Beyond thankful for Mark. He was very professional from the knock at the door until the time he left. We thought we were going to have to buy a whole new garbage disposal, but he came in and fixed it right away. He didn’t charge us for the time he was here. I highly recommend this company and ask for Mark!!

Called for $44 drain repair. Very pleasant first meeting. Appraised the situation and saw there were some potential problems in the making. We were joined by another colleague who came and took his assessment ofthe situation. He identified the same problems. Within minutes of his assessment he quoted a price of 4500 dollars. Not knowing much about plumbing and not having vision around the area in question I committed to the contract and put 3 hundred down at his request. The next morning after cleaning up and reassessing I concluded the quote was way more than expected. I spoke with the gentleman who showed up originally and I explained my concerns. Although a couple of the issues were of concern there was know present concern for immediate repair. He agreed Since I had put.3 hundred doors downI volunteered to forfeit that to anull the contract. The technician agreed and said he would snake the original problem and let it go at that. Pipe was snaked and problem solved. All the techs were very professional. The one gentleman made it seem like a scam

The technician, Hector, arrived on time, was knowledgeable, honest, & friendly. He did the repair on the spot, it turned out to be something minor. I really appreciate the honesty - thank you Elite Plumbing, thank you Hector!!!

ROC suspended and revoked their license in 2024 ., they rolled up to my door 2025. They do not care about the law, like getting permits. You can tell how the owner acted towards this review as if it were positive when in fact it is negative that tells you all you need to know about the extent of unethical behavior they publicly exhibit.
Fined over and over by the ROC but nothing stops them from acting outside of their license here in Tucson. Good Luck

I had an excellent experience with Elite Rooter. Mark and the other technician who came out (I apologize for not grabbing his name) were extremely professional, arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He explained everything clearly and the repair was not only done efficiently, he even cleaned up the area afterward. I really appreciated the honesty, quality of work, fast response and the reassurance during a stressful situation. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable plumber. 10 stars!

Elite Rooter did outstanding work replacing a main water line. They were faster and less cost than the other estimates and super helpful to have gotten out within 1.5 hours of the initial call to give the estimate.

These guys are incredible and very professional. We had an emergency and they were here within the hour of calling. They did not only inspect the damage and the pipes they investigated and found the problem. They were even able to help set up an insurance claim for the home damage found at this time. I am super happy that they came across my Google search and I picked them out of the 4 that came up in the area. Thank you guys so much. A very pleased costumer!

1 your technician arrived relatively quick, however he didn't have the equipment needed to do the job. No gas for his torch, no soldering flux and no solder! What plumber does not ALWAYS carry these items? A job that should have taken only about 30 minutes took almost 3 hours! To top it off the following day I noticed a leak at one of the soldered joints. I called the office (straight to voicemail) left a message and never got a call back.
Elite plumbing SUCKS!!!

The individuals arrived in less than two hours and began working immediately. They were professional and took the time to explain the repairs needed in layman’s terms. Both were professional, kind, and empathetic. I would definitely use them in the future!

Please do not ever do business with this company! They were hired on 1/30/2024 to clear a backed up toilet sewer drain on a $44 advertised special because that is what I could afford. They never cleared the drain Keith was the "supervisor" he claimed he cared about me and the issues I the plumbing was having and would do his best to clear the drain and he didn't. They used a camera I think to find the issues and could never give an estimate to correct. They didn't show up for appointments several times and a couple of times they came to my home without any notice at all. I can hear water running from somewhere under my manufactured home, and because I am in a wheel chair and can get under to find it, it has ran since Keith claimed he was going to help me by installing a clean out I think he said. The tech moved the crawl out grate and seemed to work under there for several hours but never gave a bill or an estimate to fix the issues. Now its August and still having drain issues. Called a different plumber to clear the back up in June, only to find out Keith and his crew drilled a hole into the black sewer pipe so the sewage water would drain, and I would think they fixed the issue, but it is draining under my home and that is the running water I have been hearing all this time. The different plumber will fix the pipe but its going to cost over $2300! Which I do not have and would not be able to get. I am a disabled single person, who lives on a fixed monthly income. I explained this to Keith when came to my home the first time, and he swore he was going to help me, he didn't but caused me more money then I can ever pay to fix what they did. the $2300 only fixes the black pipe with the hole drilled into it. it doesn't fix why the plumbing continues to back up in the first place. Either way I can't afford to have it fixed. I attempted to register a contractors complaint against this company, however I learned their license has already been revoked. And because I had to have a new plumber come to get the sewer working again the ROC wouldn't accept my complaint. I am currently listening to the new plumber work on getting the sewer cleared again for the second time since Keith was here last.
In my opinion Elite Rooter Plumbing took advantage of me and my lack of knowledge and I am paying the price. At this point I am probably going to have to sell my home and move into assisted living

Very pleased with their service. I called and they came. I didn't fret that they might be late etc. Right on time. I'll use them again. The best.

Elite responded to my kitchen almost immediately. The plumber was professional, courteous & knowledgable. He fixed my emergency & made me a happy camper.

Hector did a perfect job diagnosing our clogged toilet problem. He returned with Manuel to do high pressure cleaning of our pipes. They did a great job and used a camera in the pipe to show us the results.

Look no other place for plumbing needs. I had no hot water and couldn’t find any help and got lucky with this company. Professional, came in an hour, fairly priced and quick fixed. I cannot believe the level of service!

Our toilet had got clogged to where the plunger wasn’t work so we had to call out a plumber which did a great job and was very efficient and fast only took about an hour to get the job done ! They have a promotion going on so it was a good deal ! Thank you Hector !

Was skeptical to call any company to service our plumbing needs because there are so many of them who will just pretend to do the works and give you the high price that is not affordable. Nate from the Elite Rooter make me believe that there are still people who are honest because not only he did spend time to work on our problem but he was very honest with what we need to do to solve our plumbing issue. He is very good in communicating with his customers and was very kind and carefully explained everything in details. Nate is our guy and Elite Rooter is highly recommended 👍
