Garrett arrived on time at the front end of the 2 hour window. He gave a best case estimate and worst case at my request. Fortunately, the best case scenario occurred for a fair price. Fair enough that I asked him replace another outdoor bib faucet. So far, so good. Looks like a long term quality fix.

I received a free estimate for repair of bathtub faucet and toilet. Jorge Martinez was great. He provided an estimate after looking at everything. He was fast and efficient and answered my questions.

I had an issue with my guest bath/shower. The technician was very professional but could not get it quite right. When the owner, Brian Dunn, heard about the problem he was on the phone with us in less than 24 hours. He scheduled an appointment to check out the problem in person, and arrived right when he said he would be there. He diagnosed the problem and completed the work himself. You have to love a business owner who takes pride in completing the service himself. Quality work completed. We appreciate the hands on, caring work, and pride Brian showed.

Brian and Damien came out for the inspection of the issue and estimate; they were courteous, spending time listening to the history of issues and the concerns of doing a large job for us. Damien completed a thorough job of inspecting and answering questions of lingering incorrect information. This helped us to make an informed choice, explaining our different options.
We had two separate issues: rerouting out kitchen sink and laundry to the main branch and reworking our main branch out to the sewer line. The estimate was large; however, this was going to be permanent solutions. Instead of the band aiding other companies offered or weird solutions, this was straight forward and needed to update our 80-yr old home. This company was helpful and patient for us to make arrangements and did exactly what they said they would do.
Crew members Alec, Tyler, Joe and Miguel showed up on time and did a quality job. Our yard is landscaped, and they took care in doing minimal disruption. We are very happy with the results.
There is a strange joy in hearing the water swish down a pipe unimpeded and the relief of having a quality job done. It's a few months from the project; we are still happy to have it fixed.

Wow!!!! A competent, honest, fairly priced plumber. After several less than pleasant and over-priced experiences, I wondered if that was even possible. But then I luckily called Dunn Plumbing who sent Micah to my house. Not an estimator, an actual plumber offering a free analysis and estimate for a hot water heater. He arrived at the exact time he said he would and he did the job the next day, removing the old water heater and replacing it with a new and better one. He also identified several issues that had caused some flooding inside the my house that I was unaware of. He then arranged for a water damage mitigation contractor to come by—within an hour of his call. Problem solved. Disaster averted. Couldn’t say enough positive things about the service I received from Micah. I hope his company reads this and gives him a fat raise!!!

ChatGPT will never replace the need for a quality plumber! Dunn Plumbing (Micah) absolutely saved me today. It was late in the evening and I called multiple “24/7” plumbers and they were the only company that actually picked up and offered real help. The person who answered took my info and said a plumber would call me ASAP to see if they could walk me through it before sending someone out, which already put them ahead of everyone else.

Micah called me less than 5 minutes later and FaceTimed with me to troubleshoot a fancy toilet seat install issue. He walked me through exactly what to do, including cutting off the escutcheon to properly seat the PEX stop valve. One small adjustment and it clicked into place. No leaks, problem solved. And a situation with a house full of daughters angry about the water being shut off didn’t have to end in a “dad-caused disaster.”

Had to call for service on a Saturday afternoon for somewhat of a serious sewer issue. They had Prompt service and was here within an hour, took care of our issue and the price was very good. I had a severely clogged shower drain. Making an appointment was easy, offering ample times lots of availability within the next 24 hours. The service techs (Danny and a helper) Let me know that they were within a hour from my residence, showed up and did their thing perfectly! The staff was wonderful, very communicative and insightful - recommended treatments in case the problem persists and was insightful with maintenance remedies as well. Would highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Acclaimed Drain and Plumbing Solutions. I had noticed my water bill slowly creeping up. I reviewed recommendations both here and on NextDoor and gave Acclaimed a call. Manny came out within 24 hours and tested my plumbing for leaks. He very kindly gave me the dreaded news: the pipe connecting my house to the water main was leaking. He provided me with a written estimate for repair that was in keeping with what friends of mine had to pay in similar circumstances. Later that night, I had more dreaded news: my wonderful neighbor rang my doorbell to let me know a small leak was now a gusher and he had been unable to turn off my water. I hired Acclaimed Drain and Plumbing to replace the entire water service line from the public water meter up to the shut-off @ my house. I received 5 analyses, advisories and estimates for this project. Acclaimed did the job offering a very reasonable price and replaced the necessary appurtenances with high quality materials. NO hidden fees incurred. They did a top-notch job very efficiently and left the construction zone in better shape than when they arrived!
