Response time was great and the job was completed very well but VERY overpriced. $295. For JUST putting new/ PVC drain under sink. I hired another company immediately after they left. The plumber was very experienced and professional but this company is very overpriced

On time. Technician was accommodating as we were not sure what we needed for a sink repair. He completed the job and everything works fine now.

Aram did a repiping on the master bathroom in my home and he was efficient, considerate and helpful with any questions I had regarding the process. This business is excellent and has extremely capable as well as responsive and respectful employees. I strongly recommend them!

Acclaimed Drain and Plumbing guys Danny Anaya and Robert Cruz were very dilligent on making sure everything was well done. They called ahead of time and were punctual which in Tucson is not very common. Also they explained the scope of the work and made sure I knew exactly what needed to be done. I needed things done right away and they took care of work very efficiently.

Danny was fantastic! He was friendly, professional and explained the process as he masterfully completed the task at hand. He also provided important recommendations for some future work which I’ll plan for the beginning of the year. Highly recommend!

Adam did an absolutely outstanding job replacing the shutoff valve for my hot water heater. He installed this in a very small space, used copper press fittings so that only a small portion of drywall needed to be removed and no soldering was required. He did this work very neatly and he completed it in a very short time.

Acclaimed responded quickly and we were able to have service quickly. The tech was honest and gave 3 options for estimated costs. Last time we had this problem, another plumber quoted thousands and said they had to go through walls. Thankfully, Acclaimed tech was able to clear clog for a very reasonable price. I had a great experience with Acclaimed. I needed a kitchen sink and dishwasher installed as well as a bathroom sink that was part of a new vanity. They were super quick to respond and Josh came out the same day for a quote. He was willing to complete the work on the spot but I asked him if he could come back the next morning and he was very accommodating of my schedule. He arrived on time and worked quickly. I had a challenging plumbing situation with an old house and quirky piping, but Josh handled it without any issues. He was super professional and friendly the whole time. Plumbing is expensive but the price they charged was less than what another plumbing company charged me for a less complex job, so I believe their pricing is very fair. I really appreciate the high quality work Josh did and will definitely call Acclaimed Drain & Plumbing again the next time I have any plumbing issues.

I had an outstanding experience with Acclaimed Drain and Plumbing Solutions, especially thanks to Aram Espinoza. Aram went above and beyond when he came to my unit to fix a gas issue that Southwest Gas had unfortunately overlooked. He quickly identified that a gas valve had been left on, corrected the problem, and thoroughly tested the entire unit to make sure there were no leaks.

What really impressed me was how Aram handled the situation — he even got on the phone with the city to clarify permit issues we didn’t actually need, saving me time and stress. He came back the next day to ensure Southwest Gas was present to safely turn the gas back on.

A big shoutout also to Lou from Southwest Gas, who was fantastic in making sure everything was working perfectly once the gas was restored.
