After making contact online, I never got any reply prior to them knocking on my door a few days later around 4:30pm. Hector got right to work after a price was agreed on, and completed the work quickly and professionally. Thanks for the good work.

My washer overflowed as it was draining out. We cleaned up the water but I still called Elite Rooter and they came out the same day I called and took care of the plumbing and sent out Copper state home builders to dry and refurbish my walls. Thank you so much for everything you do. You now have a customer for life.

I would give zero stars if I could. I hired them to find out if I had a broken pipe. I paid them $250 cash to use their camera to look inside the pipes and find out if the pipe was broken. They (a supervisor) said they looked at the Camara couldn't reach the pipe in question so they do not know if the pipe is broken or not. So what did I pay for? Why can't you see? What's in the way? They never showed me the footage, they never sent me the footage as they promised, it took me complaining to 3 people to even get a reciept 18 hours after the fact. The only thing they told me is the pipe will clog again and I would get a moving estimate because they will have to break up a concrete slab just to find the pipe to see what's happening. An estimate that for the record I did not get. If they did not want the job they should of just said so, if this was beyond their scope of work just say so, and dont take my money for a job that was incomplete. What's crazy is they brought out and insurance adjuster who spent a great deal of time talking with these guys and then the adjuster left and called me telling me to file a claim as they need to tear up the concrete BEFORE the camera ever went in the pipes. I am demanding a refund and will be taking appropriate action. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company unless you have a simple clog.

Hector was a very polite, hard working y PK ung man. He patiently explained to me what was needed and answered all my questions. His work was excellent and he left the area spotless. I would not hesitate to have him back again.

I was trying to get estimates for a washing machine water valve. Dunn Plumbing came to my house within an hour or two and fixed my problem at a good price. It was just a valve handle that was bad. I will keep their number in my rolladex. I would recommend them to anyone.🌝

Micah came out to look at a leak under my kitchen sink turns out it was my faucet. He came to my house quickly and fixed the problem right up. He was polite, easy to talk to, and explain what was wrong. 10/10 would recommend Micah!

We found a pressure relief valve was leaking. Brian sent Damien to assess and repair. He made quick work of the situation. Very happy with Dunn Plumbing, Brian and Damien. Great customer service and excellent work.
