I had scheduled an appointment with Acclaim Drain and had to change time at the last minute. They accommodated and came at the new agreed time and solved the drain problem quickly.

I would like to give this company 5 stars I was lucky to one of the techs come Adam was very professional knowledgeable I had very low water pressure in my kitchen faucet he let me know what the problem was and gave me my options I agreed with him and fix my problem in no time if you have a plumbing problem I definitely call them

After posting my original review, I spoke with the Acclaimed team about the issues I experienced. They were apologetic and worked diligently to make things right. We discussed the misunderstanding regarding the scope of work and fixture replacement, and they agreed to provide a partial refund for the mishap.

Originally, I had contacted Acclaimed through the Thumbtack app to repair my shower head and update the bathtub fixtures during the same visit. The quoted price increased when I mentioned fixture replacement, but after the service was completed, the fixtures had not been replaced as I had expected. While the main issue—getting water flowing from the shower head—was resolved, there were still concerns about water flow from the tub spout and the need to handle the fixture updates myself.

I appreciate that the team took my feedback seriously, acknowledged the miscommunication, and took steps to address it. Their willingness to resolve the matter demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction.

I liked the tech. He was here one and one half hours and I bought the reverse osmosis filters. He cleaned out a drain and ran the filtered water to my refrigerator! Terribly expensive! Would never use again. One and 1/2 hours for $800???????? Awful! No equipment just labor!

Very reasonably priced, knowledgeable, responsive, respectful. Finished our whole-house re-pipe in 2 days, matching the 2 - 3 day timeframe they told us it would take. Highly recommend.

My PM sent them in for a water heater diagnostic. Zero diagnostic was conduct, they just recommended replacing it because it was old. I would rather have you at least try running around checking breakers, thermostats, and other things than just give me such a lazy recommendation.

As like other reviews, great, honest, professional company. They Do not try to repair if not needed. Have a Conservative philosophy of let’s wait and see before we start tearing up things.
Retuned after initial visit did not resolve the problem. Hopefully second attempt clears up blockage. They did try more aggressive procedures and applied part of first payment to the second charge.
