughly, and with care. They were professional, polite and on time. I will continue to call on Drainmasters for my future plumbing needs.

Wes and the team at DrainMasters are top notch. We have an older home that needed instant repairs, deferred maintenance, and some overall TLC. They came up with a project plan that fit our needs and worked with us for several weeks on all kinds of issues. Wes and his crew were always responsive, understanding, and professional. We have found "our plumbers" and are very happy with everything they have done for our home.

Zac and Alex the plumbers in the world - did an amazing job fixing my sewer line to the toilet that had a 3 or 4 foot tree root in the toilet pipes . After digging a 5 ft hole to get to the tree root and a pile of dirt on my patio the pipe got fixed and then the most amazing thing happened!

THese two guy who had been working here for 8 hours cleaned my entire living area where dirt and stuff had been coming in and out all day! I was practically in tears of gratitude for all they did and they went way above the the best job I have ever experienced!

Drain Master's sent K.B. to our home to fix a clogged kitchen sink. I was so very thankful that I called Drain Master's because K.B. and his apprentice were amazing! K.B. was truly a master at what he does. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing while working and teaching his apprentice! He was very kind, polite, compassionate, and extremely precise and professional. I highly, highly recommend this company. Thank you K.B. and your apprentice! Amazing people! Amazing job!

At midnight, my apartment complex had a plumbing emergency and I had to contact everyone and ask them not to use the water or flush toilets until fixed. I called 6 businesses that advertised 24 hour service. DrainMasters was the only company that came out immediately, and came out the next morning as well. The woman on the phone was prompt, courteous and responsive. The guys that fixed my emergency: Mike, Andrew and Matt were all so very helpful. Thank you, DrainMasters! Now I know who I can rely on ! ! !

This repair turned out to be more extensive than expected. I am so grateful that Zack knew what to do to fix the problem. He explained what happened, why the toilet could not flush and he explained what needed to be done for him to complete the repair. Zack is knowledgeable, professional, efficient and takes pride in doing the job to perfection. He is also courteous and truly cares about helping people. We had a plumber out this morning and he couldn't get the job done because he didn't have the right equipment. Cody came out within 2 hours of our phone call. He was professional and friendly. He fixed the clog within an hour. We are so happy we called DrainMasters!

Derrick came out around 7 on Sunday, Dec the 29th. He snaked the drain and our problems were solved. Great job by Derrick and DrainMasters. Definitely will call them if need be.

Had a toilet that was slow to fill, so thought I would replace the plunger myself. Quickly found a leaking pipe and plunger that was difficult to install, so decided to look for a skilled plumber. Found DrainMasters which is local and family-owned. They set an appointment and the plumber arrived with parts. Within 20 minutes, the toilet plunger was properly installed, and a new braided stainless flexible pipe and water pressure handle were both replaced and secured in place. Licensed plumber, Mike A. completed all T&C's -- tested & confirmed that the water pressure was appropriate and ensured no leaks. Mike A. brought the proper tools and worked diligently; he was respectful of my property and even cleaned the floor! Overall, an excellent job! I can confidently recommend DrainMasters in Tucson AZ.

My whole house was clogged and another Mr. Company came out and failed to fix it. I asked my contractor buddy for a good company and he recommended DrainMasters. They came out right away and Zak did not give up until everything was flowing. They even had to send a camera up the line. They were courteous, quick, friendly and they got me going again. I will keep their name in my go to list of services. Their price was also very reasonable.
