Man I can’t say enough good things about Dunn Plumbing. Elijah, Damien, and Micah were great! All these guys are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! I Had an issue with some work done by another plumber who did not want to come out and make it right. I called Dunn Plumbing and they responded quickly and came out the same day to resolve the issue and all is working as it should be. Thanks again for all you do!

Needed water heater replacement, bring installation up to code and reroute some pipes. Micah came and gave an estimate and was able to do a temporary fix to get my water back on till tomorrow’s install.
Update
Micah came back next day removed the old tank, fixed a broken ice maker supply pipe, replaced the heater supply valve , got the new tank in place hooked everything up.
Prompt and professional service. I’d recommend Dunn Plumbing to anyone.

This comapny is amazing!! Brian the owner responded immediately to my call and had a technician out to my house withing and hour and a half. Micah the technician kept me informed the whole time if when he would be here and when he arrived. He was also amazing and cleared my problem for the night and said he would be having a supervisor reach out to me in the morning to come out to video my sewer lines. Well within 10 minutes of him leaving I already had a text saying the supervisor would be out first thing in the morning. Great company wonderful people. Highly recommend!!!

They came out to give me an estimate for a leak repair that was more than double what I paid another plumber to do. Now they're sending me a bill for work that they did not do.

Damian And Jorge with Dunn Plumbing came out to assess the problem with my main water line to the house .They were both patient and knowledgeable. Jorge did a great job repairing the Main Water line and Damian was great at answering all my questions.

Much appreciation to Damien, Micah and the rest of the crew are coming out, detecting our problem with our plumbing we’ve been having for months! They came out and made sure too detect what the problem was. They zoned right in and took care of the problem right on the spot. They got all of the work done before I had to go to work that afternoon and we appreciate your time, work and dedication to a job well done.

I was having problems with my bathroom faucet. Joe came and help me and he was able to fix the peoblem. Iam really satisfied with his work. I highly recomend Dunn Plumbing.

I called to ask about a garbage disposal replacement. I thought my disposal’s motor had burned out. The person who answered the phone, Elijah, was very nice and scheduled a tech to come out the very same afternoon to give me an estimate.

Tech showed up on time, and was here for just a few minutes, quoted my dad $675.

This is a basic disposal, clean under the sink, nothing to add or modify.

My dad told him we would not be working with him at that price. The tech proceeded to ask my dad how much he was wanting to pay and “let me call my supervisor, see if we can do a better deal”. My dad asked him what his hourly labor fee was and he told my dad, “it’s all just rolled into the overall price”.

Why not give your customers the best possible price from the beginning???

They left and my dad, who is almost 80 & not in great health, told me he hates that “companies try to take advantage of old people and women.” This is the feeling he was left with.

Turns out the reset button just needed hit. A decent person may have tested the reset button for us before going any further trying to sell us on $675.

From reading the reviews, they may be good on other, bigger jobs but based on this experience I do not recommend this company.

Thank you for your reply. I would like to correct you in stating that my father ever said he was tired of resetting the disposal too many times. That was never said. We were under the impression that the motor had burned out altogether. Had we known that hitting a reset button was a fix to begin with, even a temporary one, we would have pressed the button.

As well, at no time during my call to initiate service did I mention resetting.

(My father lives with me and I was in the house at the time of the service tech talking to my dad. I heard everything so this is not a miscommunication between him and I either. Nice try though.)

Micah was amazing. Quick and extremely informative about what was going on in our sink drain system. I wish everyone else was like him thank you very much Micah!

I have 3 burners the 1st burner is still not working, which is the main reason for my phone call, they came out the next day found the problem which wasn't their fault and fixed it for no additional fee. They will certainly be the first company I call for any future plumbing problems

We have used Dunn Plumbing over the decades for various projects. Recently we had Micha Willhite come to the home to resolve a yard leak. As always he was efficient, professional and thorough. Thank you Micha!!

Had an emergency hot water issue on the weekend. The plumber (Micah) gave me updates on his arrival time and diagnosed the issue promptly. He was very polite and explained what the problem was in a way that was easy to understand.

Micah did an amazing job! He showed up within an hour of my call, and got the job done in less than an hour. Would gladly use Dunn Plumbing again!

I wasn’t expecting they’d be able to come out the same day I called, but they did and saved the day! Jorge was friendly, professional, and didn’t judge when he discovered rocks in the sewer drain in our driveway which we had been procrastinating on getting a cover for. 😁

Fast, efficient and the problem was solved in less than an hour and the cost was very reasonable.

Worst company I have ever dealt with!!! Was supposed to take 3-5 days to repipe my 1288 sq ft home. Took 11 days plus 2 of those were here till 11:00 at night!!!!!
Then made so many mistakes and did not do other things that were supposed tobe done, had to have 2 inspections!!
I had 7 holes in my bathroom alone!!!
Never cleaned up after any work and reversed hot/cold water in both bathrooms!!! Did not put insulation back in attack or even closed it up!!!
We lived with 21 holes for 2 weeks with no heat with all these holes!!!!!
Lots of excuses and Damian and Garrett were very nasty to me because I called them on it!!!!
Had no hot water for 2 days because Garrett forgot to delightful pilot light, and we did not know what was wrong! Damian kept saying I need a new water heater!!! My water
heater is 4 years old!!!.Big time scammers!! Charged me $17,000 !!!!! Rip off!!!!!

Impressed with the rapid response to our recent main line plumbing leak repair. Garrett was our serviceman and we were very pleased with his professionalism and quality of work. Job completed and back in service within 5 hrs of the initial call.

Found our new go to plumbing service. Damian and Jorge were both knowledgeable and worked efficiently to resolve our outdoor plumbing issues. They prioritized our job and were willing and able to coordinate with other trades that were required to close the loop and complete our project before impending weather set in. There was no delay in the start or completion of the project. Will definitely be contacting Dunn Plumbing for any future needs.
